TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the field of knife sharpeners, and more particularly, to an electric knife sharpener for elastically grinding double edges.


BACKGROUND ART

At present, most of the electric knife sharpeners on the market only grind one cutting edge one time; conventional kitchen knives are double-edged, and only one edge is ground at a time. After all, the cutter is pulled manually. The difference in skill, weight, etc. between the two grindings will cause the two edges of the ground blade to be asymmetrical, which will affect the sharpness degree of the cutter and low grinding efficiency.


In addition, in the market, a manual knife sharpener is commonly used to simultaneously sharpen double edges, the grinding wheel is fixed, it only can be sharpened at one angle, and the included angle of the cutting edge of the kitchen knife is different, so there is a certain limitation in use.


Finally, the electric knife sharpener on the market needs to fix the knife body with the sharpener notch to achieve the same angle, which may cause plastic friction between the knife body and the notch part and may scratch the knife body and damage the cutter. The notch of the grinding tool is wide, the root and tip of the cutter cannot contact the grinding wheel, which results in the root and tip of the cutter cannot be ground the cut well, and there is a blind zone in the grinding of the cutter.

The beneficial effects of the present application are:
