FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and relates in particular to an easy-to-open packaging bag.
BACKGROUND ART
With prevalence of E-commerce and blooming of express delivery, packaging bags are required for ever more commodities. The situations facing a prior art packaging bag are either use of waste plastic or laborious inconvenience in being opened and sometimes requiring a pair of scissors or such like tools. Both situations would result in: 1. inconvenience and difficulty in opening the bag; 2. damage to packaged documents; 3. waste of time in procuring a pair of scissors; 4. quick temper and ill mood resulted therefrom. Therefore, an easy-to-open packaging bag is in urgent need.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To solve the above technical problems, the present invention presents an easy-to-open packaging bag for achieving the object of fast opening.
In order to achieve the object of fast opening, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
An easy-to-open packaging bag, comprises a bag body having a front sheet and a back sheet, wherein a height of the front sheet is smaller than the height of the back sheet, and an entrance of the packaging bag is arranged between an upper edge of the front sheet and an upper edge of the back sheet. A seal tab is arranged on the upper part of the back sheet and above the upper edge of the front sheet and comprises a release film layer and a pull tab from top to bottom in that sequence, wherein the release film layer is bonded with the seal tab via a first adhesive layer; the pull tab comprises a plastic layer, the plastic layer is bonded with the seal tab via a second adhesive layer, an opening notch is arranged on the pull tab, and a tensile strength of the plastic layer is greater than a tensile strength of the bag body.
In actual usage, the content in subject is put into the packaging bag from the entrance, the release film layer is peeled off to reveal the first adhesive layer, via which the seal tab is bonded with the front sheet; while in opening the packaging bag, all is needed is just to get hold of the opening notch with one hand and to pull off the pull tab with another, requiring no pair of scissors while saving needless efforts.
Preferably, the material of the bag body, of the release film layer and of the plastic layer is plastic.
Preferably, the width of the plastic layer is 1-10 mm and the thickness thereof is 0.01-0.2 mm.
Preferably, the width of the release film layer is greater than the thickness of the first adhesive layer.
Preferably, the width of the plastic layer is equal to the thickness of the second adhesive layer.
Preferably, the shape of the opening notch is circular, elliptic, rectangular or fan-shaped.
Preferably, the width of the opening notch is greater than or equal to the width of the pull tab.
Preferably, a cross section of the opening notch is either detached or in dashed line.
Preferably, a guide slit is respectively arranged at either side of two slitting directions of the opening notch.
Preferably, the length of the opening notch is 10-30 mm.
Advantageous Effects
The present invention achieves the object of easy opening by means of arrangement of the pull tab, which is pulled off along the guide slits in actual opening. In addition, due to the plastic layer on the pull tab having a thickness and tensile strength bigger than the neighboring material thereof, the pull tab is pulled off neatly.

EMBODIMENTS
Embodiment 1
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an easy-to-open packing bag, comprises a bag body having a front sheet 10 and a back sheet 20, wherein a height of the front sheet 10 is smaller than the height of the back sheet 20, and an entrance of the packaging bag is arranged between an upper edge of the front sheet 10 and an upper edge of the back sheet 20. A seal tab 1 is arranged on the upper part of the back sheet 20 and above the upper edge 5 of the front sheet 10 and comprises a release film layer 2 and a pull tab 3 from top to bottom in that sequence. A sectional view of the easy-to-open packaging bag along the center A-A thereof is shown in FIG. 2, wherein the seal tab 1 comprises a release film layer 2 and a pull tab 3 from top to bottom in that sequence, wherein the release film layer 2 is bonded with the seal tab 1 via the first adhesive layer; the pull tab 3 comprises a plastic layer, the plastic layer is bonded with the seal tab 1 via a second adhesive layer, an opening notch 4 is arranged on the pull tab 3, and a tensile strength of the plastic layer is greater than a tensile strength of the bag body
