Abstract
Disclosed is an electric cleaning brush, including a handle and a brush broom assembly, where the brush broom assembly includes a frame, a motor and a rolling brush, the rolling brush includes a roller, the handle is connected to the frame provided with the motor, a fixed shaft is arranged on the frame, the motor has an output rotating shaft, and the output rotating shaft and the fixed shaft are arranged on a common central axis; and a first coupling groove and a second coupling groove are separately formed on two ends of the roller, a connecting hole is formed between the first coupling groove and the second coupling groove, the motor and the fixed shaft are disposed inside the first coupling groove and the second coupling groove respectively, the output rotating shaft is inserted into the connecting hole, and the output rotating shaft and the roller rotate synchronously.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cleaning brushes, and particularly to an electric cleaning brush.


BACKGROUND

An electric cleaning brush usually includes a motor and a brush broom, and the motor drives the brush broom to rotate. In the prior art, a motor shaft and a brush broom are coaxially arranged, and a motor is always located behind the brush broom when in use. When being started, the motor drives the brush broom to rotate; when the brush broom comes into contact with a cleaning surface, it is difficult for a user to control the direction of the brush broom due to its rotation, and the user usually needs to press the brush broom hard, otherwise, the brush broom will pull to one side. Moreover, in the cleaning process, the brush broom will be subjected to significant vibration, making it inconvenient to use and resulting in low cleaning efficiency and poor cleanliness.


SUMMARY

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide an electric cleaning brush, aiming to improving the existing design of electric cleaning brushes, and solving the problems in the prior art that the motor shaft and the brush broom are coaxially arranged, and the direction of the brush broom during cleaning is hard to be controlled, resulting in substantial vibrations of the brush broom, inconvenient use and low cleaning efficiency.


The present disclosure is implemented through the following technical solution: an electric cleaning brush includes a handle and a brush broom assembly, where the brush broom assembly includes a frame, a motor and a rolling brush, the rolling brush includes a roller, the handle is connected to the frame, the motor is installed on the frame, a fixed shaft is arranged on the frame, the motor is provided with an output rotating shaft, and the output rotating shaft and the fixed shaft are arranged on a common central axis; a first coupling groove and a second coupling groove are separately formed on two ends of the roller, a connecting hole is formed between the first coupling groove and the second coupling groove, the motor and the fixed shaft are disposed inside the first coupling groove and the second coupling groove respectively, the output rotating shaft is inserted into the connecting hole, and the output rotating shaft and the roller rotate synchronously; and the output rotating shaft and the roller are arranged on a common central axis, and a length direction of the handle is perpendicular to an axis direction of the output rotating shaft.


Further, the frame includes an arc-shaped plate, the fixed shaft and an electrical installation box are respectively arranged at two ends of an inner arc surface of the arc-shaped plate, the motor is installed inside the electrical installation box, and the output rotating shaft of the motor extends out from the electrical installation box.


Further, a storage battery and a main control circuit board is also arranged inside the electrical installation box, the storage battery supplies power to the main control circuit board and the motor, the main control circuit board is electrically connected to a charging connector, and the storage battery can be charged through the charging connector.


Further, each end of the outer arc surface of the arc-shaped plate is provided with a mounting portion, a certain spacing is reserved between the two mounting portions, and a mounting hole is formed on each of the ends of the two mounting portions that are close to each other; and each side of the end of the handle connected to the frame is provided with a short connecting shaft, and the two short connecting shafts of the handle are respectively mounted in the mounting holes of the two mounting portions.


Further, a coil spring is disposed inside each of the mounting holes of the mounting portions, and the coil springs are connected to the mounting portions and the short connecting shafts, respectively.


Further, the rolling brush includes a brush head or bristles, and the brush head or the bristles is/are arranged on an outer cylindrical surface of the roller.


Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:


1. In the present disclosure, the motor and the rolling brush are arranged coaxially and horizontally, and the motor is disposed inside an internal space of the rolling brush, such that the rolling brush can rotate horizontally with a cleaning surface, and the rolling brush can also move forwards or backwards, or the rolling brush can rotate in place, making the electric cleaning brush in the present disclosure easy to control and easier to use, and improving cleaning efficiency.


2. In the present disclosure, the coil springs are arranged at the connection between the handle and the brush broom assembly, such that angle and strength of the brush broom assembly and the cleaning surface can be adjusted when in use, making the user more comfortable; and after being used, the brush broom assembly automatically returns to its original position under the restoring force of the coil springs, facilitating the storage and placement of the electric cleaning brush.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

In the present disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly specified and defined, the terms “mounting”, “connecting”, “connection”, “fixing”, etc. should be understood in a broad sense, for example, they may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integrated connection; may be a mechanical connection, or an electrical connection; may be a direct connection, or an indirect connection via an intermediate medium; and may be communication inside two elements, or an interactive relation between two elements. Those of ordinarily skilled in the art can understand specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure according to specific circumstances.


