Water cups are one of the daily essential tools for people to drink water. Traditional water cups include plastic cups, thermos cups, space cups, etc. However, traditional water cups have a defect that cannot change the temperature of water. For example, in the hot summer, many people need to drink cold drinks in order to quench their thirst. Usually, ice cubes are added to drinks at room temperature to cool down, and ice cubes are usually directly frozen from tap water, and the hygienic effect cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the ice cubes will melt quickly in the drinks, which not only affects the taste of the drinks, but also cannot be used repeatedly.

For better understanding of the above technical solutions, the above technical solutions are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment of the present application proposes a drinking cup, the drinking cup includes:

a cup body 10; and

a cup bottom 20, where the cup bottom 20 is connected to one side of the cup body 10, the cup bottom 20 and the cup body 10 cooperate to form a water-holding cavity 30 with an opening opposite to the cup bottom 20, the water-holding cavity 30 is configured for holding liquid drinks, the cup bottom 20 is protruded toward the water-holding cavity 30 to form a temperature regulating portion 40, the temperature regulating portion 40 has a temperature regulating cavity inside, and the temperature regulating cavity is configured to hold heat exchange substances, to exchange heat with the liquid drinks.

Specifically, the drinking cup includes a cup body 10 and a cup bottom 20. The cup body 10 and the cup bottom 20 can be made by integral molding, which can improve the tightness and fixability of the two, avoid liquid leakage, and ensure the normal use of the drinking cup. The cup body 10 and the cup bottom 20 can be made of metal or glass. The metal has better thermal conductivity, while the glass is more sensitive to heat and cold and is easy to burst. In practical application, it can be used according to actual needs. The cup body 10 can be a hollow cylinder, the cup bottom 20 is arranged at one end of the hollow cylinder. An opening is formed at the other end of the hollow cylinder, so that the cup bottom 20 and the cup body 10 enclose a water-holding cavity 30 for holding drinking water, beverages, beer, coffee, etc. The cup bottom 20 is protruded toward the water-holding cavity 30 to form a temperature regulating portion 40, so that the temperature regulating portion 40 is extended to the interior of the water-holding cavity 30. The temperature regulating portion 40 has a temperature regulating cavity, and the temperature regulating cavity can be filled with heat exchange substances, such as cold water, ice cubes, refrigeration liquid, etc. The heat exchange substances can be used to exchange heat with the liquid in the water-holding cavity 30 to reduce the temperature of the liquid in the water-holding cavity 30, thereby to meet the user's requirements for the taste and temperature of the liquid drinks. Of course, in other embodiments, the heat exchange substances may be hot water, hot steam, etc., which can increase the temperature of the liquid in the water-holding cavity 30 through heat exchange, which is convenient for users to drink.

In the technical solution adopted in this embodiment, a water-holding cavity 30 with an opening formed by the cup body 10 and the cup bottom 20 can be used to hold liquid drinks, and the user can drink the liquid drinks in the water-holding cavity 30 through the opening. The cup bottom 20 is protruded toward the water-holding cavity 30 to form a temperature regulating portion 40 with a temperature adjusting cavity. The temperature adjusting cavity can be filled with heat exchange substances, and the heat exchange substances can be used to exchange heat with the liquid drinks in the water-holding cavity 30, so as to adjust the temperature of the liquid drinks in the water-holding cavity 30 to meet the user's demand for the temperature of the liquid drinks.

Further, referring to FIG. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the temperature regulating portion 40 is provided with a mounting opening 41 communicating with the temperature adjusting cavity, and the mounting opening 41 is detachably provided with a seal 42. The seal 42 can be removed from the mounting opening 41 to replace the heat exchange substances, or the seal 42 can be connected to the mounting opening 41 to seal the temperature adjusting cavity.

In the technical solution adopted in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the replacement of the heat exchange substances in the temperature adjusting cavity, a mounting opening 41 is provided in the temperature regulating portion 40. The mounting opening 41 communicates with the temperature adjusting cavity, and a detachable seal 42 is provided at the mounting opening 41. After the seal 42 is removed, the mounting opening 41 is opened, and the heat exchange substances can be filled or replaced through the mounting opening 41. After the seal 42 is installed, the mounting opening 41 can be closed to make the temperature adjusting cavity sealed. Then the heat exchange substances are sealed in the temperature adjusting cavity, and used to exchange heat with the liquid drinks in the water-holding cavity. The mounting opening 41 may be disposed on a side of the temperature regulating portion 40 facing the water-holding cavity 30, or on a side of the temperature regulating portion 40 away from the water-holding cavity 30.

Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the seal 42 is a sealing plug or a rotary cap.

In the technical solution adopted in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the detachable connection between the seal 42 and the mounting opening 41, the seal 42 can be a sealing plug, and the sealing plug can be inserted into the mounting opening 41. Through the interference connection between the sealing plug and the mounting opening 41, the sealing of the mounting opening 41 is realized. The sealing plug can be a silicone plug or a rubber plug. A clamping groove can be provided on an outer peripheral surface of the silicone plug or rubber plug, and a clamping protrusion can be provided at the cup bottom 20 at the same time. When the silicone plug or rubber plug is installed in the mounting opening 41, the clamping protrusion is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the reliability of the sealing connection between the silicone plug or the rubber plug and the mounting opening 41 can be improved. The seal 42 can also be a rotary cap, and a connecting pipe can be provided at the mounting opening 41, and the connecting pipe and the rotary cap are connected through threads, so as to realize the detachable connection between the seal 42 and the mounting opening 41.

Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the mounting opening 41 is arranged on the side of the cup bottom 20 away from the cup body 10.

In the technical solution adopted in this embodiment, the mounting opening 41 is arranged on the side of the cup bottom 20 away from the cup body 10. When filling or replacing the heat exchange substances, the user's hand or the heat exchange substances can be prevented from extending into the water-holding cavity 30, thereby preventing the water-holding cavity 30 from being polluted and improving the cleanliness of the water-holding cavity 30.
