Abstract
A drinking vessel has a container for a beverage and includes a covering. The drinking vessel has a support structure accommodating the container. The covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container. Further, a holding device for a drinking vessel of this kind is disclosed, which has a sleeve body with a receptacle adapted to the support structure of the container, in which receptacle the drinking vessel can be held, wherein at least one connection means for fastening the holding device in the bag body of a handbag is provided.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to a drinking vessel having a container for a beverage and a covering, and having a support structure that detachably accommodates the container, wherein the covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a handbag with a drinking vessel and to a holding device for the drinking vessel.


BACKGROUND

A container arrangement for cooling wine bottles is known from U.S. Pat. No. 4,823,974 A. The container arrangement has a receptacle container for wine bottles into which a water-ice mixture can be introduced, which cools a wine bottle arranged in the receptacle container.


US 2008/0087786 A1 describes a drinking vessel with a beverage can accommodated in a cup-shaped support structure. The drinking vessel has a bag which partially surrounds the support structure, so that the beverage can is thermally insulated.


From CN 209 528 789 U, a thermos flask which has a container detachably accommodated in a circumferentially closed support structure surrounding the container is known. An insulation space is located between the support structure and the container.


U.S. Pat. No.5,813,445 A specifies a handbag with a holding device for a drinking vessel in the form of a beverage can. This holding device is fixed to a wall of the handbag and can consist of a thermally insulating material, so that a beverage accommodated in the drinking vessel retains its temperature.


Drinking vessels with a covering which are used to accommodate beverages are known, for example, from CN 105 640 222. In particular, women use portable drinking vessels, which enable a beverage to be taken along at any time, for instance on the way to work, when traveling in an automobile or on public transportation, and during shopping. Such portable drinking containers are often carried in handbags.


DE 20 2004 004 193 U1 describes a covering made of neoprene material for a drinking vessel, which can in particular be designed as a cup. The covering can be removed from the drinking vessel and serves to isolate the vessel in order to slow down a heat discharge from a beverage in the drinking vessel or to slow down a heat transfer into a beverage in the drinking vessel.


DE 20 2004 014 541 U1 discloses a drinking vessel with a container for accommodating a beverage and with a covering made of textile material and leather material, which has a connecting section with buttons, buckles, hook-and-loop fasteners or zip fasteners. For cleaning the container of the drinking vessel, the covering can be removed from the container. The buttons, buckles, hook and/or zip fasteners of the covering can be opened to release it from the container. Due to the mechanical stress caused by the opening and closing of zip fasteners, buttons, buckles and hook-and-loop fasteners, the covering is subject to wear when removing and inserting the container of the drinking vessel.


SUMMARY

An object of the disclosure is to provide a drinking vessel with a container for a beverage which can be readily cleaned while providing good thermal insulation of the beverage, wherein the drinking vessel is capable of being matched to the appearance of a handbag or other objects or to an interior, and to provide a holding device for holding the drinking vessel in a bag, in particular a handbag.


This object is achieved by the drinking vessel indicated below. Exemplary embodiments of the disclosure are indicated in the dependent claims.


The regular and sufficient consumption of beverages is conducive to health if, on the one hand, the beverages are matched to the needs of a human body and on the other hand hygiene conditions are maintained. For hygienic reasons, the areas of a drinking vessel which are touched with the mouth and which are in contact with a beverage accommodated therein must be regularly cleaned. One idea of the disclosure is that a drinking vessel which is adapted by means of a covering to the appearance of a handbag, a tennis bag, a golf bag or a travel bag, but also to the interior or seats of a motor vehicle or aircraft, such that the material, color and surface finish of the covering match the material, color and surface finish of the bag, interior or seats, is readily carried, in particular by female persons, not only for health reasons, but also for fashion reasons. In order to protect the covering during the cleaning of the regions of the drinking vessel, which can pose a risk for the users of the drinking vessel when soiled and contaminated with bacteria, viruses and germs, the disclosure proposes to accommodate the beverage in the drinking vessel in a container which is accommodated in a support structure which bears the covering, wherein the covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container, and wherein the container is detachably fixed to the support structure.