The present disclosure will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments:

    • an electric cleaning brush, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, includes a handle 1 and a brush broom assembly 2, where the brush broom assembly 2 includes a frame 21, a motor 22 and a rolling brush 23, the rolling brush 23 includes a roller 231 and a brush head 232, and the brush head 232 is arranged on an outer cylindrical surface of the roller 231. The frame 21 includes an arc-shaped plate 212, a fixed shaft 211 and an electrical installation box 213 are respectively arranged at two ends of an inner arc surface of the arc-shaped plate 212, the motor 22 is installed inside the electrical installation box 213, the motor 22 is provided with an output rotating shaft 221, and the output rotating 221 of the motor 22 extends out from the electrical installation box 213. The output rotating shaft 221 of the motor 22 and the fixed shaft 211 are arranged on a common central axis. A first coupling groove 2311 and a second coupling groove 2312 are separately formed on two ends of the roller 231, a connecting hole 2313 is formed between the first coupling groove 2311 and the second coupling groove 2312, the motor 22 and the fixed shaft 211 are disposed inside the first coupling groove 2311 and the second coupling groove 2312 respectively, the output rotating shaft 221 is inserted into the connecting hole 2313, and the output rotating shaft 221 and the roller 231 are arranged on a common central axis to avoid eccentricity during rotation. The output rotating shaft 221 of the motor 22 and the roller 231 need to rotate synchronously, in order to realize such function, the output rotating shaft 221 has a non-cylindrical portion, the connecting hole 2313 has a non-cylindrical portion that is adapted to the non-cylindrical portion of the output rotating shaft 221, and the non-cylindrical portion can be rectangular, semi-cylindrical, or the like.


The motor 22 can have various modes of power supply, including being powered by a power cord and a plug connected to a socket, or being powered by a storage battery. When the motor 22 is powered by the storage battery, the storage battery is arranged inside the electrical installation box 213, in addition, a main control circuit board is also arranged inside the electrical installation box 213, the storage battery supplies power to the main control circuit board and the motor 22, the main control circuit board is electrically connected to a charging connector, and the storage battery can be charged through the charging connector.


As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each end of the outer arc surface of the arc-shaped plate 212 is provided with a mounting portion 214, and a certain spacing is reserved between the two mounting portions 214 for mounting the handle 1. A mounting hole is formed on each of the ends of the two mounting portions 214 that are close to each other, the two mounting holes have on a common central axis, the central axis of the two mounting holes is parallel to the central axis of the roller 231, and a length direction of the mounting holes is the same as a length direction of the roller 231. Each side of the end of the handle 1 connected to the frame 21 is provided with a short connecting shaft 11, and the two short connecting shafts 11 of the handle 1 are respectively mounted in the mounting holes of the two mounting portions 214, such that a length direction of the handle 1 is perpendicular to an axis direction of the output rotating shaft 221. A coil spring 215, also known as a torsion spring, is disposed inside each of the mounting holes of the mounting portions 214, and the coil springs 215 are connected to the mounting portions 214 and the short connecting shafts 11, respectively.


Working principle of the present disclosure: the motor 22 and the rolling brush 23 are arranged coaxially and horizontally, and the motor 22 is disposed inside an internal space of the rolling brush 23, such that the rolling brush 23 can rotate horizontally with a cleaning surface, and the rolling brush 23 can also move forwards or backwards, or the rolling brush 23 can rotate in place, making the electric cleaning brush in the present disclosure easy to control and easier to use, and improving cleaning efficiency, especially better efficiency when cleaning a ceiling. In addition, the coil springs 215 are arranged at the connection between the handle 1 and the brush broom assembly 2, such that angle and strength of the brush broom assembly 2 and the cleaning surface can be adjusted when in use, making the user more comfortable; and after being used, the brush broom assembly 2 automatically returns to its original position under the restoring force of the coil springs 215, facilitating the storage and placement of the electric cleaning brush.

  • 1. An electric cleaning brush, comprising a handle (1) and a brush broom assembly (2), wherein the brush broom assembly (2) comprises a frame (21), a motor (22) and a rolling brush (23), the rolling brush (23) comprises a roller (231), the handle (1) is connected to the frame (21), the motor (22) is installed on the frame (21), a fixed shaft (211) is arranged on the frame (21), the motor (22) is provided with an output rotating shaft (221), and the output rotating shaft (221) and the fixed shaft (211) are arranged on a common central axis; a first coupling groove (2311) and a second coupling groove (2312) are separately formed on two ends of the roller (231), a connecting hole (2313) is formed between the first coupling groove (2311) and the second coupling groove (2312), the motor (22) and the fixed shaft (211) are disposed inside the first coupling groove (2311) and the second coupling groove (2312) respectively, the output rotating shaft (221) is inserted into the connecting hole (2313), and the output rotating shaft (221) and the roller (231) rotate synchronously; and the output rotating shaft (221) and the roller (231) are arranged on a common central axis, and a length direction of the handle (1) is perpendicular to an axis direction of the output rotating shaft (221).

The electric cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein the frame (21) comprises an arc-shaped plate (212), the fixed shaft (211) and an electrical installation box (213) are respectively arranged at two ends of an inner arc surface of the arc-shaped plate (212), the motor (22) is installed inside the electrical installation box (213), and the output rotating shaft (221) of the motor (22) extends out from the electrical installation box (213).
  • 3. The electric cleaning brush according to claim 2, wherein a storage battery and a main control circuit board is also arranged inside the electrical installation box (213), the storage battery supplies power to the main control circuit board and the motor (22), the main control circuit board is electrically connected to a charging connector, and the storage battery can be charged through the charging connector.
  • 4. The electric cleaning brush according to claim 2, wherein each end of the outer arc surface of the arc-shaped plate (212) is provided with a mounting portion (214), a certain spacing is reserved between the two mounting portions (214), and a mounting hole is formed on each of the ends of the two mounting portions (214) that are close to each other; and each side of the end of the handle (1) connected to the frame (21) is provided with a short connecting shaft (11), and the two short connecting shafts (11) of the handle (1) are respectively mounted in the mounting holes of the two mounting portions (214).
  • 5. The electric cleaning brush according to claim 4, wherein a coil spring (215) is disposed inside each of the mounting holes of the mounting portions (214), and the coil springs (215) are connected to the mounting portions (214) and the short connecting shafts (11), respectively.
  • 6. The electric cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein the rolling brush (23) comprises a brush head (232) or bristles, and the brush head (232) or the bristles is/are arranged on an outer cylindrical surface of the roller (231).
