Abstract
A double-roller floor washing robot and floor washing method thereof, the double-roller floor washing robot comprising a robot body, wherein the robot body is provided with a cleaning apparatus; the cleaning apparatus comprises a roller assembly and a water circulation system; the roller assembly comprises a first roller, a second roller, and a roller drive apparatus; the water circulation system comprises a clear water tank, a roller gear box, a drain water tank, and a fan; the first roller and the second roller are located in the roller gear box; the roller gear box is provided with a water flow passage; the clear water tank is in communication with the water flow passage; the roller gear box is in communication with the drain water tank; the drain water tank is in communication with the fan; and the fan is in communication with an air outlet.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present application is filed based on and claims priority to a Chinese Patent Application No. CN202011094338.X filed on Oct. 14, 2020 which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of floor washing robots, and more particular to a double-roller floor washing robot and floor washing method thereof.


BACKGROUND

Chinese patent CN 111568326 A discloses an elevating apparatus for a mopping roller of a sweeping robot, comprising a body, wherein the body is provided thereon with a cleaning apparatus; the cleaning apparatus comprises a mopping roller; a mop is disposed on the mopping roller; the body is internally provided with an elevating apparatus; the elevating apparatus comprises a drive apparatus; the drive apparatus is connected to the cleaning apparatus; the body is provided thereon with a roller bracket; and the cleaning apparatus is disposed on the roller bracket.


Such sweeping robot also comprises a mopping roller, but has the following defects during cleaning: first, after the floor is cleaned, the mop on the roller needs to be manually disassembled for cleaning; the disassembly, cleaning and assembly operations are troublesome, and a user needs to shut down the robot, thus causing great inconvenience to the user; second, when a sweeper with the structure is used, cleaning rubbish and mopping the floor are completed in two steps, that is, cleaning rubbish is performed by utilizing a cleaning structure, and mopping the floor is performed by utilizing the structure of the mopping roller. At present, the sweepers on the market all have the problem, that is, a single mopping roller do not have the functions of rubbish cleaning and floor mopping, so the overall volume of the sweeper is big, and the cost is higher.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the society with a double-roller floor washing robot capable of cleaning the rollers while cleaning a floor, capable of mopping the floor while sweeping the floor, having a simpler structure and a smaller overall volume, and more convenient to use.


The present invention further provides the society with a floor washing method of the double-roller floor washing robot capable of cleaning the rollers while cleaning a floor, capable of mopping the floor while cleaning rubbish, having a simpler structure and a smaller overall volume, and more convenient to use.


The technical solution of the present invention is: provided is a double-roller floor washing robot, comprising a robot body, wherein the robot body is provided with a cleaning apparatus and an air outlet; the cleaning apparatus comprises a roller assembly and a water circulation system; the roller assembly comprises a first roller and a second roller which are disposed in parallel, and a roller drive apparatus for driving the first roller and the second roller to rotate; the rotation direction the first roller is consistent with the forward or backward direction of the robot; the rotation direction of the second roller is opposite to the rotation direction of the first roller; the water circulation system comprises a clear water tank, a roller gear box, a drain water tank, and a fan; the first roller and the second roller are located in the roller gear box; the roller gear box is provided with a water flow passage; the water flow passage is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes facing the first roller and/or the second roller; the clear water tank is in communication with the water flow passage of the roller gear box; the roller gear box is in communication with the drain water tank; the drain water tank is in communication with the fan via a first air duct; and the fan is in communication with the air outlet via a second air duct.


As an improvement of the present invention, the roller gear box comprises a first box body, and a second box body enwrapping the first box body; the first box body and the second box body are provided therebetween with a sealed accommodation chamber, so as to form the water flow passage.


As an improvement of the present invention, the drain water tank comprises a drain water tank body, a filtration apparatus, and a drain water tank induction apparatus; and the drain water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to a control system of the robot.


As an improvement of the present invention, the clear water tank comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot.


As an improvement of the present invention, the roller gear box is provided with a drain water recovery groove at the internal bottom at a position corresponding to the first roller and the second roller.


As an improvement of the present invention, the first roller comprises a first roller body, and a cleaning cloth disposed on the outer surface of the first roller body.


As an improvement of the present invention, the outer surface of the cleaning cloth is made from one of nylon, bamboo fiber, dacron, and chinlon, or a combination thereof.


As an improvement of the present invention, the second roller has the same structure as the first roller.


Another technical solution of the present invention is: provided is a floor washing method of the double-roller floor washing robot, comprising: the robot is activated; the first roller and the second roller rotate close to a floor under the action of the roller drive apparatus; the water pump pumps clear water from the clear water tank, and sprays the clear water on the rolling first roller and second roller via the water outlet hole of the water flow passage; while the first roller and the second roller clean the floor, the first roller and the second roller are also cleaned; the rolling first roller rotates in the forward or backward direction of the robot, and the second roller rotates in a direction opposite to the first roller; under the action of centrifugal forces of the first roller and the second roller, the water sprayed on the first roller and the second roller or on the floor is thrown away from the first roller and the second roller; the fan sucks the water and rubbish on the first roller and the second roller or on the floor in the drain water tank, so as to clean the floor, the first roller and the second roller.

