DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present application is further described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 16.

As shown in FIG. 1, an existing folding bed includes a first folding unit 1 and a second folding unit 2 which are rotatably connected to each other.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first folding unit 1 includes a first base 3, a first hip support 4 fixedly mounted on the first base 3, a back support 5 rotatably connected to the first hip support 4 for supporting the back of the human body, and a driving assembly configured to drive the back support 5 to rotate relative to the first hip support 4. The driving assembly is mounted between the first base 3 and the back support 5. The first hip support 4 is positioned at one end of the first folding unit 1 close to the second folding unit 2;

The second folding unit 2 includes a second base 6 rotatably connected to one end of the first base 3, a second hip support 7 and a leg support assembly 8 mounted on the second base 6.

As shown in FIG. 3, the driving assembly includes a thrust cylinder 31, a lifting lug seat 29 rotatably connected to the output shaft of the thrust cylinder 31, a force transmission shaft 28 fixedly connected to the lifting lug seat 29, and a thrust rod 30 fixedly connected to the force transmission shaft 28. The thrust cylinder 31 is an electric cylinder, and a cylinder end of the thrust cylinder 31 is rotatably connected to the first base 3, and an output end of the thrust cylinder 31 is rotatably connected to the lifting lug seat 29. The force transmission shaft 28 is fixedly connected to one end of the lifting lug seat 29 away from the thrust cylinder 31. The thrust rod 30 is rotatably connected to the back support 5. The lifting lug seat 29 is integrally arranged in an arc shape.

Let the back support 5 and the first hip support 4 form a plane A, and the leg support assembly 8 and the second hip support 7 form a plane B.

When the folding bed is in a fully unfolded state, the plane A and the plane B are in the same plane, and other soft articles such as a mattress are placed on the plane A and the plane B, so that the folding bed can be used as a bed.

When the folding bed is in a folded state, the plane A and the plane B are arranged at an included angle, and the first base 3, the driving assembly and the second base 6 are both positioned between the plane A and the plane B.

Mainly because the thrust cylinder 31, the lifting lug seat 29 and the thrust rod 30 form a mechanism of a triangular connecting rod, even if the back support 5 and the first hip support 4 are in the same plane, the driving assembly still cannot be hidden in the first base 3, and part of the driving assembly protrudes out of the first base 3. Therefore, when the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 rotate to be folded, the driving assembly interferes with the second folding unit 2, so that the folding bed cannot be folded to the minimum floor area.

Meanwhile, since the specific power of the thrust cylinder 31 is a national standard, it is difficult to make the lifting lug seat 29 be a straight rod by increasing the power of the thrust cylinder 31, thereby reducing the space occupied by the folding bed. When the power of the thrust cylinder 31 is constant, the torque will be problematic after the arc-shaped lifting lug seat 29 is modified to be of the straight rod type, and the force of the thrust cylinder 31 is not sufficient to rotate the back support 5 relative to the first hip support 4.

In view of the related art described above, the inventors believe that there is a large defect in space occupied by the folding bed in the existing technology.

Embodiment 1 of the present application provide a folding bed, referring to FIG. 4, the folding bed includes a first folding unit 1 and a second folding unit 2 rotatably connected to each other.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the first folding unit 1 includes a first base 3, a first hip support 4 fixedly mounted on the first base 3, a back support 5 rotatably connected to one end of the first hip support 4 for supporting the back of the human body, and a driving assembly configured to drive the back support 5 to rotate relative to the first hip support 4.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the second folding unit 2 includes a second base 6 rotatably connected to one end of the first base 3, a second hip support 7 fixedly mounted on the second base 6, a leg support assembly 8 rotatably connected to one end of the second hip support 7 for supporting a human leg, and a force application assembly. The first hip support 4 and the second hip support 7 form a hip support assembly for supporting a human hip.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the leg support assembly 8 includes a first leg support 9 rotatably connected to the second hip support 7, a second leg support 10 rotatably connected to one end of the first leg support 9 away from the second hip support 7, and a connecting rod 11 rotatably connected to the second leg support 10. The first leg support 9 is positioned at one end of the second hip support 7 away from the first hip support 4. The two ends of the connecting rod 11 are respectively rotatably connected to the second leg support 10 and the second base 6. The force application assembly is configured to drive the first leg support 9 to rotate relative to the second hip support 7.

Referring to FIG. 6, the bottom surface of the first base 3 and the bottom surface of the second base 6 are each provided with a mounting member 12 for mounting a bed leg, and a threaded hole is provided on the mounting member 12.