In this way, it can be achieved that the container can be cleaned in a dishwasher without damage to the covering. In particular, in this way it can be achieved that the covering can be removed from the container of the drinking vessel without thus exposing the covering to undesired mechanical stresses. In addition, it can be achieved in this way that the container in the support structure assumes a fundamentally constant position relative to the support structure independently of a spatial position of the drinking vessel.


The container is preferably of cup-shaped design. It has a container bottom and a side wall connected to the container bottom. The support structure has a hollow body with a cavity, in which the container can be arranged, wherein the hollow body has a hollow body wall surrounding the side wall of the container. By forming an air space between the side wall of the container and the hollow body, thermal insulation of a beverage accommodated in the container can be brought about.


The support structure has a stable shape, but can be elastic. In particular, the support structure can have a support part, which serves to support the container in a bottom section. It is advantageous if the support structure has a hollow body wall on which support bodies with support sections for abutting against the side wall of the container are formed on a side facing the side wall of the container. In this way, a secure hold of the container in the support structure can be ensured.


The support sections of the hollow body wall can in particular be rib-shaped. The support bodies can have a holding contour designed to engage over a side wall part of the side wall in a holding section of the container and serves to press the container in the support structure against the support part with a clamping force when the holding contour engages over the side wall part. This measure serves to detachably fix the container in the support structure and brings about a firm seat of the container in the cavity of the hollow body of the support structure.


The support structure can have an opening on the bottom side of the container. Thereby, the container can have a mounting structure projecting through the bottom opening at its bottom-side container section. An exemplary embodiment of the drinking vessel provides that the mounting structure protruding through the opening of the hollow body on the container bottom side has a dovetail-shaped cross-section with an undercut. The hollow body can then have elastically deformable tongues, which project into the undercut of the container structure. In this way, the container can be detachably fixed in the support structure with a secure seating.


Alternatively, the container can also have an external thread, which can be screwed into an internal thread of the hollow body to fix the container in the hollow body. Furthermore, the container can in principle also be held in the hollow body by means of a magnetic element fixed in the hollow body and can thus be detachably held on the support structure. It can be provided here that magnetizable material is arranged in the container bottom and a magnetic element is integrated into the support structure in a section opposite the container bottom.


A drinking vessel according to the disclosure preferably has a container, which is connected in a positively fitting manner to the hollow body or abuts the covering in a positively fitting manner and is connected to the container, and has a concave recess, into which a beverage accommodated in the container can be fed out of the container through a container opening opposite the container bottom. It is advantageous if the container is connected to the container in a fluid-tight manner. The escape of liquid from the container when the drinking vessel is tilted can thus be prevented.


An exemplary embodiment of the drinking vessel provides that the container has a container opening connecting the interior of the container to the concave recess of the container and has an adjustable lid body for the optional release and closing of the container opening. A container sealing element for sealing the lid body to the container can be provided between the lid body and the container.


It is advantageous if the container engages over an opening-side container section with a container connection part and has an annular part with an annular flange-shaped contact face which, when the container is connected to the container accommodated in the support structure, faces an opening edge of the cavity of the support structure. In this way, it can be achieved that the covering is protected against mechanical damage at the transition of the support structure to the container. Since the container defines, with the supporting structure, an annular insulation space which is coaxial to the container opening and is filled with air, and which separates the support structure from the container connection part of the container, it can be achieved that when drinking a hot beverage, only a small amount of heat is introduced from the container into the support structure.


To protect the covering from mechanical damage, it is advantageous if the drinking vessel has a cover element which is detachably connected to a bottom-side section of the support structure and engages over the covering. It is also advantageous if the support structure is made of an elastically deformable material, whose modulus of elasticity is greater than the modulus of elasticity of the material of the container. The support structure can in particular be produced from a plastic material. The container can be produced from a metallic material, in particular from stainless steel. The covering can consist of a flexible material, in particular of leather.


The disclosure also extends to a bag, e.g. a handbag, a tennis bag or a travel bag with a drinking vessel, which bag is produced at least partially from the flexible material. Thereby, the handbag can have a bag body with a holding device for the drinking vessel arranged in the bag body.


