Abstract
An elastic bed includes: a ring frame, comprised of four connecting frames that are pin-connected in sequence, where two adjacent connecting frames can be folded in half relative to the other two connecting frames through a transverse folding interface, and two adjacent connecting frames can be folded in half through a longitudinal folding interface; a mesh fabric, disposed inside the ring frame and detachably connected to the ring frame.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is a U.S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese patent application number 2021111083546.4, filed on Sep. 16, 2021, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

This disclosure relates to the technical field of elastic beds, and more particularly relates to an elastic bed.


BACKGROUND

The elastic frame is a competitive sport that uses the rebound of the trampoline to allow an object that collides with the rebound surface to realize acrobatic skills in the air. It is also a contemporary sports behavior.


The mesh fabric of the elastic bed in the related art is typically tied to the hook by riveting or ropes, which is not easy to disassemble. In addition, the existing elastic bed occupies a large volume, is not convenient for folding and storage, and often brings certain inconvenience to the user during actual use.


SUMMARY

It is therefore an object of the present disclosure to provide an elastic bed, so as to solve the disadvantages of inconvenient disassembly of the mesh fabric in the related art.


To achieve the above object, the following technical solutions are adopted by this disclosure.


There is designed an elastic bed, which includes:


a ring frame, composed of four connecting frames that are pin-connected in sequence, wherein two adjacent connecting frames are operative to be folded in half relative to the other two connecting frames through a transverse folding interface, and wherein two adjacent connecting frames are operative to be folded in half through a longitudinal folding interface;


a mesh fabric, disposed inside the ring frame and detachably connected with the ring frame;


a support leg interface, clamped on an outer side of the ring frame, wherein a T-shaped groove is defined in a bottom of the support leg interface, wherein the support leg interface comprises an upper rack and a lower rack, wherein the lower rack comprises an arc-shaped opening operative to clamping the connecting frame, wherein a fixing pin set is fixedly installed at an inner bottom of the arc-shaped opening, wherein a bottom of the connecting frame defines a set of mounting holes arranged at intervals that are configured to be inserted and matched with the set of fixing pins, wherein both sides of the lower rack comprise two sets of guide slots, and a bottom of the lower rack defines notches communicating with the guide slots, wherein both horizontal sides of the upper rack are vertically bent to define two sets of insert legs, wherein each insert leg is operative to be inserted into an inside of the corresponding guide slot, and a surface of the insert leg is fixedly connected with a transverse protrusion that is operative to be snap-fitted with an edge of the corresponding notch; and


a support leg, comprising a T-shaped clamping portion on top that is matched with the T-shaped groove.


In some embodiments, the transverse folding interface and the longitudinal folding interface each comprise a rotary seat and an ear plate, which are respectively fixed at the ends of two adjacent connecting frames, wherein the rotary seat and an ear plate are rotatably connected by a pin connection piece, and end faces of the rotary seat and an ear plate define positioning holes, and wherein the two sets of positioning holes are fixed to each other by a fixing piece.


In some embodiments, both the pin connection piece and the fixing piece are implemented as bolts and nuts matched with the bolts.


In some embodiments, a plurality of adhesive tape sets are distributed on an outer circumference of the mesh fabric, which is fixed to the ring frame by the adhesive tapes.


In some embodiments, the adhesive tape set comprises a male tape and a female tape, and wherein the male tape has a greater length than that of the female tape for adjusting tightness.


In some embodiments, the connecting frame is composed of two interlocking frames where one is sleeved inside the other, wherein an end of an outer frame is provided with a catch portion, and both ends of an inner frame are each provided with a button matching the catch portion.


In some embodiments, an inner edge of the guide slot defines a guide portion for positioning the transverse protrusion, and wherein a bottom of the guide portion is not communicated with the corresponding notch.


In some embodiments, the support leg interface and the support leg are provided in at least two sets.


