The disclosure relates to a swing, and more specifically, to an electric seesaw swing, which belongs to the field of sports and entertainment equipment.
The swings have a long history. The swings mainly use the gravity to swing back and forth and have the characteristics of simple structures and the convenient usage. However, the movements of the swings are monotonous. Although the current structures of the swings are various, the modes of their movements are still simple back and forth swinging. And thus these swings have monotonous motion modes, poor playabilities, and cannot run automatically. In the Chinese Patent document titled “Electric Swing for Children” and publication No. CN111134486A, which discloses the electric swing for children including a swing frame, and bottom ends of two sides of the swing frame are respectively fixedly connected with fixing plates; the respective upper surfaces of the fixing plates are rotationally mounted with fixing bolts arranged evenly, and the fixing bolts are penetrated through lower surfaces of the fixing plates; an upper top end of the swing frame is fixedly mounted with two symmetrically arranged brackets for a rotational shaft, and the rotational shaft is fixed between the two symmetrically arranged brackets; two ends of the rotational shaft are penetrated through the two brackets for rotational shaft. The essence is that the manpower is replaced with the motor to drive, and no new features are in the movement form of the swing. Therefore, the research and the production of the swings with various usage styles is an essential trend of development, and their market prospects are better.
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an electric seesaw swing with technical characteristics such as a variety of play methods, which can satisfy the swinging of one and/or two people, and can combine the swinging and the up and down movement.
In order to achieve the above objectives, the present disclosure is achieved through the technical solutions as follows.
An electric seesaw swing including a upright post, where, a motor is installed on a top portion of the upright post, a rotating shaft of the motor is connected with a rocker, the electric seesaw swing further includes a left swinging rod and a right swinging rod, an end of the left swinging rod and an end of the right swinging rod are hinged to a free end of the rocker, a left top frame and a right top frame are connected at a left end and a right end of the top portion of the upright post respectively and form a T-shaped structure together with the upright post, an end of the left top frame is hinged with two first upper frame rods, an end of the right top frame is hinged with two second upper frame rods, a first hanging rod is inserted between bottom ends of the two first upper frame rods, a second hanging rod is inserted between bottom ends of the two second upper frame rods, the first hanging rod and the second hanging rod are respectively hinged with a first inner frame rod and a second inner frame rod, an upper end of the first inner frame rod and an upper end of the second inner frame rod are respectively hinged on the end of the left top frame and the end of the right top frame, another end of the left swinging rod and another end of the right swinging rod are respectively connected to the first inner frame rod and the second inner frame rod, two left lower frame rods are hinged on a front end and a rear end of the first hanging rod respectively, two right lower frame rods are hinged on a front end and a rear end of the second hanging rod respectively, two seats are connected between bottom ends of the two left lower frame rods as well as between bottom ends of the two right lower frame rods respectively; hinged portions of the first hanging rod on which the two upper frame rods, the first inner frame rod and the two left lower frame rods are hinged, as well as hinged portions of the second hanging rod on which the two second upper frame rods, the second inner frame rod and the two right lower frame rods are hinged are inserted with locking mechanisms respectively, such that the hinged portions of both the first hanging rod and the second hanging rod are locked.
As an improvement, the first inner frame rod and the second inner frame rod each have a Y-shaped structure, two first bifurcated ends of the first inner frame rod are hinged on the first hanging rod, the upper end of the first inner frame rod is hinged on the end of the left top frame, two second bifurcated ends of the second inner frame rod are hinged on the second hanging rod, and the upper end of the second inner frame rod is hinged on the end of the right top frame.
As an improvement, each of the locking mechanisms includes plugs each with a polygonal cross-section, a rear end of each plug is connected with a handle portion, a front end of each plug is opened with a mounting hole, a locking screw is inserted into the mounting hole, the hinged portions of the first hanging rod on which the two first upper frame rods, the first inner frame rod and the two left lower frame rods are hinged, and the hinged portions of the second hanging rod on which the two second upper frame rods, the second inner frame rod and the two right lower frame rods are hinged are formed with slots, the plugs pass through the slots respectively, and the plug is locked and fixed by the locking screw.
