The broken lines shown in the drawings depict portions of the electric wheelchair base that form no part of the claimed design. The stippling shading depicted on portions of the electric wheelchair base represents a contrast in color with the portions that are devoid of stippling shading. The stippling itself forms no part of the claimed design.