The material of the bag body, of the release film layer and of the plastic layer is plastic, wherein the width of the release film layer is greater than the thickness of the first adhesive layer, and the width of the plastic layer is equal to the thickness of the second adhesive layer. The opening notch 4 can be arranged at either end or both ends of the pull tab 3, with FIG. 11 depicting the case of the opening notch 4 being arranged at both ends of the pull tab 3; arrangement of the opening notch 4 at the left or right end is to suit right-handedness or left-handedness respectively. The width of the opening notch 4 is greater than or equal to the width of the pull tab 3. A cross section of the opening notch 4 is either detached or in dashed line. In the case of the detached cross section, it intersects with the seal tab 1, the second adhesive layer, and the plastic layer, i.e., all the three layers are sliced. In the case of the dashed line cross section, not all the three layers are sliced. The guide slits 6 are respectively arranged on both sides of the opening notch 4 at the end of the peeling direction thereof (with FIG. 12 depicting the case of the peeling direction in the right side), and the distance between the two guide slits 6 is greater than or equal to the width of the plastic layer, with a width 1 mm for the plastic layer and a thickness of 0.01 mm therefor being a good choice for easy opening. Also required is a suitable tensile strength of the plastic layer, with a weak tensile strength thereof resulting in possible broken pull tab in pulling off the pull tab. A length of 10 mm for the opening notch is a right choice for easy manipulation.
The shape of the opening notch 4 is circular, elliptic, rectangular or fan-shaped. An elliptic or rectangular opening notch has the advantages of reducing the height of the opening notch and the seal tab, and of saving in material, in addition to convenience in usage. A rectangular opening notch 4 is shown in FIG. 3, a fan-shaped opening notch 4 is shown in FIG. 4, an elliptical opening notch 4 is shown as in FIG. 5, and a circular opening notch 4 is shown as in FIG. 6.
The present invention achieves the object of easy opening by means of arrangement of the pull tab 3, which in actual opening is pulled off along the guide slits in the slitting direction. In addition, due to the plastic layer on the pull tab 3 having a thickness and tensile strength bigger than the neighboring material thereof, the pull tab 3 is pulled off neatly and with ease. FIG. 7 shows the easy-to-open packaging bag in working. The seal tab 1 was previously folded along the upper edge 5 of the front sheet 10 and bonded with the front sheet 10 via the first adhesive layer subsequent to peeling off of the release film layer 2. FIG. 7 shows pulling off of the pull tab 3 to a half course in actual opening of the easy-to-open packaging bag. As can be seen therein, the pull tab 3 and the opening notch 4 are in a perfect and neat condition, while the opened easy-to-open packaging bag would still be fit to serve for reuse, e.g., as a garbage bag.
FIG. 8 shows a packaging bag of the prior art, comprising a front sheet 10 and a back sheet 20, with FIG. 9 depicting a sectional view thereof along the center B-B thereof. A seal tab of the packaging bag of the prior art comprises a release film layer and an adhesive layer. Subsequent to putting content in subject into the packaging bag, the release film layer is peeled off, and the seal tab 1 is folded to the front sheet 10 along the upper of the front sheet and bonded with the front sheet 10 via the adhesive layer after pulling off the release film layer. As can be seen from FIG. 10, compared with the easy-to-open packaging bag of the present invention, the packaging bag of the prior art has following defects: the seal tab 1 tends to stick to the front sheet, the pull tab is prone to breakage in opening the packaging bag, the opening process is difficult and sometimes requiring a pair of scissors or such like tools, the packaging bag becomes formless in the opening process and would not serve for reuse.
Embodiment 2
In the current embodiment, the easy-to-open packing bag of the present invention is the same as that in Embodiment 1, except that the width of the plastic layer is 5 mm, the thickness thereof is 0.1 mm, and the length of the opening notch 4 is 20 mm.
Embodiment 3
In the current embodiment, the easy-to-open packing bag of the present invention is the same as that in Embodiment 1, except that the width of the plastic layer is 10 mm, the thickness thereof is 0.2 mm, and the length of the opening notch 4 is 30 mm.