As an improvement, the first hanging rod is provided with two of the plugs; a first one of the slots, which is formed by one of the bottom ends of the two first upper frame rods, a top end of one of the two left lower frame rods and one of the first bifurcated ends of the first inner frame rod which are all at the front end of the first hanging rod, is inserted with one of the plugs; a second one of the slots, formed by another one of the bottom ends of the two first upper frame rods, a top end of another one of the two left lower frame rods, and another one of the first bifurcated ends of the first inner frame rod which are all at the rear end of the first hanging rod, is inserted with another one of the plugs; the second hanging rod is provided with other two of the plugs; a third one of the slots, which is formed by one of the bottom ends of the two second upper frame rods, a top end of one of the two right lower frame rods, and one of the second bifurcated ends of the second inner frame rod which are all at the front end of the second hanging rod, is inserted with one of the other two plugs, a fourth one of the slots, which is formed by another one of the bottom ends of the two second upper frame rods, a top end of another one of the two right lower frame rods, and another one of second bifurcated ends of the second inner frame rod which are all at the rear end of the second hanging rod, is inserted with another one of the other two plugs.
As an improvement, the top portion of the upright post is vertically connected with a plurality of support posts, ones of top portions of the support posts are connected to a first top plate for supporting, other ones of the top portions of the support posts are connected to a second top plate for supporting; the first top plate and the second top plate are spaced with a slot, the motor is installed on the first top plate, and the rocker is located in the gap and swung in the slot along with a rotation of the motor.
As an improvement, springs are connected between the left top frame and the left end of the top portion of the upright post, and between the right top frame and the right end of the top portion of the upright post; bolts are connected between the left top frame and the left end of the top portion of the upright post, and between the right top frame and the right end of the top portion of the upright post; and the bolts are inserted through the springs respectively.
As an improvement, the electric seesaw swing further includes an arc-shaped motor cover, wherein the motor cover is arranged outside the motor and connected to the first top plate and the second top plate, the motor cover is opened with two strip-shaped grooves, and the two strip-shaped grooves are respectively communicated with left and right portions of the gap, such that the rocker is swung into the two strip-shaped grooves.
As an improvement, the upright post includes a base plate and a top plate, four sub-posts are connected between the base plate and the top plate, the support posts are connected to an upper end surface of the top plate, and the base plate is opened with a plurality of fixing holes to fix the base plate on the four sub-posts.
As an improvement, the left top frame and the right top frame each include three horizontal frame rods and a vertical frame rod, ends of the three horizontal frame rods are connected to a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion of the vertical frame rod respectively, other ends of the three horizontal frame rods are connected to the top portion of the upright post, the three horizontal frame rods of the left top frame and the three horizontal frame rods of the right top frame are in one-to-one correspondence, and an arc-shaped rod is connected between two horizontal frame rods in the one-to-one correspondence; a top portion of the motor cover is connected with a reinforcing rib, inner sides of the three arc-shaped rods are on the reinforcing rib of the motor cover; the two first upper frame rods and the first inner frame rod, as well as the two second upper frame rods and the second inner frame rod are hinged on the vertical frame rods respectively.
As an improvement, the left swinging rod and the right swinging rod are slidably and fixedly connected on the first inner frame rod and the second inner frame rod respectively.
Beneficial effects of the disclosure are as follows. By manually inserting or pulling out the locking mechanisms, usage manners of “A mode”, “B mode” and “C mode” modes of the present disclosure can be realized. Compared with the traditional motion mode for the swing, the usage manner is diverse and thus the operability is high; the control method is simple and reliable, and thus the operation is easy; and mechanical structures are adopted, and thus the structure is simple, which is easy to perform the mass production.

Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments.
Both the first inner frame rod 12 and the second inner frame rod 13 each have a Y-shaped structure that is stable. Two bifurcated ends (i.e., two first bifurcated ends) of the first inner frame rod 12 are hinged on the first hanging rod 10, and the upper end of the first inner frame rod 12 is hinged to the end of the left top frame 6. Two bifurcated ends (i.e., two second bifurcated ends) of the second inner frame rod 13 are hinged to the second hanging rod 11, and the upper end of the second inner frame rod 13 is hinged to the end of the right top frame 7.
The locking mechanism includes plugs 30 each with a polygonal cross-section, and the plug 30 with the polygonal cross-section may be used to efficiently lock. A rear end of the plug 30 is connected with a handle portion for easy manual insertion and extraction. A front end of the plug 30 is opened with a mounting hole 16, and a locking screw 17 may be inserted into the mounting hole 16. The hinged portions of the first hanging rod 10 on which the first upper frame rods 8, the first inner frame rod 12 and the left lower frame rods 14 are hinged, and the hinged portions of the second hanging rod 11 on which the second upper frame rods 9, the second inner frame rod 13 and the right lower frame rods are hinged are formed with slots. The plugs 30 pass through the slots respectively, and the plug is locked and fixed by the locking screw 17. And thus the structure is simple, and the locking manner is convenient.
