This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202322085380.0 filed Aug. 4, 2023, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cleaning tools and, in particular, to an electric cleaning brush.
With the improvement of people's living standards, cleaning brushes often appear in family life as handy cleaning tools. However, at present, an existing cleaning brush having an electric function can only perform reciprocating swings within a certain angle range. A rotating output end of a motor is directly connected to a brush head, the axial direction of an output shaft of the motor is collinear with the axial direction of the brush head, and the brush head and a handle are disposed in a T-shaped perpendicular structure. This is not conducive to the cleaning of wall corners and other corner positions and the improvement of user experience.
The present disclosure provides an electric cleaning brush to solve the problem that the existing cleaning brush having an electric function is a T-shaped perpendicular structure, which is not conducive to the cleaning of corner positions.
An electric cleaning brush is provided. The electric cleaning brush includes a body, a brush neck and a brush head.
A battery and a drive motor are disposed in the body, and the battery is configured to supply power to the drive motor.
The brush neck is detachably connected to the body, a transmission shaft is rotatably mounted in the brush neck along a first direction, one end of the transmission shaft is connected to an output end of the drive motor, and another end of the transmission shaft is provided with a driving gear; and a driven gear is rotatably mounted in the brush neck and is configured to rotate axially in a second direction, the first direction intersects the second direction, and the driving gear meshes with the driven gear.
The brush head is connected to the driven gear, and the drive motor is configured to drive the brush head to rotate.
In some embodiments, the battery is a chargeable and dischargeable battery, and the body is provided with a charging port electrically connected to the chargeable and dischargeable battery.
In some embodiments, the driven gear is provided with a groove portion, the brush head is provided with an inserting portion, one side of the brush neck facing the brush head is provided with a via having a same shape as the inserting portion, and the inserting portion is able to pass through the via and to be inserted into the groove portion.
In some embodiments, a support base is disposed in the brush neck, a fulcrum is disposed in the support base, one side of the inserting portion facing the fulcrum is provided with a plughole, and the fulcrum passes through the driven gear and is inserted into the plughole.
In some embodiments, a plurality of first support ribs are disposed between the support base and an inner wall of the brush neck.
In some embodiments, the body is provided with a button, and the button is used for controlling a rotation rate and a start-stop of the drive motor.
In some embodiments, an outer periphery of the body is provided with a rubber layer.
In some embodiments, the rubber layer is provided with anon-slip protrusion.
In some embodiments, a plurality of second support ribs are disposed in the brush neck, and the transmission shaft is rotatably disposed on the plurality of second support ribs.
In some embodiments, the brush head includes a brush base and a cleaning head disposed on the brush base, the brush base is detachably connected to the driven gear, and the cleaning head is any one of a flat-bristled brush head, a pointed-bristled brush head, a scouring pad brush head, or a sponge brush head.
Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail hereinafter. Examples of the embodiments are illustrated in the drawings, where the same or similar reference numerals indicate the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary, intended to explain the present disclosure and not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
In the description of the present utility mode, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, the term “interconnected”, “connected” or “fixed” is to be construed in a broad sense, for example, as securely connected or detachably connected; mechanically connected or electrically connected; directly interconnected or indirectly connected to each other via an intermediary; or internally connected between two components or interactional relations between two components. For those of ordinary skill in the art, specific meanings of the preceding terms in the present disclosure may be understood according to specific situations.
In the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, when a first feature is described as “on” or “below” a second feature, the first feature and the second feature may be in direct contact, or the first feature and the second feature may be in contact via another feature therebetween instead of being in direct contact. Moreover, when the first feature is described as “on”, “above”, or “over” the second feature, the first feature is right on, above, or over the second feature, the first feature is obliquely on, above, or over the second feature, or the first feature is simply at a higher level than the second feature. When the first feature is described as “under”, “below”, or “underneath” the second feature, the first feature is right under, below, or underneath the second feature, the first feature is obliquely under, below, or underneath the second feature, or the first feature is simply at a lower level than the second feature.
In the description of the embodiments, it is to be noted that orientations or position relations indicated by terms such as “above”, “below”, “left” and “right” are based on the drawings. These orientations or position relations are intended only to facilitate the description and simplify an operation and not to indicate or imply that a device or element referred to must have such particular orientations or must be configured or operated in such particular orientations. Thus, these orientations or position relations are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. In addition, the terms “first” and “second” are used only for distinguishing between descriptions and have no special meaning.
Technical solutions of the present disclosure are further described below through embodiments in conjunction with the drawings.

Further, the driven gear 23 is provided with a groove portion 231, the brush head 3 is provided with an inserting portion 31, one side of the brush neck 2 facing the brush head 3 is provided with a via 24 having the same shape as the inserting portion 31, and the inserting portion 31 can pass through the via 24 and be inserted into the groove portion 231 to achieve the detachable connection of the brush head 3 and the driven gear 23. During assembly, the inserting portion 3 is aligned with the via 24, passes through the via 24 and is inserted into the groove portion 231, and the brush head 3 can be driven to rotate when the driven gear 23 rotates. Similarly, during disassembly, after being rotated to a proper position, the brush head 3 is pulled out, and the inserting portion 31 comes off from the groove portion 231 and the via 24 successively.

Optionally, multiple second support ribs 28 are disposed in the brush neck 2, and the transmission shaft 21 is rotatably disposed on the multiple second support ribs 28. The multiple second support ribs 28 can not only improve the partial structure strength of the brush neck 2 but also support the transmission shaft 21.
Further, as shown in
In this disclosure, the electric cleaning brush has a simple overall structure, the drive motor can drive the brush head to rotate through 360° or any angle, and the drive motor and the brush head are driven by gear transmission. In this way, the transmission is stable and reliable, while the axial direction of the brush head and the axial direction of the brush neck are disposed at an angle of intersection so that the axial direction of the brush head and the vertical direction can be disposed at an included angle, the elbow structure features can be presented, the wall corner gaps can be easy to clean, and the cleaning effect can be improved.