The elastic bed proposed by the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects. The mesh fabric is fixed by the adhesive tape set, and one of the male and female tapes is long and the other short, which can be bound according to the requirements of elasticity. And there is no need to design barbs on the skeleton, reducing risk. The ring frame is provided with a longitudinal folding interface and a transverse folding interface, so that the elastic bed can be folded to the minimum volume. In addition, each set of connecting frame includes two sleeves or skeletons, which are contracted and then compressed again to facilitate storage, transportation, and use. The support leg interface is snap-fitted with the ring frame for easy disassembly and assembly. The support leg interface is provided with a T-shaped groove, and the top of the support leg is designed with a T-shaped clamping portion. When in use, only the support leg needs to be inserted into the T-shaped groove transversely, which is convenient and quick to install.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Technical solutions embodied in the embodiments of this disclosure will now be clearly and comprehensively described in connection with the accompanying drawings for these embodiments. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some but not all embodiments of this disclosure.


Referring to FIGS. 1-8, an elastic bed includes: a ring frame 1, composed of four connecting frames 2 that are pin-connected in sequence, where two adjacent connecting frames 2 can be folded in half relative to the other two connecting frames 2 through the transverse folding interface 3, and two adjacent connecting frames 2 can be folded in half through the longitudinal folding interface 4;


a mesh fabric 5 disposed inside the ring frame 1 and detachably connected with the ring frame 1;


a support leg interface 6 clamped on the outside of the ring frame 1, and the bottom of the support leg interface 6 defines a T-shaped groove 7; and


a support leg 8 having a T-shaped clamping portion 16 on the top which is matched with the T-shaped groove 7, wherein at least three sets of the supporting leg interface 6 and the supporting leg 8 are provided.


More specifically, both the transverse folding interface 3 and the longitudinal folding interface 4 each include a rotary seat 9 and an ear plate 10. The rotary seat 9 and the ear plate 10 are respectively fixed at the ends of the two adjacent connecting frames 2. The rotary seat 9 and the ear plate 10 are rotatably connected by a pin connection piece. The end surfaces of the rotary seat 9 and the ear plate 10 each define positioning holes 11, and the two sets of positioning holes 11 are fixed to each other by fixing pieces.


Both the pin connection piece and the fixing piece are implemented as bolts and nuts matched with the bolts.


Furthermore, the outer circumference of the mesh fabric 5 is distributed with multiple adhesive tape sets 12, and the mesh fabric 5 is fixed to the ring frame 1 by the adhesive tape sets 12. The adhesive tape set 12 includes a male tape and a female tape. The length of the male tape is longer than the length of the female tape to adjust the tightness. The male and female tapes are longer at one end and relatively shorter at the other end, which can be bound according to the requirements of elasticity.


More specifically, the connecting frame 2 is composed of two interlocking frames where one is sleeved inside the other. The end of the outer frame is provided with a catch portion 13, and both ends of the inner frame are each provided with a button 14 matching the catch portion 13.


Furthermore, the support leg interface 6 includes an upper rack 601 and a lower rack 602. The lower rack 602 has an arc-shaped opening 603 capable of clamping the connecting frame 2. A fixing pin set 604 is fixedly installed on the inner bottom of the arc-shaped opening 603, and the bottom of the connecting frame 2 is provided with a mounting hole set 15 that are arranged at intervals and that are matched with and can be inserted into the fixing pin set 604. Two sets of guide slots 606 are provided on both sides of the lower rack 602. The bottom of the lower rack 602 is provided with a gap 607 communicating with the guide slot 606. Both horizontal sides of the upper rack 601 are vertically bent to define two sets of insert legs 608. The insert leg 608 can be inserted into the inside of the corresponding guide slot 606, and the surface of the insert leg 608 is fixedly connected with a transverse protrusion 609 that can be snapped-fitted with the edge of the notch 607. The inner edge of the guide slot 606 is provided with a guide portion 605 for guiding the transverse protrusion 609. The bottom of the guide portion 605 and the gap 607 are not communicated to each other. The present disclosure realizes quick installation and disassembly of the support leg 8 by inserting and fixing the upper rack 601 to the lower rack 602, thus saving space required for carrying and storage. And the operation is simple. When in use, only the insert leg 608 needs to be inserted into the corresponding guide slot 606 and fixed by the transverse protrusion 609. The fixing pin set 604 provided in conjunction with the mounting hole set 15 can effectively prevent the support leg interface 6 from moving.


