Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of underwear, and comprises an elastic band body. The elastic band body is longitudinally foldable and a cross section thereof is a U-shaped structure. An adhesive layer is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is wrapped on an edge of the underwear through its opening side and adhered by hot pressing to fix on the underwear. While ensuring that a width of the elastic band remains unchanged, the elastic band body is longitudinally folded and wrapped on the edge of the underwear to form a double-layer structure, thus to double its elastic force. Besides, the elastic band body is adhered and fixed to the underwear by bonding without seaming, which reduces the dependence on the seaming work, realizes complete bonding, and increases the wearing experience of the product and orderliness of the product.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of underclothing, and particularly relates to an elastic webbing, an underpants, and an underwear,


BACKGROUND

An underpants is a kind of pants contacting skin, and includes an underpants for man and an underpants for woman. According to different genders, there are more and more styles. An underwear is a necessary article for daily use for woman, and has functions of gathering breasts and preventing breasts from dropping, which can bring self-confidence to women. Some existing seamless underpants and underwear mainly use elastic bands to seal their edges for fixing them. At present, a single-layer connecting structure is mainly used for a connection manner between the elastic bands and the underpants and underwear, and thus the overall elasticity thereof is insufficient. Besides, the elastic bands can easily cause elastic deformations after a period of use, resulting in that the elasticity of the elastic bands are greatly decreased, which cannot support and fix the underpants and underwear.


SUMMARY

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elastic webbing, an underpants, and an underwear, While ensuring that a width of an elastic band remains unchanged, an elastic band body is longitudinally folded and wrapped on an edge of an underwear to form a double-layer structure, thus to double its elastic force. Besides, the elastic band body is adhered and fixed to the underwear by means of bonding without seaming, which reduces the dependence on the seaming work, realizes complete bonding, and increases the experience of wearing the product and the orderliness of the product.


The present invention is realized by the following technical solutions: an elastic webbing, comprising an elastic band body, wherein the elastic band body is longitudinally foldable and a cross section thereof is a U-shaped structure; an adhesive layer is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body in a folded state, and the elastic band body is wrapped on both inner and outer sides of an edge of an underwear through its opening side and then is adhered to the underwear by means of hot pressing so as to fix on the underwear.


The elastic webbing as described above, wherein the elastic band body is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a connecting structure is provided at a head-tail junction of the elastic band body, so that the elastic band body is in a circular shape with the head being connected to the tail.


The elastic webbing as described above, wherein the connecting structure includes a boneless seaming connection structure.


The elastic webbing as described above, wherein the connecting structure includes a connecting cloth arranged on an outer side of the elastic band body, and the connecting cloth is adhered to the head-tail junction of the elastic band body by means of hot pressing.


The elastic webbing as described above, wherein the elastic band body is integrally formed.


The elastic webbing as described above, wherein a labeling portion is provided at an outer side of the elastic band body.


An underpants, comprising a pants body, and the elastic webbing as described above, wherein the elastic band body is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a head-tail junction of the elastic band body is connected through boneless seaming connection; an edge of the pants body is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body and touches a bending portion of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is adhered to the pants body by means of hot pressing.


A underwear, comprising an underwear main body, and the elastic webbing as described above, wherein a connecting structure is provided at ends of the elastic band body, an edge of the underwear main body is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is adhered to the underwear main body by means of hot pressing.


Compared with the existing technology, the present invention has the following advantages:


According to the elastic webbing of the present invention, the elastic band body is longitudinally folded and an adhesive layer is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is wrapped on an edge of the underwear through its opening side and adhered by means of hot pressing. While ensuring that a width of the elastic band remains unchanged, the elastic band body is longitudinally folded and wrapped on the edge of the underwear to form a double-layer structure, thus to double its elastic force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and beneficial effects solved by the present invention more clearly, the present invention is further illustrated hereafter in combination with the drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention but not to limit the present invention.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the present invention provides an elastic webbing, comprising an elastic band body 1. The elastic band body 1 is longitudinally foldable and a cross section of the folded elastic band body 1 is a U-shaped structure. An adhesive layer 11 is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body 1 in a folded state, and the elastic band body 1 is wrapped on an edge of an underwear through its opening side and then the elastic band body 1 is adhered with the edge of the underwear by means of hot pressing, thus to fix on the underwear. The existing seamless underpants and underwear mainly use wide elastic bands to seam to the underwear, and the seaming manner of this elastic band is a single layer structure, which can easily cause elastic deformations of the elastic band after a period of use, thus to greatly reduce its elasticity and even cause to unstable wearing. In present invention, while ensuring that a width of the elastic band remains unchanged, the elastic band body 1 is longitudinally folded and wrapped on the edge of the underwear to form a double-layer structure, thus to double its elastic force. Besides, the elastic band body 1 is adhered and fixed to the underwear by means of bonding without seaming, which reduces the dependence on the seaming work, realizes complete bonding, and increases the experience of wearing the product and the orderliness of the product.


