TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technology field of beds, in particular to a easy-to-assemble bedstead.
BACKGROUND
At present, metal beds are being used more and more widely, such as the patent CN2323674Y, which discloses a metal bed frame, including bed legs and bed frame beams. The bed frame beams include several longitudinal beams and several transverse beams, and the bed legs and longitudinal beams or transverse beams are connected by screws or through welding. The problems of such connection are: One the one hand, screws or welding are needed during the assembly of the connection parts between bed legs and longitudinal beams or transverse beams, making the operation very tedious, time-consuming, and laborious. Since it's difficult for ordinary consumers to handle the operation, professionals are needed for the assembly. However, the assembly efficiency is still low with slow assembly speed. On the other hand, the disassembly of the connection parts between bed legs and longitudinal beams or transverse beams is equally tedious, time-consuming and laborious.
SUMMARY
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an easy-to-assemble bedstead according to the shortcomings of the above prior art. Since the bed legs of the bedstead are connected with inserting sleeves, and the longitudinal beams and the transverse beams are connected with inserting blocks, rapid assembly or disassembly of the connection parts between the bed legs and the longitudinal beams or the transverse beams can be realized through the matching up of the inserting sleeves and inserting blocks, making the body structure stable after installation.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the technical solution of the present invention is: an easy-to-assemble bedstead, including an outer frame which includes a plurality of transverse beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams perpendicular to them, and a plurality of bed legs perpendicular to the plane formed by the plurality of transverse beams and the plurality of longitudinal beams. Each of the plurality of bed legs is fixedly provided with at least one inserting sleeve facing the directions of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams respectively, and the two ends of at least one of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams are fixedly provided with inserting blocks corresponding to the inserting sleeves, and the inserting blocks can be detachably inserted into the corresponding inserting sleeves to fix the longitudinal beams or transverse beams, thereby facilitating the rapid assembly and disassembly of the bedstead.
Preferably, the plurality of transverse beams include 2 first transverse beams located at the head end and the foot end of the bed body, 4 second transverse beams located on the transverse axis of the bed body, and a plurality of third transverse beams located between the first transverse beams and the second transverse beams, wherein all the first transverse beams, the second transverse beams and the third transverse beams are parallel to each other, and each pair of the second transverse beams are on the same straight line respectively.
Preferably, the plurality of longitudinal beams include 4 first longitudinal beams located on both sides of the bed body and 2 second longitudinal beams located on the longitudinal axis of the bed body, wherein all the first longitudinal beams and the second longitudinal beams are parallel to each other, and each pair of the first longitudinal beams are on the same straight line respectively, and the 2 second longitudinal beams are on the same straight line.
Preferably, the plurality of bed legs include 6 first bed legs corresponding to the first transverse beams, 2 second bed legs located on both sides of the transverse axis of the bed body, and 1 third bed leg located in the middle of the transverse axis of the bed body.
Preferably, the upper end of each first bed leg is provided with one inserting sleeve, and the upper end of each second bed leg is provided with four inserting sleeves facing the directions of the second transverse beams or first longitudinal beams respectively, and the upper end of the third bed leg is provided with six inserting sleeves facing the directions of the second transverse beams or second longitudinal beams respectively.
Preferably, the first transverse beams and the corresponding first bed legs are fixed by welding, or by riveting, or by screws, or are integrally formed.
Preferably, the second transverse beams are arranged with 2 beams in the upper direction and 2 beams in the lower direction of the bed respectively.
Preferably, both ends of each of the second transverse beams are provided with one inserting block respectively.
Preferably, both ends of each of the first longitudinal beams and the second longitudinal beams are provided with one inserting block respectively.
Preferably, each of the first longitudinal beams is also provided with a plurality of U-shaped groove blocks arranged at equal intervals, and the third transverse beams are detachably connected with the first longitudinal beams through the U-shaped groove blocks.
Preferably, the inserting sleeve is formed by the bending of at least one sheet at an acute angle, and the opening of the inserting sleeve faces the bed legs, and the inserting sleeve has symmetrical side walls and a slot with V-typed cross section between the side walls.
Preferably, the shape of the side wall is a right-angled trapezoid whose width gradually narrows from the upper end to the lower end.
Preferably, the side wall's upper side width is 37-41 mm, its lower side width is 27-31 mm, and the height of its right-angled waist is 39-43 mm.
Preferably, the maximum distance between the acute angle opening of the inserting sleeve is 16-20 mm.
Preferably, the shape of the inserting block is a right-angled trapezoid whose width gradually narrows from the upper end to the lower end, and the oblique waist of the inserting block corresponds to the inner angle of the oblique waist of the inserting sleeve's side wall.
Preferably, the upper side width of the inserting block is 35-39 mm, its lower side width is 25-29 mm, the height of its right-angled waist is 41-45 mm, and its thickness is 2-3 mm.