The folding bed has three states, namely a fully unfolded state, a reclining state and a folded state. The plane formed by the back support 5 and the first hip support 4 is a plane A, and the plane formed by the hip support assembly 8 and the second hip support 7 is a plane B.

Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, when the folding bed is in a folded state, the plane A is parallel to the plane B and spaced from the plane B, the first base 3, the driving assembly, the second base 6, and the force application assembly are all positioned between the plane A and the plane B, and the driving assembly and the force application assembly are arranged in a staggered manner. The entire folding bed is in a fully folded state, the overall vertical size is only 9 cm, and is greatly reduced compared with 15 cm in the prior art. The shipment can be well stored or shipped. Because the shipment is calculated according to number of the containers, the folding bed is small in occupied size after being folded, more folding beds can be contained in one container, thereby reducing the transportation cost of a single folding bed.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, when the folding bed is in the fully unfolded state, the plane A is parallel to the plane B and overlaps the plane B. That is, the back support 5, the first hip support 4, the second hip support 7, the first leg support 9 and the second leg support 10 are all in one plane. The mounting member 12 is mounted with a bed leg through a threaded hole. In this case, the flexible article such as the mattress is directly placed on the plane A and the plane B, that is, the flexible article can be used as a normal bed, and the user directly lies flat on the flexible bed for comfort.

Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, when the folding bed is in the reclining state, the back support 5 is arranged obliquely with respect to the first hip support 4. The second hip support 7 is in the same plane as the first hip support 4. The first leg support 9 is arranged obliquely with respect to the second hip support 7, and the first leg support 9 and the second leg support 10 form an inverted-V shape. The user reclines on the folding bed, and the bent legs can be well supported, so that the folding bed is comfortable to use. In order to improve the use comfort, the upper end surface of the second leg support 10 is provided with a foot pedal 13 for limiting a mattress to move towards the foot.

Specifically, referring to FIG. 11, the driving assembly includes a first driving cylinder 14 and a first force transmission assembly 15. The first driving cylinder 14 is an electric cylinder. The first force transmission assembly 15 is provided with two, and positioned at each side of the first driving cylinder 14, and two first force transmission assemblies 15 are symmetrically arranged along a central shaft of the first driving cylinder 14. The first force transmission assembly 15 is configured to transmit the driving force of the first driving cylinder 14 to the back support 5 to rotate the back support 5 relative to the first hip support 4.

Referring to FIG. 11, one end of the first driving cylinder 14 is fixedly mounted with a first connecting seat 16, and the other end is rotatably connected to a second connecting seat 17. The first connecting seat 16 is used for rotatably connecting the first driving cylinder 14 to the first base 3. The first force transmission assembly 15 includes a third connecting seat 18 fixedly connected to the first base 3, a first force transmission rod 19 rotatably connected to the third connecting seat 18, and a second force transmission rod 20 rotatably connected to the first force transmission rod 19. The first force transmission rod 19 is fixedly connected to the second connecting seat 17, and the second force transmission rod 20 is configured to be rotatably connected to the back support 5.

When the back support 5 needs to be driven to rotate relative to the first hip support 4, the first driving cylinder 14 extends, in this case, the first driving cylinder 14 gives a driving force to the second connecting seat 17, and transmits the force to the first force transmission rod 19 through the second connecting seat 17, and the first force transmission rod 19 transmits the force to the back support 5 through the second force transmission rod 20, thereby achieving the driving of the back support 5. After the movement, the state of the folding chair is shown in FIG. 12.

Referring to FIG. 13, the force application assembly includes a second driving cylinder 21 and a second force transmission assembly 22. The second driving cylinder 21 is an electric cylinder. The second force transmission assembly 22 is provided with two, and positioned at each side of the second driving cylinder 21, and the two second force transmission assemblies 22 are symmetrically arranged along a central shaft of the second driving cylinder 21. The second force transmission assembly 22 is configured to transmit the driving force of the second driving cylinder 21 to the first leg support 9 to rotate the first leg support 9 relative to the second hip support 7.

Referring to FIG. 13, one end of the second driving cylinder 21 is rotatably connected to the second base 6. The second force transmission assembly 22 includes a fourth connecting seat 23 rotatably connected to the output end of the second driving cylinder 21, a third force transmission rod 24 rotatably connected to the fourth connecting seat 23, a fourth force transmission rod 25 rotatably connected to the third force transmission rod 24, and a fifth connecting seat 26 rotatably connected to the third force transmission rod 24.

