Claims
- 1. An electric motor for hand power tools, comprising a rotor including a metal plate pack on a rotor shaft, said rotor being rotatably supported by at least one bearing pin, said at least one bearing pin being nonrotatably connected with said rotor shaft, said metal plate pack having a plurality of grooves which are spaced from one another in a peripheral direction and provided with a groove coating of insulating material; a rotor winding received in said grooves provided with said groove coating, said metal plate pack having end places composed of insulating material, said end plats being arranged on opposite end sides of said metal plate pack, wherein said rotor shaft has shaft ends axially projecting from said end plates and said shaft ends are synthetic plastic parts produced by injection molding; and a bearing pin formed as an insert in at least one of said shaft ends in alignment with said at least one of said shaft ends.
- 2. An electric motor as defined in claim 1, wherein said metal plate pack is provided with a plurality of longitudinally extending axial openings which are filled with synthetic plastic during injection molding.
- 3. An electric motor as defined in claim 1, wherein said rotor winding which is inserted in said grooves of said metal plate pack has winding heads which project outwardly beyond said end sides of said metal plate pack and surround said end plates and said shaft ends, and said winding heads are coated by a dipping or impregnating process.
- 4. An electric motor as defined in claim 1, wherein said bearing pin is injection molded in at least one of said shaft ends as the insert in alignment with said at least one of said shaft ends, and a pin part of said bearing pin, which freely projects from said at least one of said shaft ends and is formed for receiving an additional element.
- 5. An electric motor as defined in claim 4, wherein said bearing pin is composed of steel.
- 6. An electric motor as defined in claim 4, wherein said pin part is formed for non-rotatably supporting a bail bearing.
- 7. An electric motor as defined in claim 4, wherein said pin part is formed for non rotatably supporting a commutator.
- 8. Art electric motor as defined in claim 4, wherein said bearing pin is hollow.
- 9. An electric motor as defined in claim 4, wherein said pin part which extends outwardly beyond said shaft end has an end portion provided with a thread; and further comprising a drive pinion which is screwed with said thread.
- 10. An electric motor as defined in claim 9, wherein said thread is formed as a thread selected from the group consisting of an outer thread and an inner thread for correspondingly outwardly and inwardly screwing said drive pinion.
- 11. An electric motor as defined in claim 9, wherein said bearing pin has an abutment shoulder, said drive pinion being arranged on said bearing pin and clamped against said abutment shoulder of said bearing pin by a clamping screw which is screwed into an inner thread of said bearing pin which is at least partially hollow.
- 12. An electric motor as defined in claim 1, wherein said grooves in said metal plate pack are provided with a groove lock which during injection molding is molded of synthetic plastic on said groove coatings as a film hinge.
- 13. An electric motor as defined in claim 1; and further comprising a bearing pin which is injection molded of one piece on at least one of said shaft ends, for receiving a ball bearing.
- 14. An electric motor for hand power tools, comprising a rotor including a metal plate pack on a rotor shaft, said rotor being rotatably supported by at least one bearing pin, said at least one bearing pin being nonrotatably connected with said rotor shaft, said metal plate pack having a plurality of grooves which are spaced from one another in a peripheral direction and provided with a groove coating of insulating material; a rotor winding received in said grooves provided with said groove coating, said metal plate pack having end places composed of insulating material, said end plate being arranged on opposite end sides of said metal plate pack, wherein said rotor shaft has shaft ends axially projecting from said end plates and said shaft ends are synthetic plastic parts produced by injection molding, wherein said bearing pin extends up to said plate metal pack; and an anchoring disk which is enclosed in said end plate and is fixedly connected with said bearing pin at an end side of the latter.
- 15. An electric motor as defined in claim 14, wherein said anchoring disk is provided with a set of teeth on a periphery of said disk.