Preferably, the middle of the inserting block is provided with a waist-shaped hole wherein the distance between the waist-shaped hole's upper end and lower end is greater than the distance between the waist-shaped hole's left end and right end, and the middle of the side walls of the inserting sleeve is provided with a round hole corresponding to the waist-shaped hole, wherein a pin is arranged between the round hole and the waist-shaped hole.
The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: The inserting blocks at both ends of the 4 second transverse beams of the bedstead of the present invention can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding inserting sleeves of the 2 second bed legs and the 1 third bed leg, and the inserting blocks at both ends of the 4 first longitudinal beams and the 2 second longitudinal beams can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding inserting sleeves of the 6 first bed legs, the 2 second bed legs, and the 1 third bed leg. Therefore, a rapid assembly or disassembly of the connection parts between the 4 second transverse beams, the 4 first longitudinal beams, the 2 second longitudinal beams, the 6 first bed legs, the 2 second bed legs, and the 1 third bed leg of the bedstead of the present invention can be realized through the matching up of inserting sleeve and inserting block, making the body structure stable after installation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The structure principle and working principle of the present invention are further explained in detail in combination with the attached drawings.
The present invention provides an easy-to-assemble bedstead, including an outer frame which includes transverse beams, longitudinal beams, and bed legs, wherein the transverse beams are perpendicular to the longitudinal beams, and the bed legs are provided with inserting sleeves, and the transverse beams and longitudinal beams are provided with inserting blocks respectively. The rapid assembly and disassembly of the transverse beams, longitudinal beams, and bed legs can be realized through the matching of the inserting sleeves and the inserting blocks, making the bedstead stable after assembly.
As shown in FIGS. 1-7, the present invention relates to a easy-to-assemble bedstead including a bed body. One end of the bed body is provided with a first transverse beam 11, a first bed leg 21, a second bed leg 22 and a third bed leg 23 with the first transverse beam 11 welded on the upper end of the first bed leg 21, the second bed leg 22 and the third bed leg 23, and the side of the first bed leg 21, the second bed leg 22 and the third bed leg 23 welded with a inserting sleeve 3 respectively; another end of the bed body is provided with a second transverse beam 12, a fourth bed leg 24, a fifth bed leg 25 and a sixth bed leg 26 with the second transverse beam 12 welded on the upper end of the fourth bed leg 24, the fifth bed leg 25 and the sixth bed leg 26, and the side of the fourth bed leg 24, the fifth bed leg 25 and the sixth bed leg 26 welded with the inserting sleeve 3 respectively; the middle end of the bed body is provided with a third transverse beam 13, a fourth transverse beam 14, a seventh bed leg 27, a eighth bed leg 28 and a ninth bed leg 29 with the side of the seventh bed leg 27, the eighth bed leg 28 and the ninth bed leg 29 respectively welded with several inserting sleeves 3, and the lower side of both ends of the third transverse beam 13 and the fourth transverse beam 14 respectively welded with a inserting block 4 which can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding inserting sleeves 3 of the seventh bed leg 27, the eighth bed leg 28 and the ninth bed leg 29; the bed body is provided with a first longitudinal beam 51, a second longitudinal beam 52, a third longitudinal beam 53, a fourth longitudinal beam 54, a fifth longitudinal beam 55 and a sixth longitudinal beam 56 with the lower side of both ends of the first longitudinal beam 51, the second longitudinal beam 52, the third longitudinal beam 53, the fourth longitudinal beam 54, the fifth longitudinal beam 55 and the sixth longitudinal beam 56 respectively welded with a inserting block 4 which can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding inserting sleeves 3 of the first bed leg 21, the second bed leg 22, the third bed leg 23, the fourth bed leg 24, the fifth bed leg 25, the sixth bed leg 26, the seventh bed leg 27, the eighth bed leg 28 and ninth bed leg 29. Since the bed legs are connected with the inserting sleeves, and the longitudinal beam and the transverse beam are connected with the inserting blocks, rapid assembly or disassembly of the connection parts between the bed legs and the longitudinal beams or the transverse beams can be realized through the matching up of the inserting sleeves and inserting blocks, making the bed body structure stable after installation.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, the first bed leg 21, the second bed leg 22 and the third bed leg 23 are arranged in sequence from left to right; the fourth bed leg 24, the fifth bed leg 25 and the sixth bed leg 26 are arranged in sequence from left to right; the seventh bed leg 27, the eighth bed leg 28 and the ninth bed leg 29 are arranged in sequence from left to right; the first transverse beam 11, the second transverse beam 12, the third transverse beam 13, the fourth transverse beam 14 parallel to each other, and the length directions of the third transverse beam 13 and the fourth transverse beam 14 are in the same straight line; the length directions of the first longitudinal beam 51 and the second longitudinal beam 52 are in the same straight line, and the inserting blocks 4 of the first longitudinal beam 51 and the second longitudinal beam 52 are inserted into the corresponding inserting sleeves of the first bed leg 21, the fourth bed leg 24 and the seventh bed leg 27; the length directions of the third longitudinal beam 53 and