Referring to FIG. 13, the fourth connecting seat 23 includes a mounting seat 27 rotatably connected to the second driving cylinder 21 and a force transmission shaft 28 fixedly connected to the third force transmission rod 24, and one end of the mounting seat 27 away from the second driving cylinder 21 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the force transmission shaft 28. The force transmission shafts 28 corresponding to the two second transmission assemblies 22 are coaxially arranged and fixedly connected. One end of the fourth force transmission rod 25 away from the third force transmission rod 24 is rotatably connected to the first leg support 9. The fifth connecting seat 26 is fixedly mounted to the second base 6. The connection part between the fifth connecting seat 26 and the third force transmission rod 24, the connection part between the fourth force transmission rod 25 and the third force transmission rod 24, and the connection part between the fourth force transmission rod 25 and the first leg support 9 form a triangle.

When the leg support assembly 8 needs to be driven to rotate relative to the second hip support 7, the second driving cylinder 21 extends, in this case, the second driving cylinder 21 gives a driving force to the fourth connecting seat 23, and transmits the force to the third force transmission rod 24 through the fifth connecting seat 26, and the third force transmission rod 24 transmits the force to the first leg support 9 through the fourth force transmission rod 25, thereby achieving the driving of the first leg support 9. After the movement, the state of the folding chair is shown in FIG. 12.

A six-link structure is formed among the first base 3, the back support 5, the cylinder block of the first driving cylinder 14, the piston rod of the first driving cylinder 14, the first force transmission rod 19, and the second force transmission rod 20, and a six-link structure is formed among the second base 6, the first leg support 9, the cylinder block of the second driving cylinder 21, the piston rod of the second driving cylinder 21, the third force transmission rod 24, and the fourth force transmission rod 25. The design of the two six-link structures amplifies the moment, so that the first driving cylinder 14 and the second driving cylinder 21 have sufficient force to push the parts required to be pushed by the first driving cylinder 14 and the second driving cylinder 21. Meanwhile, when the folding bed needs to be in the folded state, both the driving assembly and the force application assembly may be hidden in the first base 3 and the second base 6. When the folding bed is folded, the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 can be completely overlapped, thereby reducing the space occupied by the folding bed. Thus, the daily placement of the folding bed is facilitated, and when shipping, more folding beds can be placed in the same space, thereby reducing the shipping cost.

The implementation principle of the folding bed according to the embodiment of the present application is:

During conventional placement or shipping, the folding bed is in a folded state, see FIG. 7. The first driving cylinder 14 and the second driving cylinder 21 are both in a state where the length is the shortest. The first folding unit 1 overlaps the second folding unit 2. The first base 3, the driving assembly, the second base 6, and the force application assembly are all positioned between the plane A and the plane B.

When the folding bed needs to be used for sleeping or lying flat, the folding bed needs to be adjusted from the folded state to the fully unfolded state, and the specific state is shown in FIG. 4. In this case, the second folding unit 2 needs to be rotated with respect to the first folding unit 1 until the folding bed is completely opened, and in this case, the plane A is parallel to the plane B and is positioned in the same plane as the plane B. Then, bed legs are mounted on the mounting member 12, so that the folding bed can be lifted to be away from the ground.

When the folding bed needs to be used for reclining for leisure, the folding bed needs to be adjusted from the fully unfolded state to the reclining state, and the specific state is shown in FIG. 9. Referring to FIGS. 6 and 13, in this case, the first driving cylinder 14 is activated, the piston rod of the first driving cylinder 14 moves relative to the cylinder block of the first driving cylinder 14 to extend the first driving cylinder 14, and under the action of the first force transmission assembly 15, the back support 5 is driven to rotate relative to the first hip support 4, thereby adjusting the angle of the back support 5 relative to the first hip support 4 to a suitable angle, and allowing the back of the user to rest comfortably on the back support 5.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 13, if the legs are bent during reclining, then the second driving cylinder 21 is activated, and the piston rod of the first driving cylinder 14 moves relative to the cylinder block of the first driving cylinder 14 to extend the first driving cylinder 14. Under the action of the second force transmission assembly 22, the first leg support 9 is driven to rotate relative to the second hip support 7, thereby adjusting the angle of the first leg support 9 relative to the second hip support 7 to a suitable angle. Meanwhile, the limiting of the connecting rod 11 makes the second leg support 10 rotate relative to the first leg support 9, in this case, the first leg support 9 and the second leg support 10 form an inverted V-shape, so that the bent legs of the user can also be well supported, and the folding bed is comfortable to use.

