Claims
- 1. A handheld training pistol consisting of:
a. A simulated barrel, textured grips and a trigger that moves horizontally wherein the body parts are composed of some type of brightly colored plastic. b. Said training pistol contains two cavities, one in the interior of said barrel and one in the interior of said grips, both of which are filled with lead or some material with sufficient weight to provide a realistic feel.
- 2. The handheld training pistol of claim 1 which:
a. Initially simulates a double-action trigger pull then transitions into simulated single-action for the second and each successive trigger pull. b. Wherein a blocking bar which will prevent the reset mechanism or snapper from full forward movement thereby causing said pistol to provide said simulated single-action trigger pull. c. Allows for transition back to said simulated double-action by means of rotating a de-cocking lever downward then upward.
