The invention relates to a drilling apparatus arrangement with a drilling apparatus which has a crawler running gear, on which a drill mast with a drill drive is supported that is designed for driving a drill rod and supported in an axially movable manner along the drill mast, wherein the drill mast is adjustable via a multi-joint arm into a plurality of drilling positions in space, and with an operator's cab for at least one operating person for controlling the drilling apparatus.
The invention further relates to a method for producing a bore, in particular an injection anchor bore, in particular with such a drilling apparatus arrangement, in which a drill rod with a drill head is driven in a rotating manner by a drill drive which, for the purpose of introducing the bore into a ground or wall area, is moved axially along a drill mast that is adjustable by means of a multi-joint arm of a drilling apparatus into a plurality of drilling positions in space, wherein a drilling operation is controlled by at least one operating person from an operator's cab.
Drilling apparatuses of such type are also referred to as anchor drilling rigs. Due to the fact that anchors are introduced not only vertically into the ground but in many cases in a plurality of different angles into wall and ceiling areas, e.g. to support excavation pit walls or for slope or tunnel rehabilitation, a drill mast is freely adjustable via a multi-joint arm with respect to a basic apparatus into a plurality of drilling positions in space. Such a drilling apparatus can be taken from DE 20 2014 000 508 U1 for example.
An upper carriage on such a drilling apparatus is of very compact design so as not to hinder and restrict, as far as possible, the plurality of adjustment options of the drill mast in space. Usually, the operator's cab is located in a rear area of the drilling apparatus, in which case the operator's cab is often designed as a simple operating platform.
In many cases the drill mast conceals the view from the operating platform onto the working area near the drilling starting point. Hence, for a positionally precise introduction of bores by means of the drill mast that is freely adjustable in space it is often necessary for the operating person to leave the operating platform and take a position close to the working area, thereby allowing the operating person to have a good view onto the working area with the drilling starting point. In these cases, control of the drilling apparatus is effected via a portable operating panel that the operating person carries with him. The operating panel is relatively heavy and, despite the use of carrying straps, proves to be a physical strain in the long run.
Moreover, this arrangement has the drawback that the operating person is without protection in the open air. The operating person is thus exposed to the influence of weather on the construction site. In bad weather conditions this can affect the drilling operation or even bring it to a standstill. In addition, the positioning of the unprotected operator directly at the drilling point is also disadvantageous from the point of view of safety at work.
In an internet article by Mattias Hjierpe dated 22 Dec. 2015 the use of a remote control with a video camera system is taught to increase the safety of an operating person during drilling in a hazardous area. The remote control station can be arranged at a safe distance to the drilling location in a container or a vehicle.
The invention is based on the object to provide a drilling apparatus arrangement and a method for producing a bore, with which on the one hand efficient drilling and on the other hand good operability for the operating person are given.
The object is achieved on the one hand by a drilling apparatus arrangement having the features of claim 1 and on the other hand by a method for producing a bore having the features of claim 10.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are stated in the respective dependent claims.
In the case of the drilling apparatus arrangement according to the invention provision is made for the operator's cab to be designed as a mobile operating unit that is arranged separately from the drilling apparatus on an independent running gear.
A basic idea of the invention can be seen in the fact that the drilling apparatus is of two-part construction and that the operator's cab is designed as a mobile operating unit. In accordance with the invention the mobile operating unit is provided with an independent running gear so that the operating person can move with the mobile operating unit. Due to the separate and mobile design of the operating unit with an independent running gear this can be moved independently of the drilling apparatus. This allows the operating unit to always be arranged in such a way that it does not impede the adjustability of the drill mast in space in the specific situation on the construction site. At the same time, the operating unit can be moved in such a way via the independent running gear by the operating person that a good view of the drilling starting point can be reached at all times.
Basically, the operator's cab can be connected to the drilling apparatus in any chosen way, in particular in a cable-bound manner. According to an embodiment of the invention it is especially preferred that the operator's cab has an operating panel that is wirelessly connected to a control means of the drilling apparatus. In this way, a high degree of independence and freedom of movement is achieved between the drilling apparatus on the one hand and the operator's cab on the other hand. For specific purposes a stationary operating platform, preferably being of simplified design, can furthermore be provided on the drilling apparatus. In particular, the cable-free connection is a radio signal connection.
Basically, the mobile operating unit can be provided for a single person only. According to an embodiment of the invention it is preferred that the operator's cab is designed for receiving at least two persons. The two persons can assume different functions. Thus, a driver for moving the mobile operating unit and the actual operating person for the drilling apparatus can be arranged in a protected manner.
Basically, the mobile operating unit can also be provided for controlling several drilling apparatuses so that an efficient deployment of staff is rendered possible.
Basically, the operator's cab of the mobile operating unit can be designed as an open operating platform. According to a further development of the invention it is particularly advantageous for the operator's cab to be of closed design. In particular, the operator's cab can be provided with windows and doors and preferably with protective grids as well as air conditioning. As a result, especially good work protection as well as protection against the influence of weather is achieved.
Especially good mobility is accomplished in that the running gear of the mobile operating unit is designed as a crawler running gear or a wheel running gear. The running gear can be designed similar to the running gear of so-called mini excavators that are also offered as crawler- or wheel-type vehicles. These can be obtained at a reasonable price and offer high maneuverability even in rough terrain. Basically, the mobile operating unit can be of such compact design that it can be releasably coupled with the actual drilling apparatus. In this way, the drilling apparatus can also be moved with the mobile operating unit as one unit.