When the folding bed needs to be restored from the reclining state to the folded state, the first driving cylinder 14 and the second driving cylinder 21 are activated, both of which are shortened to a state of minimum length. At this time, the plane A and the plane B have recovered to a state in which the two planes overlap, that is, a fully unfolded state. Then, the bed legs are detached, and the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 are relatively rotated to be in contact with each other.

Embodiment 2: a folding bed frame, referring to FIGS. 14 and 15. The first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 are equal in length and width. The first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 are rotatably connected by a rotary folding mechanism 32. When the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 are rotated towards each other to the limit position, the first folding unit 1 is parallel to the second folding unit 2. In this case, the bed frame is in a folded state, and a receiving gap is formed between the first folding unit and the second folding unit, and the driving assembly is received in the receiving gap, and the purpose of reducing the overall transportation size is achieved.

As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the rotary folding mechanism 32 includes a first rotating plate 33 connected to the first base 3 and a second rotating plate 34 connected to the second base 6. The first rotating plate 33 and the second rotating plate 34 both extend obliquely toward the lower side of the bed frame. A rotating hole is provided on a side away from the bed frame. A rotating pin is rotatably connected in the rotating hole, and the first rotating plate 33 and the second rotating plate 34 are relatively rotated by the rotating pin. When the first base 3 and the second base 6 are folded, the two bases are rotated opposite to each other by taking the rotating pin as an axis, so that the edges of the two bases can be avoided from colliding with each other during rotation, and the two bases are parallel to each other after rotation.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, in order to reduce the volume, the bed frame has only a thin layer, and in the related art, in order to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the bed frame, a layer of packaging frame is connected to the periphery of the bed frame, so that the bed frame looks less thin and sufficiently aesthetic. Therefore, the first packaging frame 35 is disposed at the edge position of the first folding unit 1, and the second packaging frame 40 is disposed at the edge position of the second folding unit 2. However, in the folded state, the first packaging frame 35 and the second packaging frame 40 overlap each other, and the vertical size after the folding is too large, and the volume is forced to increase, and the purpose of reducing the transportation size of the bed frame cannot be achieved. If the first packaging frame 35 or the second packaging frame 40 is arranged to be thinner, although the purpose that the size is not additionally increased during transportation is achieved, the effect that the packaging frame is thickened and attractive is lost.

Therefore, the first packaging frame 35 is arranged to be rotatably connected, and limited by the limiting mechanism 41, so that the first packaging frame 35 can be stabilized at the first limiting position or the second limiting position. During normal use, the first packaging frame 35 is placed in the first limiting position, in this case, the first packaging frame 35 and the second packaging frame 40 are in a symmetrical state, and the bed frame has a symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing appearance during normal use. When folding transportation is needed, the first packaging frame 35 is rotated to the second limiting position where the first packaging frame 35 does not interfere with the second packaging frame 40.

the first packaging frame 35 is rotated to a second limiting position where the second packaging frame 40 is not disturbed. In this case, the first packaging frame 35 abuts against the sidewall of the second packaging frame 40, and avoids the second packaging frame 40, so that the second packaging frame 40 can occupy the receiving gap exclusively, and the vertical size of the packaging frame does not need to be thinned, the vertical size is enough to meet both the transportation requirement and the use requirement.

When in the folded state, the first folding unit 1, the second folding unit 2 and the rotary folding mechanism 32 surround the receiving gap. In this case, the second packaging frame 40 can also serve the purpose of closing the receiving gap. In order to better achieve the purpose of closing the receiving gap, bed frame accessories such as a detached bed frame, a power line and a bedrail can be stored in the receiving gap. The second packaging frame 40 is in transition fit with the receiving gap. The packaging frame is usually made of flexible materials. Hence, the second packaging frame 40 is further in interference fit with the receiving gap, the second packaging frame 40 is extruded and deformed through the deformation performance of the flexible materials. The receiving gap is completely sealed to prevent articles received in the receiving gap, such as detachable bed legs and article receiving box, from falling out from the receiving gap. Thus, the total volume occupied by the transportation is reduced, and the space after the bed frame is folded is fully utilized.

The rotating connection part of the first packaging frame 35 and the first folding unit 1 is positioned on the side of the first packaging frame 35 away from the edge of the bed frame. In this way, the first packaging frame 35 can be rotated and stored in the second packaging frame 40. Thus, on the one hand, the position is limited by the limiting mechanism 41, and on the other hand, the position is wrapped by the external second packaging frame 40. Not only does the first packaging frame 35 not shake during transportation, but also matches the second packaging frame 40. Thus, the receiving gap is better sealed.