Furthermore, the disclosure also extends to a holding device for a drinking vessel, which preferably has the features indicated above. The holding device has a sleeve body with a receptacle adapted to the support structure of the container, in which receptacle the drinking vessel can be held. For fixing the holding device in the bag body of a handbag, the holding device has at least one connection means. In this way, it can be achieved that the drinking vessel can be carried along in the bag without tipping over in the bag.


It is advantageous if a bag for holding objects is connected to the sleeve body. In this way, additional closable storage space for objects is created in a bag. The connection means can in particular be designed as a strap, which can be connected to a carrying strap of the bag for holding the holding device in the bag body of a bag. This measure makes it possible to fix the holding device in a wide variety of bags.


Thereby, it is preferably provided that the strap has a strap lock with a first lock part and a second lock part complementary to the first lock part, which serves to open and close a strap loop, which can be placed around the carrying strap of the bag to hold the holding device in the bag body. It can thus be achieved that the holding device can be secured quickly in a bag and can be released quickly from a bag.


A plurality of connection means can be provided for fixing the holding device in the bag body of the bag. In this way, a secure hold of the holding device for a drinking vessel in a bag can be ensured.


Advantageous embodiments of the disclosure are illustrated in the drawings and are described below.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

The first drinking vessel 10(1) shown in FIG. 1 can be dismantled and has an appearance matched to the design of a handbag. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the drinking vessel 10(1). The drinking vessel 10(1) has a container 12 made of stainless steel designed as a cup, which has a container bottom wall 14 and a side wall 16 connected to the container bottom wall 14. For the container 12, in the drinking vessel 10(1) there is a support structure 18 in the form of a hollow body made of an elastic plastic material. The support structure 18 has a stable shape and serves as a receptacle for the container 12.

The hollow body of the support structure 18 has a cavity wall 20, which surrounds the side wall 16 of the container 12. The hollow body of the support structure 18 has a support part 22, which serves to support the container 12 in a bottom-side container section 24.


The container 12 has an interior 26 which is open on one side and which, starting from the container bottom 28, extends in the bottom-side container section 24 to a container opening 30 which has a circular opening edge 31. The container 12 has a container axis 32 perpendicular to the container opening 30 and extending through the center of the container opening 30, which axis is an axis of symmetry of the interior 26.



FIG. 5 is a longitudinal section of the drinking vessel in a plane in which the container axis 32 extends. The container 12 has a container bottom wall 14 with an annular section 34, to which a container section 36 having a mounting structure is connected. In the plane of a longitudinal section in which the container axis 32 extends, the container section 36 with the mounting structure has a dovetail-shaped cross-section with an outer contour which has an undercut. In the bottom-side container section 24, this outer contour follows the shape of a mushroom head in sections. The mounting structure in the container section 36 projects through a container bottom-side opening 38 of the hollow body of the support structure 18.


The container bottom-side opening 38 of the hollow body of the support structure 18 is delimited by elastic tongues 40, which each have a circular-arc-shaped edge section 42 that faces the container axis 32 and that lies on the container bottom wall 14 of the container 12 in the region of the undercut of the mounting structure in the container section 36. Between the tongues 40 and the annular section 34 of the container bottom wall 14, there is an annular air space 35 which isolates the container bottom wall 14 from the support structure 18.


Starting from the bottom-side container section 24, the surface area of the cross-section, perpendicular to the container axis 32, of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the surface area of the cross-section, perpendicular to the container axis 32, of the container 12 increase to a maximum value in an accommodating section 44 of the container 12 for accommodating a beverage. The container 12 has an opening-side container section 46 connected to the accommodating section 44 and having the container opening 30, in which the maximum diameter of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the maximum diameter of the cross-section of the container 12 perpendicular to the container axis 32 is tapered relative to the maximum diameter of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the maximum diameter of the cross-section of the container 12 in the opening-side container section 46.



FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the section VII of FIG. 5. In a holding section 50 at the transition of the accommodating section 44 for accommodating a beverage to the opening-side container section 46 in the direction of the container axis 32, the shell 48 of the container 12 is curved concavely.

In the bottom-side container section 24, the inner and outer edge of the cross-section of the wall of the container 12 are circular, as can be seen in FIG. 9. In the accommodating section 44 of the container 12, its side wall 16 has—in a cross-sectional plane perpendicular to the container axis 32 as shown in FIG. 10, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12-in alternating fashion, first wall sections 45, which are curved in an arc, and second wall sections 47, which run straight. In the accommodating section 44, the container 12 has a rotational symmetry with respect to the container axis 32. Here, by rotating the container 12 about the container axis 32, a rotation angle φ can correspondingly be moved into itself, for which:

In contrast, the side wall 16 of the container 12, which is opposite the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18, has a circular annular cross-section in the accommodating section 44, as can be seen in FIG. 10, of FIG. 11 and FIG. 12. The inner circle and the outer circle of this circular annular cross-section lie here on a cone, which is open in the direction of the container axis 32 facing the container opening 30.


On its side facing the side wall 16 of the container 12, rib-shaped support bodies 52 are arranged on the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18 over the inner circumference thereof in a regularly distributed manner, grouped into pairs 51 of support bodies, each of which has support sections 53 formed as support surfaces and which are extended in a longitudinal direction along a rib axis 55 defining a plane with the direction of the container axis 32. The azimuthal distance φ relative to the container axis 32 of the support bodies 52 of a support body pair 51 is smaller than the azimuthal distance θ of adjacent support bodies 52 from different pairs of support bodies 51.


The shell 48 of the container 12 is supported on the support sections 53 of the support bodies 52 in the cross-sectional plane that is perpendicular to the container axis 32 towards the cavity wall 20. Thereby, the support bodies 52 of a support body pair 51 lie on the second wall sections 47, each running straight, of the side wall 16 of the container 12, whereby the container 12 is secured against rotation relative to the hollow body.


It is to be noted that in an alternative embodiment of the drinking vessel, rib-shaped supporting bodies can be provided on the cavity wall of the support structure, by which the shell of the container is supported not only on the first, but also on the second wall sections of the side wall of the container.


Furthermore, it is to be noted that in a further, alternative embodiment of the drinking vessel the wall sections of the container, rather than being different, may be shaped identically.


As FIG. 7 shows, the support bodies 52 of the support structure 18 have a holding contour 57, which engages over a side wall part 17 of the side wall 16 of the container 12 in a holding section 50 between the accommodating section 44 and the opening-side container section 46. If the holding contour 57 of the support body 52 engages over the side wall part 17 of the side wall 16 of the container 12 in the holding section 50 the concavely curved shell 48 of the container 12, the container 12 is held in the support structure 18 with a clamping force, which presses the container 12 against the support part 22 of the support structure, the support sections 53 of the rib-shaped support bodies 52 abutting the shell 48 of the container 12.


Between adjacent support bodies 52 of the support structure 18, as is shown in FIG. 8 and FIGS. 10 to 12, the side wall 16 of the container 12 is separated from the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18 by an insulation space 43 filled with air. This measure causes a surface contact of the container 12 with the support structure 18 to be minimized, which counteracts a transfer of heat from a beverage into the container 12 onto the support structure 18.


The drinking vessel 10(1) has a container top 54, in which a concave recess 56 is provided, which forms an annular drinking bowl. The container top 54 has a drinking-bowl-side metal part, which is firmly connected to a container-side part made of a plastic material.


However, the container top 54 can in principle also be made entirely of metal. For the positively fitting connection of the container top 54 to the container 12, the container top 54 has an internal thread 58 in the container-side part made of the plastic material, which can be screwed onto an external thread 60 formed in the opening-side container section 46 on the container 12 made of stainless steel. In this way, it is ensured that, when the container top 54 is connected to the container 12, no wear or at most little wear occurs on the container and the container top.