According to a further development of the invention another improvement of the operability of the drilling apparatus and the applicability of the mobile operating unit is achieved in that the running gear is designed as an undercarriage and in that on the undercarriage an upper carriage with the operator's cab is supported in a rotatable manner. All in all, a very good overview by the operating person in the mobile operating unit even onto several drilling apparatuses or onto the construction site as a whole can thereby be realized.
In accordance with the invention the drilling apparatus arrangement is characterized in that the mobile operating unit is provided with a drive means that is designed for driving at least one working means. Hence, apart from having a mere operating and control function the mobile operating unit can also be used as an additional working apparatus for specific tasks.
It is especially advantageous for the working means to have a lifting gear, a gripping means, a support arm and/or a rope winch. According to the invention the mobile operating unit is provided with a gripping means on a movable support arm so that handling operations of drill rod elements can also be carried out with the mobile operating unit. For instance, new drill rod elements can be supplied to the drill mast or, during dismantling of the drill rod, drill rod elements can be removed and transported to a magazine.
With regard to the method the invention is characterized in that the operator's cab is designed as a mobile operating unit which is moved separately from the drilling apparatus by means of an independent running gear. The method can be carried out in particular by way of the previously described drilling apparatus arrangement according to the invention. The advantages described beforehand can be achieved thereby.
Basically, the produced bore can be used for various purposes, e.g. for blast hole bores, geothermal bores, exploratory bores or for other purposes. According to a further development of the invention it is particularly advantageous that as drill rod with the drill head a tension member is provided which remains in the bore and is anchored therein after production of the bore. In particular, an injection anchor can be provided which, after production of the bore, is firmly anchored in the ground or rock material by injecting or filling in a hardenable suspension.
According to an embodiment variant of the method pursuant to the invention a particularly high flexibility in producing the bore is achieved in that the drilling apparatus is controlled wirelessly from the mobile operating unit by the operating person. For safety reasons the control can be designed such that the operation of the drilling apparatus is stopped when a connection of the drilling apparatus to the mobile operating unit is interrupted.
According to a further embodiment variant of the invention it is advantageous that the mobile operating unit is provided with a support arm and a gripping means, by which drill rod elements are gripped and supplied to the drilling apparatus or removed therefrom. Preferably, the gripping means is designed as a pipe or drill rod gripper with at least two clamping claws. The gripping means is mounted at the free end of the excavator arm. The excavator arm can be designed as a multi-joint arm.
In the following the invention is described further by way of embodiments illustrated schematically in the accompanying drawings, wherein show:
A drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to
This allows the introduction of bores at almost any angle into ground or into wall and ceiling areas.
The drill mast 30 is provided with a linear guide 32, along which a drill drive 34 is supported in a linearly movable manner. The drill drive 34 can be of any chosen design, e.g. as a rotary drive for single- or double-head drilling or for percussion drilling. By preference, the drill drive is designed for driving the drill rod 40 in a rotating manner. The drill drive can also be designed as a percussion or vibration drive so that the drill rod 40 can be advanced without rotational movement or in addition thereto. The drill rod 40 is preferably composed of individual drill rod elements 42 that are stored near the drilling location.
On the borehole-facing end of the drill rod 40 a drill head with a cutting means is arranged that is not depicted in
To control the drilling apparatus 20 a mobile operating unit 50 with an operator's cab 52 for at least one operating person is provided. The mobile operating unit 50 has an independent running gear 54, allowing the mobile operating unit 50 to be moved independently with respect to the drilling apparatus 20.
In the illustrated embodiment according to
The mobile operating unit 50 renders it possible for an operating person to move separately from the drilling apparatus 20 into a chosen and suitable position in the working area of the drilling apparatus 20. In particular, it is preferred that the operating person has an unobstructed view of the working area with the drilling starting point.
Control of the drilling apparatus is effected by the operating person from the mobile operating unit 50 with a corresponding control, in particular an operating panel. The control or the operating panel are preferably connected via a wireless or cable-free connection to the control on the drilling apparatus 20. In addition, an operating platform 28 can be arranged on the drilling apparatus 20. This creates the possibility for the drilling apparatus 20 to also be operated without the mobile operating unit 50 but directly via the operating platform 28. The operating platform 28 is designed as a simple and preferably open operating platform 28 that is in particular suitable for moving the drilling apparatus 20 when the drill mast 30 is retracted.
A drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to the invention is shown in
In the drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to
Conversely, the working means 60 can also be used for dismantling a drill rod 40 and for returning the individual drill rod elements 42 from the drill mast 30 back to the drill rod element magazine. The working means 60 is supplied with energy by a drive means 66 arranged on the upper carriage 58. The drive means 66 preferably has a combustion engine that drives a hydraulic unit for supplying hydraulic energy to the working means 60.
With this additional working means 60 the mobile operating unit 50, which is provided and designed for controlling the drilling apparatus 20, can carry out an additional function at the same time. This enables an operating person of the drilling apparatus 20 to also execute additional functions in an efficient manner. Hence, the required expenditure of staff on a construction site can be reduced. If necessary, the operator's cab 52 of the mobile operating unit 50 can also be provided for receiving two or more operating persons.