The outer surfaces of the first folding unit 1, the second folding unit 2, the first packaging frame 35 and the second packaging frame 40 are all packaged by using a cloth material. After packaging, the first packaging frame 35 and the second packaging frame 40 form a long strip-shaped frame with edges. The first packaging frame 35 is sewn to the fabric of the first folding unit 1 at one edge close to the first folding unit 1. The first packaging frame 35 is rotatably connected to the first folding unit 1. The bottom surface of the second packaging frame 40 is sewn to the second folding unit 2. Thus, the second packaging frame 40 is fixedly connected to the second folding unit 2.

The first packaging frame 35 includes a transverse bar 36 extending along the wide edge of the bed frame and two vertical bars 37 extending along the long edge of the bed frame, and two vertical bars 37 and the transverse bar 36 are independently and rotatably connected to the first folding unit 1 respectively, so that the entire first packing frame 35 is rotatably accommodated by rotating each edge of the first packing frame 35.

In the normal use state, the transverse bar 36 and the vertical bar 37 need to be abutted with each other, and with no gap. However, in this case, the transverse bar 36 and the vertical bar 37 are clamped under the condition that they are both rotated inwards to be stored, the second packaging frame 40 cannot be avoided, so the vertical bar 37 is divided into a vertical section 38 and a folding section 39. The vertical section 38 is rotatably connected to the first folding unit 1. The folding section 39 is not connected to the first folding unit 1, but is rotatably connected to the vertical section 38. Thus, when the first packaging frame 35 is rotated, the vertical bar 37 is prevented from the position of the horizontal bar 36 by the folding section 39.

In order to avoid shaking of the folding section 39 during transportation. A locking part is arranged between the vertical section and the folding section. The locking part includes a hook portion of a first hook and loop fastener sewn to a side of the vertical section 38 away from the edge of the bed frame, a loop portion of a first hook and loop fastener sewn to the folding section 39 and engaged with the hook portion of a first hook and loop fastener. After the folding section 39 is rotated, the folding section 39 is locked by engagement between the hook portion of a first hook and loop fastener and the loop portion of a first hook and loop fastener. The purpose of preventing the folding section 39 from shaking is achieved. In the present application, the connecting method is not limited to the hook and loop fastener, and similar connection methods such as injection hooks, stickers, latches, magnets, suction cups, etc., are all within the protection scope of this application.

The limiting mechanism 41 includes a hook portion 42 of a second hook and loop fastener sewn to the first folding unit 1, and a loop portion 43 of a second hook and loop fastener sewn to the first packaging frame 35. Taking the horizontal bar 36 as an example, the hook portion 42 of a second hook and loop fastener is arranged on both left and right sides of the rotating connection part of the horizontal bar 36 and the first folding unit 1, and in normal use, the loop portion 43 of a second hook and loop fastener on the horizontal bar 36 and one of the hook portion 42 of a second hook and loop fastener are securely locked. When folded, the transverse bar 36 is rotated to a degree that the other loop portion 43 of a second hook and loop fastener on the horizontal bar 36 is stuck to the other hook portion 42 of a second hook and loop fastener on the first folding unit 1, thereby realizing locking.

When the electric folding bed frame is used, some other functional units are often added, for example, a data line interface, a charging interface, a network line interface, and the like. Hence, the first folding unit 1 is provided with a connecting frame 44. In this case, the vertical size of the packaging frame may interfere with the wiring of the functional unit, even interfering with the mounting placement of the functional unit. Hence, the first packaging frame 35 or the second packaging frame 40 is provided with an escape groove. The functional units or wires may be passed through the packaging frame for normal placement.

The implementation principle of the folding bed frame in the embodiment of the present application is as follows: the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2 are folded, so that the overall volume of the bed frame is greatly reduced, and in the folding process of the first folding unit 1 and the second folding unit 2, by rotating the first packaging frame 35, the first packaging frame 35 may be positioned at a first limiting position symmetrical to the second packaging frame 40 or at a second limiting position abutting against the inner wall of the second packaging frame 40. Meanwhile, the vertical size of the packaging frame is required, and the volume of the packaging frame is reduced. The vertical size during transportation is further reduced.

The above description is only preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, all equivalent changes of the structure, shape or principle according to the spirit of the present application should be all included in the protection scope of the present application.
