The invention relates to the technical field of beddings, in particular to a double-layer mattress cover.
It is commonly known that mattresses are articles used between sleepers and beds to ensure that customers can sleep healthily and comfortably. To guarantee the hygiene of the mattress, the mattress is often sleeved with a mattress cover which can be easily changed at times to guarantee the hygiene of the mattress, such that cleaning of the mattress is avoided, and the mattress can be kept clean and hygienic.
At present, an existing mattress cover typically comprise only one layer, that is to say, the existing mattress cover can cover only one mattress. In a case where another mattress needs to be added to a bed, customers have to prepare another mattress cover, and in this case, the customers have to find another mattress cover, thus causing inconvenience to the customers.
In views of the defects in the prior art, the objective of the invention is to provide a double-layer mattress cover.
To fulfill the above objective, the invention adopts the following technical solution:
A double-layer mattress cover comprises an upper cover body and a lower cover body, wherein an end of the upper cover body is integrally connected to an upper end of the lower cover body; an edge of the upper cover body is separably connected to the lower cover body by means of a connector, such that a cavity for receiving a mattress is defined by the upper cover body and an upper surface of the lower cover body; and a cover opening is formed in a bottom of the lower cover body, and a length and width of the cover opening are less than a length and width of the lower cover body.
Preferably, anti-slip protrusions are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the lower cover body and an inner surface of the lower cover body.
Preferably, the anti-slip protrusions are arc-shaped salient points.
Preferably, the connector is a zipper, a hook-and-loop fastener or a snap-fastener.
Preferably, an edge of the cover opening is an elastic drawstring.
Preferably, decorative patterns are arranged on an outer surface of the upper cover body.
Preferably, the decorative patterns are mapped onto an inner surface of the upper cover body.
Preferably, the upper cover body and the lower cover body are made from skin-friendly elastic fabric.
By adopting the above technical solution, the double-layer mattress cover provided by the invention is formed by the upper cover body and the lower cover body which are connected to each other, one mattress is assembled in the cavity defined by the upper cover body and the lower cover body, and the other mattress can be directly assembled by means of the cover opening formed in the lower cover body, such that two mattresses can be assembled in the mattress cover at the same time. Moreover, the lower cover body is located blow the upper cover body, and when only one mattress is assembled, the lower cover body can be directly placed below the mattress to be hidden, such that the double-layer mattress cover can be applied to one or two mattresses as required by customers and can be used more flexibly and easily.
To gain a better understanding of the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the invention, the invention is further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described below are merely used for explaining the invention rather than limiting the invention.
As shown in
In this embodiment, the double-layer mattress cover is formed in design by combining the upper cover body 1 and the lower cover body 2, wherein one end of the upper cover body 1 is directly and integrally connected to or sewn on the lower cover body 2, and the other portion of the upper cover body 1 is connected to the lower cover body 2 with the connector 3 as a connecting component. Of course, the upper cover body 1 and the lower cover body 2 may be entirely connected by means of the connector 3 when necessary, and in this case, the upper cover body 1 and the lower cover body 2 are two independent cover bodies and are entirely connected by means of the connector 3 when used.
In this embodiment, when a mattress needs to be installed in the mattress cover, the connector 3 is opened first to form an opening between the upper cover body 1 and the lower cover body 2 (the cavity 100 for receiving the mattress is opened); then, the mattress of a corresponding size is aligned with the opening and then inserted into the cavity 100; after the upper cover body 1 is completely disposed over the mattress, the cavity 100 can be closed by means of the connector 3; after the cavity 100 is closed, assembly of one mattress is completed; at this moment, if only one mattress is needed, the mattress can be used directly, and the lower cover body 1 is disposed below the mattress in use; if another mattress is needed, the lower cover body 1 can be disposed over another mattress by means of the cover opening 4, and because the size of the cover opening 4 is less than that of the upper cover body 1 in an unfolded state (that is, the size of the cover opening 4 is less than that of the mattress), the mattress and the lower cover body 2 can be firmly assembled together after the lower cover body 2 is disposed over the mattress. In this way, one mattress can be added easily, the overall operation is extremely easy, and one or two mattresses can be used without being affected.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, anti-slip protrusions 5 are uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the lower cover body 2 and an inner surface of the lower cover body 2, and the anti-slip protrusions 5 are arc-shaped salient points. The anti-slip protrusions 5 are arranged on the upper surface and the inner surface of the lower cover boy 2, and after the lower cover body 2 is assembled over a mattress, the anti-slip protrusions 5 make contact with the surface of the mattress, such that the grip force between the lower cover body 2 and the mattress can be improved, and the lower cover body 2 is less likely to slip with respect to the mattress and thus will not deviate from the mattress.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, the connector 3 in this embodiment may be, but not limited to, one of a zipper, a hook-and-loop fastener and a snap-fastener. In actual use, any one of the zipper, the hook-and-loop fastener and the snap-fastener or other components with the same effect can be used.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, after being assembled on a mattress, the lower cover body 2 is prevented from being separated from the mattress by means of the binding force of the cover opening, and in this embodiment, in order to improve the binding force, an edge of the cover opening 4 is an elastic drawstring, such that the lower covert body 2, after being assembled on the mattress, will not be automatically separated from the mattress, and in a case where the other mattress is not added, the lower cover body 2 can be restrained by the drawstring and will not be too cumbersome.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, to improve the conform of the mattress cover in contact with sleepers, decorative patterns 6 are arranged on an outer surface of the upper cover body 1.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, the decorative patterns 6 in this embodiment are mapped onto an inner surface of the upper cover body 1. In this way, after the decorative patterns 6 are mapped onto the inner surface of the upper cover body 1, the decorative patterns 6 will come in contact with the mattress, thus further improving the grip force between the upper cover body 1 and the mattress and avoiding slipping.
The above embodiments are merely preferred ones of the invention and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the invention. All equivalent structural or flow transformations made according to the contents in the description and accompanying drawings of the invention, or direct or indirect application to other related technical fields should also fall within the patent protection scope of the invention.