The first hanging rod 10 is provided with two plugs 30. One slot, which is formed by the bottom end of the first upper frame rod 8, a top end of the left lower frame rod 14, and the bifurcated end of the first inner frame rod 12 which are all at the front end of the first hanging rod, is inserted with one plug 30. One slot, which is formed by the bottom end of the first upper frame rod 8, a top end of another left lower frame rod 14, and another bifurcated end of the first inner frame rod 12 which are all at the rear end of the first hanging rod, is inserted with another plug 30.
The second hanging rod 11 is provided with other two plugs 30. One slot, which is formed by the bottom end of the second upper frame rod 9, a top end of the right lower frame rod, and the bifurcated end of the second inner frame rod 13 which are all at the front end of the second hanging rod 11, is inserted with one plug 30. One slot, which is formed by another bottom end of another second upper frame rod 9, a top end of another right lower frame rod, and another bifurcated end of the second inner frame rod 13 which are all at the rear end of the second hanging rod 11, is inserted with another plug 30. Springs 22 are connected between the left top frame 6 and the left end of the top portion of the upright post 1 as well as between the right top frame 7 and the right end of the top portion of the upright post 1, respectively. Bolts 23 are connected between the left top frame 6 and the left end of the top portion of the upright post 1 as well as between the right top frame 7 and the right end of the top portion of the upright post 1 and the bolts 23 are inserted into the springs 22 respectively.
The principle is as follows. A linkage movement mechanism includes the rocker 3, the left swinging rod 4, the right swinging rod 5, the first upper frame rods 8, the second upper frame rods 9, the first hanging rod 10, the second hanging rod 11, the first inner frame rod 12, the second inner frame rod 13, the left lower frame rods 14, the right lower frame rods, and seats 15. Under being driven by the motor 2, the rocker 3 is rotated around the motor, connection ends of both the left swinging rod 4 and the right swinging rod 5 which are connected with the rocker 3 are rotated around the motor along with the swinging of rocker 3, and distal ends of both the left swinging rod 4 and the right swinging rod 5 are connected with the first inner frame rod 12 and the second inner frame rod 13 respectively. In this way, the first inner frame rod 12 and the second inner frame rod 13 are swung from side to side. The first hanging rod 10 of the disclosure is configured to connect the first upper frame rods 8 and the left lower frame rods 14. A pair of locking mechanisms are provided at two ends of the first hanging rod 10, and the locking mechanisms includes plugs 30 each with the polygonal cross-section. A rear end of the plug 30 is connected with a handle portion, and a front end of the plug 30 is opened with the mounting hole 16. The locking screw 17 is inserted into the mounting hole 16. The hinged portions of the first hanging rod 10 on which the first upper frame rods 8, the first inner frame rod 12 and the left lower frame rods 14 are hinged, and the hinged portions of the second hanging rod 11 on which the second upper frame rods 9, the second inner frame rod 13 and the right lower frame rods are hinged are formed with slots. The plugs 30 pass through the slots respectively, and the plug is locked and fixed by the locking screw 17. When the plugs 30 are in the inserted state, the first hanging rod 10 and the left lower frame rods 14 and/or the second upper frame rods 9 and the right lower frame rods are in a locked connection state, the first hanging rod 10 and the left lower frame rods 14 are moved consistently as a whole, or the second upper frame rods 9 and the right lower frame rods are moved as a whole, which is in the A mode as shown in
When the plugs 30 are in the pulled-out state, the left and right lower frame rods may be rotated around the respective hanging rods, and the swing is in “B mode” at this time. Except for the left and right lower frame rods and the seats 15, the other parts have the above-mentioned movement characteristics of “A mode”. The B mode also has the movement characteristics different from the A mode as follows. First, when the motor 2 does not provide power and the plugs 30 are in the unlocked state, the left and right lower frame rods can swing independently, and the movement mode is the same as that of a normal swing. Second, when the motor 2 rotates to drive and the single-sided plugs 30 are in the pulled-out state, the lower frame rods from which the plugs 30 are not pulled out are moved in the aforementioned “A mode” movement mode, the upper frame rods and the hanging rod from which the plugs are pulled out are swung in the same manner as that of the aforementioned “A mode”. And the lower frame rods and the seats 15 connected with both upper frame rods and the hanging rod, from which the plugs are pulled out, also have an additional rotational movement around this hanging rod under an action of the gravity. Third, when all the plugs 30 are in the pulled-out state, the upper frame rods and the hanging rods at two sides are swung in the same manner as that of aforementioned “A mode”, and the left and right lower frame rods and the seats 15 connected to them also have additional rotational movements around the respective hanging rod under the action of the gravity.