The elastic band body 1 is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a connecting structure 12 is provided at a head-tail junction of the elastic band body 1, so that the elastic band body 1 is connected in a circular shape with its head being connected to its tail. The head and the tail can be connected through the connecting structure 12, so that ends of the elastic band body 1 are isolated from the outside environment, avoiding that the structure of the elastic band body 1 is loosened caused by wearing abrasion, and avoiding that the ends are easily pulled to rebound towards the contraction direction of the elastic band 1 because of the contractility of the elastic band body 1, resulting in loosening between the ends and the underwear. The elastic band body 1 of the present invention can ensure the integrity of the whole product, and increase the wearing experience of the product. Meanwhile, the service life of the product is improved. The connecting structure 12 includes a boneless seaming connection structure or the connecting structure 12 includes a connecting cloth 121 arranged on an outer side of the elastic band body 1. The connecting cloth 121 is adhered to the head-tail junction of the elastic band body 1 by means of hot pressing. By using a seamless connection, the connection stability is ensured, the wearing experience of the product is improved as well, and users feel more comfortable and fitted.


The elastic band body 1 is integrally formed, and internal elastic ribs or other elastic structures thereof are continuous and complete structures without splicing or fracturing. When the elastic band body 1 is pulled by elastic forces, the overall integrity and structural stability thereof are higher.


A labeling portion 13 is provided at the outer side of the elastic band body 1, and the labeling portion 13 can be configured as patterns formed in various ways, such as seaming, bonding by hot-pressing, spraying, etc. The patterns can be brand names, a logos or other decorative patterns, which mainly play roles of distinguishing other products or attracting consumers, thus to enhance the recognition of the products.


As shown in FIGS. 4-5, an underwear includes a pants body 2 and the elastic webbing as described above. The elastic band body 1 is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a head-tail junction of the elastic band body 1 is connected through boneless seaming connection. An edge of the pants body 2 is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body 1 (in the folded state) and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body 1, and the elastic band body 1 is adhered to the pants body 2 by means of hot pressing.


As shown in FIG. 6, a sports underwear comprises an underwear body 3 and the elastic webbing as described above. The elastic band body 1 is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a head-tail junction of the elastic band body 1. is connected through boneless seaming connection. An edge of the underwear body 3 is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body 1 (in the folded state) and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body 1, and the elastic band body 1 is adhered to the underwear body 3 by means of hot pressing.


As shown in FIG. 7, a back-buckle underwear comprises an underwear main body 4 and the elastic webbing as described above. A connecting structure 12 is provided at the ends of the elastic band body 1. An edge of the underwear main body 4 is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body 1 (in the folded state) and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body 1, and the elastic band body 1 is adhered to the underwear main body 4 by means of hot pressing.


As shown in FIG. 8, a front-buckle underwear comprises a wearing body 5 and the elastic webbing as described above. A connecting structure 12 is provided at an end portion of the elastic band body 1. An edge of the wearing body 5 is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body 1 (in the folded state) and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body 1, and the elastic band body 1 is adhered to the wearing body 5 by means of hot pressing.


In summary, the present invention has, but is not limited to the following beneficial effects:


An elastic webbing and an underpants, a sports underwear, a back-buckle underwear and a front-buckle underwear of the present invention comprise an elastic band body 1. The elastic band body 1 is longitudinally folded and a cross section thereof is a U-shaped structure. An adhesive layer 11 is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body 1, and the elastic band body 1 is wrapped on an edge of the underclothing through its opening side and then is adhered by means of hot pressing, thus to fix on the underwear. The existing seamless underpants or underwear mainly adopts a wide elastic band to sew to the underwear, and the seaming manner of this elastic band results in a single layer structure, which will easily cause elastic deformations of the elastic band after a period of use, thus to greatly reduce its elasticity and even cause to unstable wearing. In contrast, while ensuring that a width of the elastic band remains unchanged, the elastic band body 1 of present invention is longitudinally folded and wrapped on an edge of the underwear to form a double-layer structure, thus to double its elastic force. Besides, the elastic band body is adhered and fixed to the underwear by means of bonding without seaming, which reduces the dependence on the seaming work, realizes complete bonding, and increases the wearing experience of the product and the orderliness of the product.

Claims
  • 1. An elastic webbing, comprising an elastic band body, wherein the elastic band body is longitudinally foldable and a cross section thereof is a U-shaped structure; an adhesive layer is provided at an inner side of the elastic band body in a folded state,and the elastic band body is wrapped on both inner and outer sides of an edge of an underwear through its opening side and then is adhered to the underwear by means of hot pressing so as to fix on the underwear.
  • 2. The elastic webbing according to claim 1, wherein the elastic band body is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a connecting structure is provided at a head-tail junction of the elastic band body, so that the elastic band body is in a circular shape with the head being connected to the tail.
  • 3. The elastic webbing according to claim 2, wherein the connecting structure includes a boneless seaming connection structure.
  • 4. The elastic webbing according to claim 2, wherein the connecting structure includes a connecting cloth arranged on an outer side of the elastic band body, and the connecting cloth is adhered to the head-tail junction of the elastic band body by means of hot pressing.
  • 5. The elastic webbing according to claim 1, wherein the elastic band body is integrally formed.
  • 6. The elastic webbing according to claim 1, wherein a labeling portion is provided at an outer side of the elastic band body.
  • 7. An underpants, comprising a pants body, and the elastic webbing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic band body is bent until a head is connected to a tail, and a head-tail junction of the elastic band body is connected through boneless seaming connection; an edge of the pants body is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body and touches a bending portion of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is adhered to the pants body by means of hot pressing.
  • 8. A underwear, comprising an underwear main body, and the elastic webbing as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting structure is provided at ends of the elastic band body, an edge of the underwear main body is embedded through an opening side of the elastic band body and reaches a bending portion of the elastic band body, and the elastic band body is adhered to the underwear main body by means of hot pressing.
