Abstract
A drink pouch includes an outer bag and an inner bag. The inner bag is floatingly disposed in the outer bag. The inner bag contains at least one brewable substance. A porous structure is formed on a surface of the inner bag. Water is able to be filled in the outer bag and brew the at least one brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a drink pouch and, more particularly, to a drink pouch capable of providing brewing experience and multi-level drinking taste.


2. Description of the Prior Art

Various beverages are considered a necessity by a lot of people in their daily lives. At present, tea beverages on the market are all brewed or prepared in advance before being packaged and sold. In other words, a user cannot brew tea beverages by himself/herself, such that the user cannot experience the fun of brewing and cannot decide the brewing time. Furthermore, the recipes of tea beverages are all fixed, so the drinking taste is relatively monotonous.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a drink pouch capable of providing brewing experience and multi-level drinking taste, so as to solve the aforesaid problems.


According to an embodiment of the invention, a drink pouch comprises an outer bag and an inner bag. The inner bag is floatingly disposed in the outer bag. The inner bag contains at least one brewable substance. A porous structure is formed on a surface of the inner bag. Water is able to be filled in the outer bag and brew the at least one brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage.


Preferably, the drink pouch further comprises a capsule disposed in the outer bag. The capsule contains a flavoring agent. The capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent.


Preferably, the outer bag has a restraining structure inside. The restraining structure restrains the capsule from moving.


Preferably, the drink pouch further comprises a capsule disposed in the inner bag. The capsule contains a flavoring agent. The capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent.


Preferably, a body of the capsule is larger than a pore diameter of the porous structure.


Preferably, the at least one brewable substance comprises tea leaves and/or milk powder.


Preferably, the drink pouch further comprises an accessory. The accessory contains at least one ingredient. The at least one ingredient is able to be added to the outer bag from the accessory, such that the beverage is mixed with the at least one ingredient.


Preferably, the accessory is connected to a side of the outer bag.


Preferably, the at least one ingredient comprises tapioca balls.


Preferably, the outer bag comprises an opening and a lid. The lid is detachably disposed on the opening.


As mentioned in the above, in the invention, the inner bag containing the brewable substance is floatingly disposed in the outer bag. When a user wants to drink a beverage, the user may fill water in the outer bag. Then, the user may shake the outer bag, such that water can brew the brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage. Since the inner bag is floatingly disposed in the outer bag, the inner bag can move freely in the outer bag as the outer bag shakes, such that water can fully and quickly interact with the brewable substance in the inner bag. The user may brew the drink pouch only when he/she wants to drink the beverage, and decide the brewing time by himself/herself to brew a suitable drinking taste. In an embodiment, the brewable substance may comprise tea leaves and milk powder simultaneously. At this time, the beverage after the first brewing of the drink pouch may be milk tea, and the beverage after the second brewing of the drink pouch may be tea. Furthermore, the user may brew tea leaves repeatedly to increase the number of tea drinks. Still further, the invention may further dispose the capsule containing the flavoring agent in the outer bag or inner bag. After using the drink pouch to brew the beverage, the user may press the capsule to rupture it and release the flavoring agent. At this time, the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent to change the flavor and taste of the beverage. Moreover, the drink pouch of the invention may comprise the accessory containing the ingredient. The user may add the ingredient to the outer bag from the accessory, so as to change the flavor and taste of the beverage by the ingredient. Accordingly, the drink pouch of the invention is capable of providing brewing experience and multi-level drinking taste for the user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, FIG. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a drink pouch 1 according to an embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic view illustrating the drink pouch 1 shown in FIG. 1 being brewed to form a beverage 16.


As shown in FIG. 1, the drink pouch 1 comprises an outer bag 10 and an inner bag 12, wherein the inner bag 12 is floatingly disposed in the outer bag 10. The inner bag 12 contains at least one brewable substance 14, and a porous structure 120 is formed on a surface of the inner bag 12. In this embodiment, the outer bag 10 may be transparent or opaque according to practical applications. The inner bag 12 may be made of non-woven fabric or other mesh materials to form the porous structure 120 on the surface. The porous structure 120 is composed of a plurality of holes arranged in a network. In this embodiment, the at least one brewable substance 14 may comprise tea leaves and/or milk powder, but the invention is not so limited. The content of the at least one brewable substance 14 may be determined according to practical applications.