It is to be noted that in an exemplary embodiment of the drinking vessel, the container top for the positively fitting connection to the container 12 can also have an external thread which is screwed onto an internal thread on the container 12, formed in the opening-side container section 46. The container 12 is thereby sealed with respect to the container top 54 by a container sealing element 62 made of an elastomer, formed as a sealing ring. The container top 54 is thus connected in a fluid-tight manner to the container 12.



FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a container top 54 of the drinking vessel 10(1). FIG. 14 shows a side view of the container top 54. FIG. 15 is a section of the container top 54 along the line XV-XV from FIG. 14.


The container top 54 engages over an opening-side container section 46 with a container connection part 49. The container top 54 has an annular part 59 with an annular flange-shaped contact surface 61 which, when the container top 54 is connected to the container 12 accommodated in the support structure 18, faces an opening edge 67 of the cavity of the support structure 18. Thereby, the container top 54 with the support structure 18 define an annular, air-filled container insulation space 69, which is coaxial to the container opening 30 and which separates the support structure 18 from the container connection part 49 of the container top 54.


As FIG. 8 shows, the support structure 18 is covered on a side facing away from the container 12 by a covering 76. This covering 76 is folded over the opening edge 67 of the cavity of the support structure 18 onto a side of the cavity wall 20 facing the opening-side container section 46. Thereby, the annular flange-shaped contact surface 61 abuts the opening edge 67 on the covering 76 when the container top 54 is connected to the container 12 accommodated in the support structure 18.


The container top 54 has a container opening 64 which is indicated in FIG. 13 and which, as shown for example in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 or FIG. 8, can be closed by means of a lid body 66. The lid body 66 is produced from a dimensionally stable, food-safe plastic.


However, the lid body 66 can also be made of a metal or be coated with metal. The lid body 66 has a cylindrical section 68 which has an external thread 72 interrupted by recesses 70, which can be screwed into an internal thread 74 formed on the container opening 64 of the container top 54. For sealing the container top 54 to the lid body 66, in the drinking vessel 10(1) there is a lid body sealing element 62′, which is a further sealing ring made of an elastomer. By adjusting the lid body 66 in the internal thread 74 of the container top 54, in the region of the recesses 70 of the lid body 66 a channel for the outflow of a beverage accommodated in the container 12 into the concave recess 56 of the container top 54 can be respectively provided at the container opening 64 of the container top 54 via a passage opening, the free cross-section of which can be varied by adjusting the lid body 66 in the internal thread 74 of the container top 54.


It is to be noted that in an exemplary embodiment of the drinking vessel the recesses in the cylindrical lid body can also be designed as slits or bores.


For matching the appearance to the design of a handbag, the drinking vessel 10(1) has a covering 76 made of leather covering the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18 on the side facing away from the side wall 16 of the container 12. As a protection for the covering 76, the drinking vessel 10(1) has a cover element 78 formed as an annular body made of a flexible material, which, in a bottom-side section 80, is fitted onto the support structure 18 over an annular shoulder 82 formed on the support structure 18, which shoulder functions as a foot for the drinking vessel 10.

The annular shoulder 82 thereby has a projection on which the cover element 78 rests in a non-positively and positively fitting manner. The cover element 78 thereby engages over the covering 76 on the support structure 18 in a foot region of the drinking vessel 10(1), so that the covering is protected from mechanical damage here.


Like the container 12, the container top 54 and the lid body 66 of the drinking vessel 10(1) are made of a dishwasher-safe material. To disassemble the drinking vessel 10, the lid body 66 is unscrewed from the container top 54, which in turn is separated from the holding structure 18. By applying a force to the container section 36 in the direction of the arrow 84 in FIG. 8, this section can be pressed out of the support structure 18 through the holding contour 57 of the ribs.



FIG. 19 shows a second drinking vessel 10(2) in a longitudinal section. FIG. 20 shows a cross-section of the second drinking vessel in a sectional plane corresponding to the line XX-XX from FIG. 19. Insofar as the assemblies and elements of the second drinking vessel 10(2) correspond to the assemblies and elements of the first drinking vessel described above, these are identified by the same numbers as reference signs.


