The present invention relates to the technical field of cushions, more particularly, to an elastic cushion.
Currently, the commonly used car seat cushions, office seat cushions, sofa cushions, etc. are all made of sponge and elastic cotton placed inside the outer layers. These types of cushions can provide soft support and make people feel comfortable. However, the obvious deficiencies of the types of cushions are that they are not ventilated and breathable, and are not easy to expel odors and sweat. Long-term use can easily lead to various skin diseases. Especially, in the types of cushions, the sponge and elastic cotton, etc. are not easy to clean and dry and are prone to breeding bacteria, mites, and even becoming nests for cockroaches, ants, etc., which are not clean.
For example, Chinese patent No.: CN202210045321.8 discloses a sofa, sofa cotton cushion, and a production process thereof, which includes the follow steps: S1. processing cotton cushion: Take the cotton cushion bag and the elastic layer, open a cavity in the middle of the cotton cushion bag, fill the entire cavity with the elastic layer, and then sew the opening of the filled cotton cushion bag to obtain the cotton cushion; S2: processing composite layer: take the fabric layer, cover and bond the fabric layer onto the surface of the cotton cushion layer to obtain a composite layer.
The above-mentioned sofa cotton cushions are not ventilated and breathable, easy to breed bacteria and mites, and difficult to clean. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new elastic cushion to address the defects of existing cushions.
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the present invention provides an elastic cushion, to solve the defects of the existing cushions “are not ventilated and breathable, easy to breed bacteria and mites, and difficult to clean”.
The technical schemes of the present invention are as follows: an elastic cushion includes two connecting rods, a plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods, and at least two flexible bearing members arranged at an upper and a lower. The two connecting rods are arranged in parallel. The plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods are arranged side by side, and two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively connected to two connecting rods; the diameter of each of the elastic arc rods is 0.1 cm-10 cm. Opposite side edges of each of the flexible bearing members are respectively connected to the two connecting rods and tension, and a cavity is formed between adjacent two of the flexible bearing members.
In an embodiment, the two connecting rods are respectively provided with multiple pairs of plug-in cylinders, and the two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively inserted into one pair of the plug-in cylinders on the two connecting rods.
In an embodiment, each pair of plug-in cylinders extends laterally from opposite sides of the two connecting rods and forms arc-shaped gentle slopes.
In an embodiment, the elastic cushion further includes two connecting boards, each connecting with the plug-in cylinders on one of the two connecting rods.
In an embodiment, a covering part extends from the front side and the rear side of the flexible bearing members at the topmost, respectively, and the covering part covers the elastic arc rods at the outermost, and the joints between the elastic arc rods at the outermost and the two connecting rods.
In an embodiment, the elastic arc-shaped rods or the plug-in cylinders pass through the flexible bearing member in the lower, so that the flexible bearing member in the lower is partially located between the flexible bearing member in the upper and the elastic arc-shaped rods.
In an embodiment, the elastic cushion has two of the flexible bearing members; the two connecting rods are respectively provided a support member; the left and right sides of the flexible bearing member at the upper are respectively wound around one of the two connecting rods and the support member thereon; the flexible bearing member at the lower passes through the joints between the support member and the two connecting rods and is wound around the two connecting rods.
In an embodiment, the side edges of the flexible bearing members at the upper and the lower are connected as a whole to form the cavity, and the two connecting rods and the elastic arc-shaped rods are wrapped in the cavity.
In an embodiment, the front and rear sides of the flexible bearing member at the topmost are respectively equipped with a front covering part and a rear covering part, covering the elastic arc-shaped rods.
In an embodiment, the front covering part and/or the rear covering part are provided with an opening.
The advantages of the present invention are as follows: the elastic cushion described in the present invention can be used as a seat cushion, backrest cushion, etc., and can be placed on car seats, sofas, office seats, etc. to support a user's buttocks or back. The user's buttocks or back exerts pressure on the flexible bearing member at the topmost, and the flexible bearing member is subjected to the pressure to generate adaptive concave deformation of the shape of the user's buttocks or back in the direction of the elastic arc-shaped rods, and a tensile force is applied to the two connecting rods to promote the deformation of the elastic arc-shaped rods. When the user leaves the elastic cushion, the elastic arc-shaped rods reset, and the flexible bearing members are also restored to a tension state.
When the user seats or leans on the elastic cushion, only the flexible bearing member at the topmost is contacted, and the air can flow smoothly in the cavity, so that the elastic cushion has excellent ventilation and breathability, facilitating the timely removal of odors and sweat, and avoiding skin diseases. Under excellent ventilation and breathability, the elastic arc-shaped rods, the cavity, and the flexible bearing members are also not prone to breeding bacteria, mites, etc. When cleaning is needed, the elastic cushion can also be directly cleaned or dried, making it convenient to use.