Water is able to be filled in the outer bag 10 and brew the at least one brewable substance 14 in the inner bag 12 through the porous structure 120 to form a beverage 16, as shown in FIG. 2. In this embodiment, the outer bag 10 may comprise an opening 100 and a lid 102, wherein the lid 102 is detachably disposed on the opening 100. When a user wants to drink a beverage, the user may remove the lid 102 from the opening 100 and then fill water in the outer bag 10 through the opening 100. Then, the user may shake the outer bag 10, such that water can brew the brewable substance 14 in the inner bag 12 through the porous structure 120 to form the beverage 16. Since the inner bag 12 is floatingly disposed in the outer bag 10, the inner bag 12 can move freely in the outer bag 10 as the outer bag 10 shakes, such that water can fully and quickly interact with the brewable substance 14 in the inner bag 12. The user may brew the drink pouch 1 only when he/she wants to drink the beverage 16, and decide the brewing time by himself/herself to brew a suitable drinking taste. Accordingly, the drink pouch 1 of the invention is capable of providing brewing experience for the user, so as to prepare the beverage 16 according to personal preferences.


In an embodiment, the brewable substance 14 may comprise tea leaves and milk powder simultaneously. At this time, the beverage 16 after the first brewing of the drink pouch 1 may be milk tea, and the beverage 16 after the second brewing of the drink pouch 1 may be tea. Furthermore, the user may brew tea leaves repeatedly to increase the number of tea drinks. Compared with the disposable beverages currently on the market, the drink pouch 1 of the invention allows the user to brew repeatedly, thereby increasing the market value of the drink pouch 1.


Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a drink pouch 1′ according to another embodiment of the invention.


The main difference between the drink pouch 1′ and the aforesaid drink pouch 1 is that the drink pouch 1′ further comprises a capsule 18, wherein the capsule 18 is disposed in the outer bag 10, as shown in FIG. 3. In this embodiment, the capsule 18 contains a flavoring agent 20. The capsule 18 is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent 20, such that the beverage 16 is mixed with the flavoring agent 20. The flavoring agent 20 may be syrup, food essence, food concentrate or other flavoring substances, according to practical application. After using the drink pouch 1′ to brew the beverage 16, the user may press the capsule 18 to rupture it and release the flavoring agent 20. At this time, the beverage 16 is mixed with the flavoring agent 20 to change the flavor and taste of the beverage 16. In an embodiment, the beverage 16 may be milk tea and the flavoring agent 20 may be syrup. At this time, the user may press the capsule 18 to rupture it, so as to increase the sweetness of the milk tea by syrup. In another embodiment, the beverage 16 may be black tea and the flavoring agent 20 may be fruit juice concentrate. At this time, the user may press the capsule 18 to rupture it, so as to convert the black tea into fruit tea. It should be noted that the types of the beverage 16 and the flavoring agent 20 may be determined according to practical applications, so the invention is not limited to the aforesaid embodiments.


In this embodiment, the outer bag 10 may have a restraining structure 104 inside. The restraining structure 104 is configured to restrain the capsule 18 from moving. For further explanation, the restraining structure 104 may restrain the capsule 18 at a specific position (e.g. corner) in the outer bag 10 to prevent the capsule 18 from being accidentally eaten by the user along with the beverage 16. It should be noted that the capsule 18 may be made of edible material. Thus, in another embodiment, the restraining structure 104 may be omitted.


Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a drink pouch 1′″ according to another embodiment of the invention.


The main difference between the drink pouch 1′″ and the aforesaid drink pouch 1′ is that the capsule 18 of the drink pouch 1′″ is disposed in the inner bag 12, as shown in FIG. 4. Similar to the drink pouch 1′, the capsule 18 of the drink pouch 1′″ also contains the flavoring agent 20. The functional principles of the capsule 18 and the flavoring agent 20 are as described above and will not be described herein again. In this embodiment, a body of the capsule 18 is larger than a pore diameter of the porous structure 120. Accordingly, the capsule 18 will be restrained in the inner bag 12 to prevent the capsule 18 from being accidentally eaten by the user along with the beverage 16.


Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a schematic view illustrating a drink pouch 1′″ according to another embodiment of the invention.