The second drinking vessel 10(2) has a magnetic element 65 fixed in the support structure 18, which element holds the container 12, here made of a magnetic stainless steel, in its bottom-side container section 24 against a support part 22 by means of a magnetic force. In all other respects, the structure of the second drinking vessel 10(2) corresponds to the structure of the first drinking vessel 10(1) described above.



FIG. 21 shows a third drinking vessel 10(3) in a longitudinal section. FIG. 22 shows a cross-section of the third drinking vessel in a sectional plane corresponding to the line XXII-XXII from FIG. 21. To the extent that the assemblies and elements of the second drinking vessel 10(2) correspond to the assemblies and elements of the first drinking vessel described above, these are identified by the same numbers as reference signs.


In the third drinking vessel 10(3), the container 12 is held in the support structure 18 by a screw connection. The container bottom 14 of the container 12 here has an annular section 34, which is adjoined by a container section 36′ having a cylindrical cross-section, which has an external thread 72. This external thread 72 is screwed into an internal thread 74 in the support structure 18. In the accommodating section 44, the container 12 is rotationally symmetrical, as is shown in FIG. 21 and FIG. 22.


The fourth drinking vessel 10(4) shown in FIG. 23 is dismantleable and has an appearance matched to the design of a handbag. FIG. 24 is an exploded view of the drinking vessel 10(4). To the extent that the assemblies and elements of the fourth drinking vessel 10(4) correspond to the assemblies and elements of the drinking vessels 10(1), 10(2) and 10(3) described above, these are identified by the same reference signs.



FIG. 25 shows a plan view of the drinking vessel in the direction of the arrow XXV from FIG. 23. FIG. 26 shows a section of the drinking vessel along the line XXVI-XXVI from FIG. 25. FIG. 27 is an enlarged view of section XXVII from FIG. 26.


Here as well, the hollow body of the support structure 18 has a cavity wall 20, which surrounds the side wall 16 of the container 12. The hollow body of the support structure 18 also has a support part 22, which serves to support the container 12 in a bottom-side container section 24.


The container 12 has an interior 26 which is open on one side and which, starting from the container bottom 28, extends in the bottom-side container section 24 to a container opening 30, which has a circular opening edge 31. The container 12 has a container axis 32 perpendicular to the container opening 30 and extending through the center of the container opening 30, which axis is an axis of symmetry of the interior 26.



FIG. 26 is a longitudinal section of the drinking vessel in a plane in which the container axis 32 extends. The container 12 has a container bottom wall 14 with an annular section 34, to which a container section 36 having a mounting structure is connected. In the plane of a longitudinal section in which the container axis 32 extends, the container section 36 with the mounting structure has a dovetail-shaped cross-section with an outer contour which has an undercut. In the bottom-side container section 24, this outer contour follows the shape of a mushroom head in sections. The mounting structure in the container section 36 projects through a container bottom-side opening 38 of the hollow body of the support structure 18.


As shown in FIG. 27, the opening 38 on the container bottom side of the hollow body of the support structure 18 is delimited by elastic tongues 40, which each have a circular-arc-shaped edge section 42 that faces the container axis 32 and lies on the container bottom wall 14 of the container 12 in the region of the undercut of the mounting structure in the container section 36. Between the tongues 40 and the annular section 34 of the container bottom wall 14, there is an annular air space 35 which isolates the container bottom wall 14 from the support structure 18.


Starting from the bottom-side container section 24, the surface area of the cross-section, perpendicular to the container axis 32, of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the surface area of the cross-section, perpendicular to the container axis 32, of the container 12 increase to a maximum value in an accommodating section 44 of the container 12 for accommodating a beverage. The container 12 has an opening-side container section 46 connected to the accommodating section 44 and having the container opening 30, in which the maximum diameter of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the maximum diameter of the cross-section of the container 12 perpendicular to the container axis 32 is tapered relative to the maximum diameter of the interior 26 of the container 12 and the maximum diameter of the cross-section of the container 12 in the opening-side container section 46.



FIG. 28 is an enlarged view of section IIXX from FIG. 26. In a holding section 50 at the transition of the accommodating section 44 for accommodating a beverage to the opening-side container section 46 in the direction of the container axis 32, the shell 48 of the container 12 is curved concavely.