In a premise where the swing is in the motion states of the A mode and the B mode, the connection between the left top frame 6 and the left end of the top portion of the upright post 1 as well as the connection between the right top frame 7 and the right end of the top portion of the upright post 1 are realized by the bolts 23. When unlocking the bolts 23 to the upright post 1 as well as the left top frame 6 or the right top frame 7, the upright post 1 as well as the left top frame 6 or the right top frame 7 will be connected by the springs 22. With the elastic connection of the springs 22, the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 are swung up and down to a certain extent, and the swing is in “C mode” at this time, which will has the movement characteristics as follows. First, the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 are at the top portion of the motor cover 24 and have characteristics of a seesaw at under the action of the springs 22. And this form of movement is transmitted to the seats 15 at two sides through the connection of the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7. Second, the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 are swung from side to side in combination with the movement characteristics of “A mode”. Third, the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 are swung from side to side in combination with the motion characteristics of “B mode”.
In addition to adopt the format of rigid material parts, the left and right lower frame rods in this disclosure may also be replaced with flexible ropes, which will have more possibilities in the way of movement. The rocker 3, the left swinging rod 4, and the right swinging rod 5, in addition to the mid-mounted connection as shown in figures, can also be connected by connection links on two sides of the seat 15. In addition to the structure in the figures, the upright post 1 may also have a variety of structures. The base of the upright post 1 may be added a motor to rotates, so as to achieve more forms of movements. The motor cover 24 may also be integrated into the upright post 1 as a part. The top portion of the motor cover 24 may support the left and right top frames by an open-type connection such as raised reinforcing ribs, or a semi-open or semi-closed connection such as grooves, shafts and the like.

As an improved example, the top portion of the upright post 1 is vertically connected with a plurality of support posts 18. Top portions of some of the support posts 18 are connected to a first top plate 19 for support, and top positions of the remaining support posts 18 are connected to a second top plate 20 for support. There is a gap 21 between the first top plate 19 and the second top plate 20. The motor 2 is installed on the first top plate 19. The rocker 3 is located in the gap 21 and can be swung in the gap 21 along with the rotation of the motor 2. So, the structure is simple. Furthermore, the rocker 3 is in the middle position, which is convenient for a concealed installation, and does not affect the rocker 3 to swing.
As an improved example, the electric seesaw swing also includes an arc-shaped motor cover 24. The motor cover 24 is arranged outside the motor and connected to the first top plate 19 and the second top plate 20. The motor cover 24 is opened with two strip-shaped grooves 25 respectively communicated with left and right ends of the gap 21, so as to realize the swinging of the rocker 3 into the strip-shaped grooves 25, without affecting the large swinging of the rocker 3.
As an improved example, the upright post 1 includes a base plate 26 and a top plate 27. Four sub-posts are connected between the base plate 26 and the top plate 27. And the support posts 18 are connected to an upper end surface of the top plate 27. The base plate 26 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes to facilitate to fix the base plate 26 on the four sub-posts via fasteners. The number of specific sub-posts may be increased or decreased based on actual installation conditions.
As an improved example, the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 each include three horizontal frame rods 28 and a vertical frame rod 29. Ends of the three horizontal frame rods 28 are connected to a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion of the vertical frame rod 29 respectively. Other ends of the three horizontal frame rods 28 are connected to the top portion of the upright post 1. The three horizontal frame rods 28 of the left top frame 6 and the three horizontal frame rods 28 of the right top frame 7 are in one-to-one correspondence and are connected with three arc-shaped rods respectively. The top portion of the motor cover 24 is connected with a reinforcing rib. Inner sides of the arc-shaped rods are on the reinforcing rib of the motor cover 24. The first upper frame rods 8 and the first inner frame rod 12, as well as the second upper frame rods 9 and the second inner frame rod 13 are hinged on the vertical frame rods 29 respectively. So, the structure is new. Furthermore, the inner sides of the arc-shaped rods are supported on the reinforcing rib of the motor cover 24, and the left top frame 6 and the right top frame 7 can be formed into a seesaw structure under the action of the springs 22, so the function is also new.
As an improved example, the left swinging rod 4 and the right swinging rod 5 are slidably and fixedly connected to the first inner frame rod 12 and the second inner frame rod 13 respectively, which is convenient for adjustment. The sliding and fixing structure can be realized by pressing a snapping fastener or by a snap-on catching.
Finally, it should be noted that the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and there may be many variations. All modifications that can be directly derived or associated by a person of ordinary skill in the art from the present disclosure should be considered as the protection scope of the present disclosure.
