Abstract
A dually foldable host unit case for a computer includes a first plate member, an upper cover member, a lower cover, a front wall and a rear wall. The first plate member pivotally connects with the upper cover, the lower cover, the front wall and the rear wall respectively. The preceding parts are capable of being folded to allow the host unit case being reduced volume thereof while packaging and capable of being extended to allow the second lateral sides of the front and rear walls and the second lateral sides of the upper and lower covers are pivotally connected for setting up the host unit case conveniently and quickly.

Claims
  • 1. A dually foldable host unit case for a computer, which is capable of being reduced volume thereof while packaging and being completely set up conveniently and quickly, comprising: a first plate member with an upper, lower, front and rear ends;an upper cover with a first and second lateral sides, having the first lateral side to pivotally connect with the upper end of the first plate member;a lower cover with a third and fourth lateral sides, having the third lateral side to pivotally connect with the lower end of the first plate member;a front wall with a fifth and sixth lateral sides, having the fifth lateral side to pivotally connect with the front end of the first plate member; anda rear wall with a seventh and eighth lateral sides, having the seventh lateral side to pivotally connect with the rear end of the second plate member;wherein, the preceding parts are capable of being extended to allow the sixth and eighth lateral sides fixedly connecting with the second and fourth lateral sides such that the host unit case is set up completely.
  • 2. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper cover has a first front and first rear margin frames extending downward; the front and rear margin frames pivotally connect with an end of a first first-connecting rod respectively; another end of the respective first first-connecting pivotally connects with an end of a first second-connecting rod; another end of the respective first second-connecting rod pivotally connects with a first first-lug; and the respective first first-lug is joined to the tops of the front and rear ends of the first plate member for the first lateral side pivotally connects with the upper end of the first plate member.
  • 3. The dually foldable host unit case with foldable lateral walls for a computer as defined in claim 2, wherein the lower cover has a second front and second rear margin frames extending upward; the second front and second rear margin frames pivotally connect with an end of a second first-connecting rod respectively; another end of the respective second first-connecting rod pivotally connects with a second first-lug; and the respective second first-lug is joined to the lower ends of the front and rear ends of the first plate member for the third lateral side at the lower cover pivotally connecting with the lower end of the first plate member.
  • 4. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the front wall has a first upper and first lower margin frames extending rearward; the first upper and first lower margin frames pivotally connect with an end of a first third-connecting rod respectively; another end of the respective first third-connecting rod pivotally connects with an end of a first fourth-connecting rod; another end of the respective first fourth-connecting rod pivotally connects with a first second-lug; and the respective first second-lug is joined to the upper and lower ends of the front end of the first plate member such that the fifth lateral side at the front wall pivotally connects with the front end of the first plate member.
  • 5. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 4, wherein the rear wall has a second upper and second lower margin frames extending forward; the second upper and second lower margin frames pivotally connect with an end of a second third-connecting rod respectively; another end of the respective second third-connecting rod pivotally connects with an end of a second fourth-connecting rod; another end of the respective second fourth-connecting rod pivotally connects with a second second-lug; and the respective second second-lug is joined to the upper and lower ends of the rear end of the first plate member such that the seventh lateral side at the rear wall pivotally connects with the rear end of the first plate member.
  • 6. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 2, wherein the front wall has a first upper and first lower margin frames extending rearward; the first upper and first lower margin frames pivotally connect with an end of a first third-connecting rod respectively; another end of the respective first third-connecting rod pivotally connects with an end of a first fourth-connecting rod; another end of the respective first fourth-connecting rod pivotally connects with a first second-lug; and the respective first second-lug is joined to the upper and lower ends of the front end of the first plate member such that the fifth lateral side at the front wall pivotally connects with the front end of the first plate member.
  • 7. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper ends of the front and rear walls are disposed below the upper cover respectively; the lower ends of the front and rear walls are disposed above the lower cover respectively such that the upper and lower ends of the sixth lateral side at the front wall and the eighth wall at the rear wall are joined to a position between the second lateral side at the upper cover and the fourth lateral side at the lower cover.
  • 8. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the front ends of the upper and the lower cover are disposed at rear side of the front wall respectively; the rear ends of upper and lower covers are disposed at front side of rear wall such that the front and rear ends of the second lateral side at the upper cover and the fourth lateral side at the lower cover are joined to another position between the sixth lateral side at the front wall and the eighth lateral side at the rear wall.
  • 9. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the first plate member is further pivotally connects with a first foldable support member.
  • 10. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 9, wherein the first plate member is further pivotally connects with a second foldable support member and the second foldable support member is disposed below the first foldable support member.
  • 11. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 9, wherein the first support member has a first left partition and a first right partition with the upper and lower ends of the partitions being joined to two pivotal plate element respectively; a side of the respective pivotal plate element at the first left partition faces a side of the respective pivotal plate element at the first right partition with the upper and lower ends of the sides pivotally connect two ends of a connecting rod; and the respective pivotal plate element at the first left partition further pivotally connects with a third lug and the third lug is joined to the first plate member.
  • 12. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 10, wherein the second support member has a second left partition and a second right partition with the upper and lower ends of the second left and second right partitions being joined to two pivotal plate element respectively; a side of the respective pivotal plate element at the second left partition faces a side of the respective pivotal plate element at the second right partition with the upper and lower ends of the sides pivotally connect two ends of another connecting rod; and the respective pivotal plate element at the second left partition further pivotally connects with a fourth lug and the fourth lug is joined to the first plate member.
  • 13. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the front and rear ends of the upper and lower covers, the front wall and the rear wall provides holes corresponding to each others such that the front and rear ends of the upper and lower covers are secured to the front wall and the rear wall firmly with a plurality of screws passing through the holes.
  • 14. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 3, wherein the upper cover has a first left and first right margin frames extending downward; the lower cover has a second left and second right margin frames extending upward; the left and right margin frames have lock holes; two lateral plates provide lock ears corresponding to the lock holes such that the two lateral plates are joined to the left and right sides of the upper and lower covers with the lock ears engaging with the corresponding lock holes.
  • 15. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 1, wherein the fifth and sixth lateral sides at the front wall pivotally connect with a first support member and a second support member respectively.
  • 16. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 15, wherein the first plate member is pivotally connected to each of four corners of a third support member via a connecting rod respectively.
  • 17. The dually foldable host unit case for a computer as defined in claim 15, wherein the third support member is disposed beneath the second support member.
