Claims
- 1. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor,
- (2) 3 to 10 plies of kraft paper wound around the conductor, and
- (3) a plurality of insulating layers,
- wherein at least one of said plurality of insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 2. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor,
- (2) 3 to 10 plies of kraft paper wound around the conductor, and
- (3) a plurality of insulating layers, wherein:
- (a) plies of kraft paper are the second upper and second lower plies from a change of winding direction of insulating layers that is at most 5 layers from the conductor, and
- (b) at least one of said plurality of insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 3. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor,
- (2) 3 to 10 plies of kraft paper wound around the conductor, and
- (3) a plurality of insulating layers, wherein:
- (a) plies of kraft paper are the first two upper and the first two lower plies from a change of winding direction of insulating layers, and
- (b) at least one of said insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 4. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor, and
- (2) a plurality of insulating layers, wherein:
- (a) plies of kraft paper are the second upper and the second lower plies from a change of winding direction of insulating layers that is at most 5 layers from the conductor, and
- (b) at least one of said insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 5. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor, and
- (2) a plurality of insulating layers, wherein:
- (a) plies of kraft paper are the first two upper and the first two lower plies from a change of winding direction of insulating layers and
- (b) at least one of said insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 6. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, in which synthetic insulating oil is impregnated in said polyolefin film.
- 7. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising:
- (1) a conductor, and
- (2) a plurality of insulating layers wherein:
- (a) at least one of said insulating layers is selected from the group consisting of an insulating layer comprising poly-4-methylpentene paper laminate consisting of kraft paper bonded on both surfaces of a lamination of kraft paper, poly-4-methylpentene film, fluoroethylene-propylene film, polytetrofluoroethylene tape laminated to poly-4-methylpentene film, and fluoroethylene-propylene paper laminate consisting of kraft paper bonded on both surfaces of said fluoroethylene-propylene film, and
- (b) at least one of said insulating layers consists of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 8. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in claim 7 in which synthetic insulating oil is impregnated in said polyolefin film.