The main difference between the drink pouch 1′″ and the aforesaid drink pouch 1 is that the drink pouch 1′″ further comprises an accessory 22, as shown in FIG. 5. In this embodiment, the accessory 22 contains at least one ingredient 24. The at least one ingredient 24 is able to be added to the outer bag 10 from the accessory 22, such that the beverage 16 is mixed with the at least one ingredient 24. In this embodiment, the at least one ingredient 24 may comprise tapioca balls, but the invention is not so limited. The content of the at least one ingredient 24 may be determined according to practical applications.


For further explanation, the user may add the ingredient 24 in the accessory 22 to the beverage 16 in the outer bag 10 while drinking the beverage 16, so as to change the flavor and taste of the beverage 16 through the ingredient 24. In an embodiment, the beverage 16 may be milk tea and the ingredient 24 may comprise tapioca balls. At this time, the user may add the tapioca balls to the milk tea to form a milk tea with tapioca balls. It should be noted that the types of the beverage 16 and the ingredient 24 may be determined according to practical applications, so the invention is not limited to the aforesaid embodiment.


In this embodiment, the accessory 22 may be connected to a side of the outer bag 10 to facilitate the user to carry it. For example, the accessory 22 may be connected to a side of the outer bag 10 by an injection molding process, but the invention is not so limited. The user may tear off the accessory 22 from the outer bag 10 to add the ingredient 24 from the accessory 22 to the outer bag 10. Needless to say, the accessory 22 and the outer bag 10 may also be separated from each other without being connected, and it depends on practical applications.


As mentioned in the above, in the invention, the inner bag containing the brewable substance is floatingly disposed in the outer bag. When a user wants to drink a beverage, the user may fill water in the outer bag. Then, the user may shake the outer bag, such that water can brew the brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage. Since the inner bag is floatingly disposed in the outer bag, the inner bag can move freely in the outer bag as the outer bag shakes, such that water can fully and quickly interact with the brewable substance in the inner bag. The user may brew the drink pouch only when he/she wants to drink the beverage, and decide the brewing time by himself/herself to brew a suitable drinking taste. In an embodiment, the brewable substance may comprise tea leaves and milk powder simultaneously. At this time, the beverage after the first brewing of the drink pouch may be milk tea, and the beverage after the second brewing of the drink pouch may be tea. Furthermore, the user may brew tea leaves repeatedly to increase the number of tea drinks. Still further, the invention may further dispose the capsule containing the flavoring agent in the outer bag or inner bag. After using the drink pouch to brew the beverage, the user may press the capsule to rupture it and release the flavoring agent. At this time, the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent to change the flavor and taste of the beverage. Moreover, the drink pouch of the invention may comprise the accessory containing the ingredient. The user may add the ingredient to the outer bag from the accessory, so as to change the flavor and taste of the beverage by the ingredient. Accordingly, the drink pouch of the invention is capable of providing brewing experience and multi-level drinking taste for the user.


Those skilled in the art will readily observe that numerous modifications and alterations of the device and method may be made while retaining the teachings of the invention. Accordingly, the above disclosure should be construed as limited only by the metes and bounds of the appended claims.

Claims
  • 1. A drink pouch comprising: an outer bag; andan inner bag floatingly disposed in the outer bag, the inner bag containing at least one brewable substance, a porous structure being formed on a surface of the inner bag;wherein water is able to be filled in the outer bag and brew the at least one brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage.
  • 2. The drink pouch of claim 1, further comprising a capsule disposed in the outer bag, wherein the capsule contains a flavoring agent, and the capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent.
  • 3. The drink pouch of claim 2, wherein the outer bag has a restraining structure inside, and the restraining structure restrains the capsule from moving.
  • 4. The drink pouch of claim 1, further comprising a capsule disposed in the inner bag, wherein the capsule contains a flavoring agent, and the capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent.
  • 5. The drink pouch of claim 4, wherein a body of the capsule is larger than a pore diameter of the porous structure.
  • 6. The drink pouch of claim 1, wherein the at least one brewable substance comprises tea leaves and/or milk powder.
  • 7. The drink pouch of claim 1, further comprising an accessory, wherein the accessory contains at least one ingredient, and the at least one ingredient is able to be added to the outer bag from the accessory, such that the beverage is mixed with the at least one ingredient.
  • 8. The drink pouch of claim 7, wherein the accessory is connected to a side of the outer bag.
  • 9. The drink pouch of claim 7, wherein the at least one ingredient comprises tapioca balls.
  • 10. The drink pouch of claim 1, wherein the outer bag comprises an opening and a lid, and the lid is detachably disposed on the opening.