In the present invention, while the first roller and the second roller mop the floor, under the action of centrifugal forces of the first roller and the second roller, the water sprayed on the first roller and the second roller or on the floor is thrown away from the first roller and the second roller; the fan sucks the water and rubbish on the first roller and the second roller or on the floor in the drain water tank. That is, while the first roller and the second roller mop the floor, the rubbish on the floor is also cleaned, and the first roller and the second roller themselves are also cleaned. Therefore, the present invention can clean the rollers while cleaning a floor, can mop the floor while sweeping the floor, has a simpler structure and a smaller overall volume, and is more convenient to use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIG. 1-3, FIG. 1-3 disclose a double-roller floor washing robot, comprising a robot body 1, wherein the robot body 1 is provided with a cleaning apparatus and an air outlet; the cleaning apparatus comprises a roller assembly and a water circulation system 6; the roller assembly 5 comprises a first roller 51 and a second roller 52 which are disposed in parallel, and a roller drive apparatus for driving the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 to rotate; the rotation direction the first roller 51 is consistent with the forward or backward direction of the robot; the rotation direction of the second roller 52 is opposite to the rotation direction of the first roller 51; the water circulation system comprises a clear water tank 61, a roller gear box 64, a drain water tank 62, and a fan 65; the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 are located in the roller gear box 64; the roller gear box 64 is provided with a water flow passage 71; the water flow passage 71 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 72 facing the first roller 51 and/or the second roller 52; the clear water tank 61 is in communication with the water flow passage 71 of the roller gear box 64; the roller gear box 64 is in communication with the drain water tank 62; the drain water tank 62 is in communication with the fan 65 via a first air duct 66; and the fan 65 is in communication with the air outlet via a second air duct. When the present invention is used, the robot is activated; the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 rotate close to a floor under the action of the roller drive apparatus 53; the water pump 612 pumps clear water from the clear water tank 61, and sprays the clear water on the rolling first roller 51 and second roller 52 via the water outlet hole 72 of the water flow passage 71; while the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 mop the floor, the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 themselves are also cleaned; the rolling first roller 51 rotates in the forward or backward direction of the robot, and the second roller 52 rotates in a direction opposite to the first roller 51; under the action of centrifugal forces of the first roller 51 and the second roller 52, the water sprayed on the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 or on the floor is thrown away from the first roller 51 and the second roller 52; the fan 65 sucks the water and rubbish on the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 or on the floor in the drain water tank 62. Therefore, in the present invention, while the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 mop the floor, the rubbish on the floor is also cleaned, and the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 themselves are also cleaned. The rollers are cleaned while the floor is mopped. Compared with the prior art, the present invention does not need to shut down the robot to clean the rollers, and is extraordinarily convenient to use. In addition, in the present invention, the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 mop the floor while cleaning rubbish. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has a smarter and simpler structure, a smaller overall volume, and a lower cost.


In the present invention, preferably, the roller gear box 64 comprises a first box body 641, and a second box body 642 enwrapping the first box body 641; the first box body 641 and the second box body 642 are provided therebetween with a sealed accommodation chamber, so as to form the water flow passage 71.


In the present invention, preferably, the drain water tank 62 comprises a drain water tank body, a filtration apparatus, and a drain water tank induction apparatus; and the drain water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to a control system of the robot. When the drain water tank body is full of drain water, the drain water tank induction apparatus is triggered; and the control system induces the information of the drain water tank induction apparatus, controls the robot to move to a base station, and recovers the drain water in the drain water tank 62.


In the present invention, preferably, the clear water tank 61 comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump 612 disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot. When the clear water in the clear water tank body is used up, the clear water tank induction apparatus is triggered; and the control system induces the information of the clear water tank induction apparatus, controls the robot to move to the base station, and fills the clear water tank 61 with clear water.


In the present invention, preferably, the roller gear box 64 is provided with a drain water recovery groove (not shown in the figure) at the internal bottom at a position corresponding to the first roller 51 and the second roller 52. The drain water recovery groove recovers the drain water dropped from the first roller 51 and the second roller 52.


In the present invention, preferably, the first roller 51 comprises a first roller body, and a cleaning cloth disposed on the outer surface of the first roller body. In the present invention, preferably, the outer surface of the cleaning cloth is made from one of nylon, bamboo fiber, dacron, and chinlon, or a combination thereof, such that the cleaning cloth has good floor mopping and cleaning effects. In the present invention, preferably, the second roller 52 has the same structure as the first roller 51.