FIG. 29 shows a further longitudinal section of the drinking vessel 10(4) in a sectional plane corresponding to the line IXXX-IXXX from FIG. 25. In the bottom-side container section 24, the inner and outer edge of the cross-section of the wall of the container 12 are circular, as can be seen in FIG. 30. Starting from the bottom-side container section 24, the diameter of the container 12 increases toward the container opening 30.


As shown in FIG. 31 and FIG. 32, the inner and outer edges of the cross-section of the wall of the container 12 are circular in the sectional planes according to the lines XXXI-XXXI and XXXII-XXXII in FIG. 26. In contrast, the inner and outer edge of the cross-section of the wall of the container 12 in the region above the sectional plane, which corresponds to the line XXXII-XXXII in FIG. 26, have the profile of the edge of a regular hexadecagon.

In contrast, the side wall 16 of the container 12, opposite the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18, has a circular annular cross-section in the accommodating section 44, as can be seen in FIG. 31, FIG. 32 and FIG. 33. The inner circle and the outer circle of this circular annular cross-section lie here on a cone, which is open in the direction of the container axis 32 facing the container opening 30.


On its side facing the side wall 16 of the container 12, rib-shaped support bodies 52 are arranged on the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18, regularly distributed over the inner circumference thereof, having support sections with support surfaces abutting the side wall 16 of the container 12. The support bodies 52 extend in a longitudinal direction along a rib axis 55, which define a plane with the direction of the container axis 32.


The shell 48 of the container 12 is supported on the support bodies 52 in a cross-sectional plane perpendicular to the container axis 32 toward the cavity wall 20. Thereby, the support bodies 52 abut the second wall sections 47, each running straight, of the side wall 16 of the container 12, whereby the container 12 is secured against rotation relative to the hollow body.


As shown in FIG. 28, the support bodies 52 of the support structure 18 have a holding contour 57 which engages over a side wall part 17 of the side wall 16 of the container 12 in a holding section 50 between the accommodating section 44 and the opening-side container section 46. If the holding contour 57 of the support body 52 engages over the side wall part 17 of the side wall 16 of the container 12 in the holding section 50 the concavely curved shell 48 of the container 12, the container 12 is held in the support structure 18 with a clamping force, which presses the container 12 against the support part 22 of the support structure, the support sections 53 of the rib-shaped support bodies 52 abutting the shell 48 of the container 12.


Between adjacent support bodies 52 of the support structure 18, as can be seen in FIGS. 29 and 31 to 33, the side wall 16 of the container 12 is separated from the cavity wall 20 of the support structure 18 by an insulation space 43 filled with air. This measure causes a surface contact of the container 12 with the support structure 18 to be minimized, which counteracts a transfer of heat from a beverage in the container 12 onto the support structure 18.


The drinking vessel 10(4) has a container top 54, in which a concave recess 56 is provided, which forms an annular drinking bowl. The container top 54 has a drinking-bowl-side metal part 63, which is firmly connected to a container-side part 75 made of a plastic material. However, the container top 54 can in principle also be made entirely of metal.


For the positively fitting connection of the container top 54 to the container 12, the container top 54 has an external thread 60 in the container-side part 75 made of the plastic material, which can be screwed onto an internal thread 58 formed in the opening-side container section 46 on the container 12 made of stainless steel. In this way, it is also ensured here that, when the container top 54 is connected to the container 12, no wear or at most little wear occurs on the container and the container top.