the fourth longitudinal beam 54 are in the same straight line, and the inserting blocks 4 of the third longitudinal beam 53 and the fourth longitudinal beam 54 are inserted into the corresponding inserting sleeves 3 of the second bed leg 22, the fifth bed leg 25 and the eighth bed leg 28; the length directions of the fifth longitudinal beam 55 and the sixth longitudinal beam 56 are in the same straight line, and the inserting blocks 4 of the fifth longitudinal beam 55 and the sixth longitudinal beam 56 are inserted into the corresponding inserting sleeves 3 of the third bed leg 23, the sixth bed leg 26 and the ninth bed leg 29; the first longitudinal beam 51, the third longitudinal beam 53 and the fifth longitudinal 55 beam are arranged side-by-side and parallel to each other, and the second longitudinal beam 52, the fourth longitudinal beam 54 and the sixth longitudinal beam 56 are arranged side-by-side and parallel to each other.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 7, the middle end of the bed body is also provided with a first bottom connecting rod 61 and a second bottom connecting rod 62 with the first bottom connecting rod 61 located below the third transverse beam 13 and the second bottom connecting rod 62 located below the fourth transverse beam 14, the lower side of both ends of the first bottom connecting rod 61 and the second bottom connecting rod 62 respectively welded with the inserting block 4 which can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding inserting sleeves 3 of the seventh bed leg 27, the eighth bed leg 28 and the ninth bed leg 29. Through the setting of the first bottom connecting rod 61 and the second bottom connecting rod 62, the stability of the middle end of the bed body can be improved.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3 and 5-8, the bed body is also provided with several supporting rods 7 with the opposite side of the first longitudinal beam 51, the second longitudinal beam 52, the fifth longitudinal beam 55 and the sixth longitudinal beam 56 respectively welded with several U-shaped groove blocks 8 at equal spacing, and the two ends of the supporting rods 7 can be detachably inserted respectively from top to bottom into the corresponding U-shaped groove blocks 8. Through the setting of U-shaped groove block 8, the supporting rod 7 can be easily assembled or disassembled.
As shown in FIGS. 9-14, with reference to FIGS. 1-8, the inserting sleeve 3 includes a first sheet 31 and a second sheet 32 that are symmetrical. An inserting groove 33 with “V-shaped” cross section is provided between the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32. One ends of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are separated with each other, while the other ends of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are connected to each other. The widths of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 gradually narrow from top to bottom; and the inserting block 4 can be detachably inserted into the inserting groove 33 of the insert sleeve 3 from top to bottom, and the width of the inserting block 4 gradually narrows from top to bottom. In present invention, downward pressure will be exerted on the inserting block 4 by gravity after the inserting block 4 is inserted into the inserting sleeve 3, and the deeper the inserting block 4 is inserted, the tighter the inserting block 4 and the inserting sleeve 3 will clamp with each other, so that the bed body after installation is very stable.
As shown in FIGS. 9-14, the shapes of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are right trapezoids with their the upper widths greater than their lower widths; the shape of the inserting block 4 is a right trapezoid with its the upper width greater than its lower width and its oblique waist side corresponding to the internal angle of the oblique waist sides of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32.
As shown in FIGS. 9-14, the spacing between the right-angle waist sides of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 is 16-20 mm, the upper widths of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are 37-41 mm, their lower widths are 27-31 mm, the heights of their right-angle waist sides are 39-43 mm; the upper width of the inserting block 4 is 35-39 mm, its lower width is 25-29 mm, the height of its right waist side is 41-45 mm, and its thickness is 2-3 mm. Preferably, the spacing between the right-angle waist sides of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are 18 mm, the upper widths of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are 39 mm, their lower widths are 29 mm, the heights of their right waist sides are 41 mm; the upper width of the inserting block 4 is 37 mm, its lower width is 27 mm, the height of its right waist side is 43 mm, and its thickness is 2.5 mm. The adoption of the inserting sleeve 3 and the inserting block 4 with such sizes can make it easier to assemble and disassemble the inserting sleeve 3 and the inserting block 4, and easier to let the inserting sleeve 3 and the inserting block 4 clamp tight with each other. After the inserting block 4 is inserted into the inserting sleeve 3, the deeper the inserting block 4 is inserted, the tighter the inserting block 4 and the inserting sleeve 3 will clamp with each other.
As shown in FIGS. 9-14, with reference to FIGS. 1-8, the middle of the inserting block 4 is provided with a waist shape hole 41 with the distance between its upper end and lower end greater than the distance between its left end and right end; and the middle of the first sheet 31 and the second sheet 32 are respectively provided with a round hole 34 corresponding to the shape waist hole 41; and a pin 9 is inserted between the waist shape hole 41 and the round hole 34. The insertion of the pin 9 further improves the stability of the connection between the inserting sleeve 3 and the inserting block 4. Preferably, the pin 9 is a plastic pin with barbs.