The present invention further provides a floor washing method of the double-roller floor washing robot, comprising: the robot is activated; the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 rotate close to a floor under the action of the roller drive apparatus 53; the water pump 612 pumps clear water from the clear water tank 61, and sprays the clear water on the rolling first roller 51 and second roller 52 via the water outlet hole 72 of the water flow passage 71; while the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 clean the floor, the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 are also cleaned; the rolling first roller 51 rotates in the forward or backward direction of the robot, and the second roller 52 rotates in a direction opposite to the first roller 51; under the action of centrifugal forces of the first roller 51 and the second roller 52, the water sprayed on the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 or on the floor is thrown away from the first roller 51 and the second roller 52; the fan 65 sucks the water and rubbish on the first roller 51 and the second roller 52 or on the floor in the drain water tank 62, so as to clean the floor, the first roller 51 and the second roller 52.

Claims
  • 1. A double-roller floor washing robot, comprising a robot body (1), wherein the robot body (1) is provided with a cleaning apparatus and an air outlet; the cleaning apparatus comprises a roller assembly and a water circulation system; the roller assembly comprises a first roller (51) and a second roller (52) which are disposed in parallel, and a roller drive apparatus for driving the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) to rotate; the rotation direction the first roller (51) is consistent with the forward or backward direction of the robot; the rotation direction of the second roller (52) is opposite to the rotation direction of the first roller (51); the water circulation system comprises a clear water tank (61), a roller gear box (64), a drain water tank (62), and a fan (65); the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) are located in the roller gear box (64); the roller gear box (64) is provided with a water flow passage (71); the water flow passage (71) is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes (72) facing the first roller (51) and/or the second roller (52); the clear water tank (61) is in communication with the water flow passage (71) of the roller gear box (64); the roller gear box (64) is in communication with the drain water tank (62); the drain water tank (62) is in communication with the fan (65) via a first air duct (66); and the fan (65) is in communication with the air outlet (11) via a second air duct.
  • 2. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 1, wherein the roller gear box (64) comprises a first box body (641), and a second box body (642) enwrapping the first box body (641); the first box body (641) and the second box body (642) are provided therebetween with a sealed accommodation chamber, so as to form the water flow passage (71).
  • 3. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 2, wherein the drain water tank (62) comprises a drain water tank body, a filtration apparatus, and a drain water tank induction apparatus; and the drain water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to a control system of the robot.
  • 4. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 1, wherein the clear water tank (61) comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump (612) disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot.
  • 5. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 1, wherein the roller gear box (64) is provided with a drain water recovery groove at the internal bottom at a position corresponding to the first roller (51) and the second roller (52).
  • 6. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 1, wherein the first roller (51) comprises a first roller body, and a cleaning cloth disposed on the outer surface of the first roller body.
  • 7. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 6, wherein the outer surface of the cleaning cloth is made from one of nylon, bamboo fiber, dacron, and chinlon, or a combination thereof.
  • 8. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 6, wherein the second roller (52) has the same structure as the first roller (51).
  • 9. A floor washing method of the double-roller floor washing robot, comprising: the robot is activated; the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) rotate close to a floor under the action of the roller drive apparatus (53); the water pump (612) pumps clear water from the clear water tank (61), and sprays the clear water on the rolling first roller (51) and second roller (52) via the water outlet hole (72) of the water flow passage (71); while the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) clean the floor, the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) are also cleaned; the rolling first roller (51) rotates in the forward or backward direction of the robot, and the second roller (52) rotates in a direction opposite to the first roller (51); under the action of centrifugal forces of the first roller (51) and the second roller (52), the water sprayed on the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) or on the floor is thrown away from the first roller (51) and the second roller (52); the fan (65) sucks the water or rubbish on the first roller (51) and the second roller (52) or on the floor in the drain water tank (62), so as to clean the floor, the first roller (51) and the second roller (52).
  • 10. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 2, wherein the clear water tank (61) comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump (612) disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot.
  • 10. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 2, wherein the clear water tank (61) comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump (612) disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot.
  • 11. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 3, wherein the clear water tank (61) comprises a clear water tank body, a water pump (612) disposed in the clear water tank body, and a clear water tank induction apparatus; and the clear water tank induction apparatus is electrically connected to the control system of the robot.
  • 12. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 2, wherein the roller gear box (64) is provided with a drain water recovery groove at the internal bottom at a position corresponding to the first roller (51) and the second roller (52).
  • 13. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 3, wherein the roller gear box (64) is provided with a drain water recovery groove at the internal bottom at a position corresponding to the first roller (51) and the second roller (52).
  • 14. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 2, wherein the first roller (51) comprises a first roller body, and a cleaning cloth disposed on the outer surface of the first roller body.
  • 15. The double-roller floor washing robot according to claim 3, wherein the first roller (51) comprises a first roller body, and a cleaning cloth disposed on the outer surface of the first roller body.