FIG. 34 shows a handbag 86 and a drinking vessel 10, the appearance of which is matched to the appearance of the handbag 86 by means of the covering 76 of the support structure. The handbag 86 has a bag body 88 in which the drinking vessel 10 can be accommodated. In FIG. 35, a section of the bag body 88 from the inside is shown. In the handbag 86 there is a holding device 90, which serves to hold the drinking vessel 10 in the bag body 88 of the handbag 86. FIG. 36 shows the bag body 88 with the drinking vessel 10 accommodated in the holding device 90. The holding device 90 has a sleeve body 92 made of leather or a corresponding flexible material with a receptacle 94 adapted to the shape of the drinking vessel 10, in which receptacle the drinking vessel 10 can be held when carrying the handbag. The holding device 90 has a bag 96, which can be closed by means of a zipper 91, for holding objects such as coins, passports or handkerchiefs, which bag is connected to the sleeve body 92. As FIG. 36 shows, the holding device 90 is detachably fixed to the bag body 88 on the hand bag 86 by means of a detachable connection 98 of the sleeve body 92, fashioned as a pushbutton device and forming a connection means for fixing the holding device 90 in the bag body 88 of the handbag to the handbag 86.



FIG. 37 shows a further, second holding device 90′ for holding the drinking vessel 10 in the bag body of a handbag. To the extent that the assemblies and elements of the further holding device 90′ correspond to the assemblies and elements of the above-described holding device 90′, these are identified by the same reference signs.



FIG. 38 shows the further holding device 90′ with the bag body 88 of the handbag and the drinking vessel 10 accommodated in the further holding device 90′. As a connection means for the detachable fixing of the holding device 90′ in the bag body 88 of the handbag, here there is a first and a second strap 102, 102′, each of which has a strap lock 104 with a first lock part 106 and a second lock part 108 complementary to the first lock part 106, which serves to open and close a strap loop which can be placed around different carrying straps 110, 110′ of the handbag 86 to hold the holding device 90 in the bag body 88. The first and second straps 102, 102′ are here fixed to the sleeve body 92 of the holding device 90′.



FIG. 39 shows another, third holding device 90″ for holding the drinking vessel 10 in the bag body of a handbag. FIG. 40 shows the further holding device 90″ with the bag body 88 of the handbag and the drinking vessel 10. Insofar as the assemblies and elements of the further holding device 90″ correspond to the assemblies and elements of the above-described holding device 90, these are identified by the same reference signs. As a connection means for the detachable fixing of the holding device 90″ in the bag body 88 of the handbag, there is a first and a second strap 102, 102′, each of which has a strap lock 104 with a first lock part 106 and a second lock part 108 complementary to the first lock part 106, which serves to open and close a strap loop which can be placed around the carrying straps 110 of the handbag 86 to hold the holding device 90 in the bag body 88. Here, the first strap 102 is fixed to the sleeve body 92 of the holding device 90.


In summary, the following preferred features of the disclosure are to be noted in particular: A drinking vessel 10, 10(1), 10(2), 10(3), 10(4) has a container 12 for holding a beverage and has a covering 76. The drinking vessel 10 comprises a support structure 18 accommodating the container 12. The covering 76 covers the support structure 18 at least partially on a side facing away from the container 12. A holding device for such a drinking vessel 10, 10(1), 10(2), 10(3), 10(4) has a sleeve body 92 with a receptacle 94 adapted to the support structure 18 of the container 12, in which receptacle the drinking vessel 10, 10(1), 10(2), 10(3), 10(4) can be held, wherein at least one connection means is provided for fixing the holding device 90 in the bag body 88 of a handbag 86.


Exemplary embodiments are described by the following clauses:


Clause 1. A drinking vessel (10) with a container (12) for a beverage and with a covering (76), characterized by

  • 32. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, wherein the support structure has a support part configured to support the container in a bottom-side container section.
  • 33. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, wherein support bodies having support sections for abutting the side wall of the container are formed on the cavity wall on a side facing the side wall of the container.

  • 48. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, further comprising a cover element being detachably connected to a bottom-side container section of the support structure (18) and engaging over the covering.
  • 49. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, wherein the support structure is made of an elastically deformable material, whose modulus of elasticity is greater than the modulus of elasticity of the material of the container.
  • 50. The drinking vessel according to claim 49, wherein the support structure is made of a plastic material.
  • 51. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, wherein the container is made of a metallic material, in particular stainless steel.
  • 52. The drinking vessel according to claim 31, wherein the covering consists of a flexible material, in particular of leather.
  • 53. A handbag having the drinking vessel according to claim 52, wherein the handbag is made at least partially of the flexible material.
