1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an electric dartboard.
2. Description of the Prior Art
The bodies of the electric dartboards in the market are formed by irrigating engineering plastic material, thus only plastic dart points can be used to shoot the dartboards, disengaging the darts from the dartboard easily or breaking the dart points in the bodies.
Furthermore, steel points are also used in a dart to shoot conventional electric sisal dartboard to prevent a disengagement of the dart. However, after using the sisal dartboard for a period of time, the fiber will be pierced by the steel points, causing disengagement of the darts seriously from the dartboard to affect the display of the score.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The main object of the present invention is to provide an electric dartboard that as a score block which shows a higher score is broken, the dart frame is rotated to turn the broken score block to a lower score displaying zone, decreasing the broken score block to be shot again to evenly apply the score blocks, prolong service life of the electric dartboard.
To achieve the above object, an electric dartboard is provided. The electric dartboard of the present invention includes a base, a dart frame, a plurality of score blocks and a touch sensor. A ball and a resilient member are disposed at a predetermined position of the base. The dart frame is 360-degree-rotatably disposed in the receiving zone, and the dart frame includes an upper frame body and a lower frame base. A plurality of first positioning recesses are formed on an outer periphery of the frame base for receiving the ball therein. Moreover, the score blocks are disposed between the frame body and the frame base, while the touch sensor is disposed between the receiving zone and the dart frame. Therefore, the dart frame and the score blocks can rotate 360 degrees with respect to the base, so as to evenly apply the score blocks, prolong service life of the electric dartboard.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

The base 10 has a receiving zone 11, which is preferred to include a bottom floor 12, a first annular ladder 13 and a second annular ladder 14. A receiving bore (not numbered) is formed on the first annular ladder 13, and a ball 15 and a resilient member are received in the receiving bore, in which the ball 15 is a steel ball, for example, and two ends of the resilient member, such as a coil spring, abuts against the receiving bore and the ball 15 respectively.
The dart frame 20 is 360-degree-rotatably disposed in the receiving zone 11. More specifically, the dart frame 20 includes an upper frame body 21 and a lower frame base 22, which disposed on the first annular ladder 13. The frame body 21 includes a plurality of concentrically annular ribs 211 with different diameters, and includes a plurality of radial ribs 212 which are arranged radially. A plurality of crossed posts 221 are integrally formed on positions, which are corresponding to connecting portions of the annular ribs 211 and the radial ribs 212, of an upper surface of the frame base 22. A cylinder member 222 is integrally formed on a portion of the frame base 22 corresponding to the annular rib 211 with a smallest diameter, and a plurality of longitudinal ribs 223 are formed on an outer surface of the cylinder member 222. Furthermore, a plurality of first positioning recesses 224 are formed on an outer periphery of the frame base 22 for receiving the ball 15 therein. Preferably, each first positioning recess 224 is formed in a concave arc shape, and the ball 15 has a surface formed in a convex arc shape corresponding to the first positioning recesses 224, such that the ball 15 is slidably received in one of the first positioning recesses 224. In the present embodiment, a fastening means, which includes a plurality of protrusions 225 and a plurality of holes 213, is disposed between the frame body 21 and the crossed posts 221 to mount the frame body 21 onto the crossed posts 221. For example, the protrusions 225 are formed on the crossed posts 221, and the holes 213 are formed on the connecting portions of the annular ribs 211 and the radial ribs 212; or, the protrusions 225 can also be formed on the connecting portions of the annular ribs 211 and the radial ribs 212, and the holes 213 are correspondingly formed on the crossed posts 221.
Moreover, the shapes of the score blocks 30 are corresponding to the hollows of the frame body 21 so that the score blocks 30 can be installed between the frame body 21 and the frame base 22. On a surface, which faces to the base 10, of each score block 30 is formed with at least one touch boss 31, while the frame base 22 includes a plurality of bores 226 for receiving the touch bosses 31.
Furthermore, the touch sensor 40 is disposed between the receiving zone 11 and the dart frame 20. More specifically, the touch sensor 40 is disposed on the bottom floor 12, a plurality of protruding posts 111 are disposed on the bottom floor as well, and the touch sensor 40 has correspondingly second positioning recesses 43 to receive the protruding posts 111 for positioning purpose, such that the touch sensor 40 does not rotate with respect to the bottom floor 12. In addition, on the touch sensor 40 is provided with a plurality of touch points 41 corresponding to the touch bosses 31, and on the touch sensor 40 where corresponds to the cylinder member 222 is mounted a touch coil 42, in which a radius of the touch coil 42 is slightly smaller than that of the cylinder member 222.
The external circle 50 is disposed in the receiving zone 11 and surrounds the dart frame 20. More specifically, the external circle 50 is disposed on the second annular ladder 14, and a plurality of threaded bores are formed on the external circle 50 and the second annular ladder 14 for screws to mount therein, fastening the external circle 50 to the base 10.

It is apparent from the above description that the present invention has the following advantage:
The dart frame can be rotated 360 degrees with respect to the base, so as to evenly apply the score blocks and prolong the service life of the electric dartboard. Moreover, it is very convenient to simply pull or push the dart frame radially in order to rotate the dart frame. In addition, the frame body is commonly made of metal or alloy, such as zinc alloy, and the frame base is commonly made of plastic, so it would be readily realized that the manufacture cost and metal consumption during the manufacturing procedure of the dart frame can be significantly reduced since the crossed posts of the present invention are formed on the plastic frame base.
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