In the present disclosure, the mesh fabric 5 is fixed by the adhesive tape set 12, and one of the male and female tapes is long and the other short, which can be bound according to the requirements of elasticity. The ring frame 1 is provided with a longitudinal folding interface 4 and a transverse folding interface 3, so that the elastic bed can be folded to the minimum volume. In addition, each set of connecting frame 2 includes two sleeves or skeletons, which are contracted and then compressed again to facilitate storage, transportation, and use. The support leg interface 6 is snap-fitted with the ring frame 1 for easy disassembly and assembly. The support leg interface 6 is provided with a T-shaped groove 7, and the top of the support leg 8 is designed with a T-shaped clamping portion 16. When in use, only the support leg 8 needs to be inserted into the T-shaped groove 7 transversely, which is convenient and quick to install.


The foregoing merely portrays some illustrative implementations in accordance with the present disclosure, but the scope of protection of the present disclosure will not be limited thereto. Any equivalent replacements or modifications made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the technical scope disclosed by the present disclosure and based on the technical solutions and inventive concept of the present disclosure shall all be covered by the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. An elastic bed, comprising: a ring frame, comprising four connecting frames that are pin-connected in sequence, wherein two adjacent connecting frames are operative to be folded in half relative to the other two connecting frames through a transverse folding interface, and wherein two adjacent connecting frames are operative to be folded in half through a longitudinal folding interface;a mesh fabric, disposed inside the ring frame and detachably connected with the ring frame;a support leg interface, clamped on an outer side of the ring frame, wherein a T-shaped groove is defined in a bottom of the support leg interface, wherein the support leg interface comprises an upper rack and a lower rack, wherein the lower rack comprises an arc-shaped opening operative to clamping and being fitted with the connecting frame, wherein a set of fixing pins is fixedly installed at an inner bottom of the arc-shaped opening, and a bottom of the connecting frame defines a set of mounting holes arranged at intervals that are configured to be inserted and matched with the set of fixing pins, wherein both sides of the lower rack each comprise a set of guide slots, and a bottom of the lower rack defines notches communicating with the guide slots, wherein both horizontal sides of the upper rack are each vertically bent to define a set of insert legs, wherein each insert leg is operative to be inserted into an inside of the corresponding guide slot, and a surface of the insert leg is fixedly connected with a transverse protrusion that is operative to be snap-fitted with an edge of the corresponding notch; anda support leg, comprising a T-shaped clamping portion on top that is matched with the T-shaped groove.
  • 2. The elastic bed as recited in claim 1, wherein the transverse folding interface and the longitudinal folding interface each comprise a rotary seat and an ear plate, which are respectively fixed at the ends of two adjacent connecting frames, wherein the rotary seat and the ear plates are rotatably connected by a pin connection piece, wherein end surfaces of the rotary seat and the ear plate each define a positioning hole, and wherein the two positioning holes are fixed to each other by a fixing piece.
  • 3. The elastic bed as recited in claim 2, wherein both the pin connection piece and the fixing piece are each implemented as a bolt and a nut matched with the bolt.
  • 4. The elastic bed as recited in claim 1, wherein an outer circumference of the mesh fabric is distributed with a plurality of adhesive tape sets, and wherein the mesh fabric is fixed to the ring frame through the adhesive tape sets.
  • 5. The elastic bed as recited in claim 4, wherein each adhesive tape set comprises a male tape and a female tape, and wherein the male tape has a greater length than that of the female tape for adjusting tightness.
  • 6. The elastic bed as recited in claim 1, wherein the connecting frame comprises two interlocking frames where one is sleeved inside the other, wherein an end of an outer frame comprises a catch portion, and both ends of an inner frame are each provided with a catch portion button matching the catch portion.
  • 7. The elastic bed as recited in claim 1, wherein an inner edge of each guide slot defines a guide portion for positioning the transverse protrusion, and wherein a bottom of the guide portion is not communicated with the corresponding notch.
  • 8. The elastic bed according to claim 1, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 9. The elastic bed according to claim 2, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 10. The elastic bed according to claim 3, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 11. The elastic bed according to claim 4, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 12. The elastic bed according to claim 5, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 13. The elastic bed according to claim 6, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
  • 14. The elastic bed according to claim 7, wherein the supporting leg interface and supporting leg are provided in at least three sets, wherein each set comprises one supporting leg interface and one supporting leg.
