Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is an eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, comprising an upper cover and a bottom cover, an extraction port being arranged in the middle of the bottom cover, and a welding rib, made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, being welded between outer edges of the extraction port and the bottom cover. According to the present invention, the welding rib made of the same material as the wet wipe flip cover is provided for the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover to connect a wet wipe box or bag, which dispenses with an extra step of manual glue removal during recovery and classification, and is convenient for quick recovery.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a recyclable eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The wet wipe flip covers and boxes (or bags) currently available on the market are glued, in which the wet wipe flip covers are made of PP; while the wet wipe boxes or bags are made of PE. From the perspective of environmental protection, wet wipe flip covers and boxes should be sorted, causing glue to remain on them. Moreover, the material of glue is different from that of wet wipe flip covers and boxes, which may be removed by additional labor.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above defects in the prior art, the present invention provides an eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, aiming at solving the problem that existing wet wipe flip covers and boxes cannot be conveniently recycled with glue remaining thereon.


To achieve the above technical purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:


An eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover includes an upper cover and a bottom cover, an extraction port is arranged in the middle of the bottom cover, and a welding rib, made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, is welded between outer edges of the extraction port and the bottom cover.


Preferably, the number of the welding rib is two or more.


Preferably, each of the welding ribs is 0.05-10 mm wide and 0.05-10 mm high respectively.


Preferably, a vertical section of the welding rib is triangular.


Preferably, both the welding rib and the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover are made of PP or PE.


Preferably, the welding rib fixes the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover onto a wet wipe box or bag by means of ultrasonic or heat sealing technology and the wet wipe box is made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover.


Preferably, a ring of reinforcing ribs protruding upwards is arranged on an outer edge of the bottom cover.


Based on the above technical solution of the present invention, the welding rib made of the same material as the wet wipe flip cover is provided for the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover to connect a wet wipe box or bag, which dispenses with an extra step of manual glue removal during recovery and classification, and is convenient for quick recovery.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution of the present invention will now be further described by the following specific embodiments in combination with the attached drawings.


The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover of the present invention includes an upper cover 1 and a bottom cover 2, wherein the bottom cover 2 is fixed together with a wet wipe box or bag, the upper cover 1 is used to fasten and seal an upper surface of the bottom cover 2, an extraction port 21 for sealing the opening of the wet wipe box or bag is arranged in the middle of the bottom cover 2.


With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, several welding ribs 3 are welded at the bottom of the bottom cover 2 between an outer edge 211 of the extraction port and an outer edge 22 of the bottom cover. The welding rib 3 is melted by ultrasonic or heat sealing technology, and then becomes sticky. As shown in FIG. 2, the welding rib 3 has a triangular vertical section, with the apex angle facing downward, which does not lead to glue overflow after thermal fusion. Preferably, each of the welding ribs 3 is 0.05-10 mm wide and 0.05-10 mm high respectively. Large size of the welding rib 3 may extend the thermal fusion time in the thermal fusion process (ultrasonic or heat sealing), which will not ensure an ideal thermal fusion effect. The number of the welding rib 3 is two or more. The welding rib 3 fixes the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover onto a wet wipe box or bag by ultrasonic or heat sealing technology. A ring of reinforcing ribs 23 protruding upwards are arranged on an outer edge of the bottom cover 2 to strengthen the stability of the cover body.


Both the welding rib 3 and the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover (bottom cover and upper cover) are made of PP or PE, which solves the problem of removing glue. In addition, the wet wipe box or bag is made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, so that the welding rib 3 can be well fused with the wet wipe box or bag after thermal fusion, which solves the trouble of manual disassembly and is convenient for recovery.

Variations and modifications made to the present invention by a person skilled in the art shall fall within the scope of the claims appended to the present invention.

  • 1. An eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, comprising an upper cover and a bottom cover, an extraction port being arranged in the middle of the bottom cover, and characterized in that a welding rib, made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover, is welded between outer edges of the extraction port and the bottom cover.
  • 2. The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the welding rib is two or more.
  • 3. The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the welding ribs is 0.05-10 mm wide and 0.05-10 mm high respectively.
  • 4. The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 1, characterized in that a vertical section of the welding rib is triangular.
  • 5. The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 1, characterized in that both the welding rib and the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover are made of PP or PE.

The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 5, characterized in that the welding rib fixes the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover onto a wet wipe box or bag by means of ultrasonic or heat sealing technology, and the wet wipe box is made of the same material as the eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover.
  • 7. The eco-friendly wet wipe flip cover according to claim 1, characterized in that a ring of reinforcing ribs protruding upwards are arranged on an outer edge of the bottom cover.
