Abstract
An electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock includes a housing. The housing is provided with a toggle switch with a poke rod used for turning on or off the electrical cigarette. The housing is provided with a first connecting slot in communication with the interior of the housing, the first connecting slot is provided with a toggle assembly; the toggle assembly includes a pressing member and a supporting base; the supporting base is slidably connected with the first connecting slot, the pressing member is provided on the supporting base and can move up and down relative to the supporting base; the bottom of the pressing member is provided with a pushing portion used for connecting with the poke rod. At least a spring is provided between the pressing member and the supporting base.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electrical cigarettes, more particularly, to an electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The electrical cigarette is a kind of electrical product that atomizes tobacco tar into the smoke to facilitate inhalation by smokers, as a replacement for traditional cigarettes, is now used by more and more smokers. During the process of using the electrical cigarette, the switch needs to be turned on to burn tobacco oil, but the electronic cigarette is easy to be played by children due to its small shape, children may mistakenly suck smoke and affect their health. Therefore, there is a need for a protection device that can be used on an electronic cigarette, so as to increase the difficulty in starting the electronic cigarette switch, thereby preventing the children from mistakenly opening the switch when playing.


Chinese patent No.: CN115024520A discloses an electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock, the top end of the center of the electronic cigarette main body is provided with a containing groove, a switch push portion is movably connected inside the containing groove, two movable sleeves are fixedly connected to one side of the inner wall of the bottom of the containing groove; the inner part of the movable sleeve is movably sheathed with a limiting movable column, a reset spring is arranged between the movable sleeve and the limiting movable column, a guide groove is arranged at the bottom end of one side of the switch push portion, two limiting grooves are machined on the inner wall of the top of one side of the guide groove, the top ends of the limiting grooves are movably connected with a pressing column head, and the pressing column head is movably connected inside the switch push portion. According to the invention, the two pressing column heads are arranged in the switch pushing portion, moreover, the top of the limiting movable column can be separated from the inside of the limiting groove to slide in the guide groove only by simultaneously pressing the two pressing column heads to enable the limiting movable column to overcome the resistance of the return spring, so that a child is effectively prevented from touching the limiting movable column by mistake to open the limiting movable column, and a good protection effect is achieved.


However, when the electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock is used, the pressing column heads need to be pressed first, the pressing column head descends to drive the limiting movable column to descend, so that the limiting moving column and the switch pushing portion are unrestricted, and then the switch pushing portion can freely slide, thereby driving the switch control lever to slide to open the electronic cigarette. Therefore, the structure of the electrical cigarette is complicated, the installation is inconvenient in the daily production process, and the production efficiency is reduced.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present disclosure is to provide an electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock, aiming to solve the technical problems that the electrical cigarette in the prior art is easy to start by children mistakenly touch a switch, which brings safety and health risks to the children, moreover, the anti-mistouching structure of a switch is complex, which is not conducive to production.


To achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides an electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock, which includes a housing. The housing is provided with a toggle switch with a poke rod, the poke rod is used for turning on or off the electrical cigarette. The housing is provided with a first connecting slot in communication with the inner cavity of the housing, the first connecting slot is provided with a toggle assembly; the toggle assembly includes a pressing member and a supporting base; the supporting base is slidably connected with the first connecting slot, the pressing member is provided on the supporting base and can move up and down relative to the supporting base; the bottom of the pressing member is provided with a pushing portion used for connecting with the poke rod. At least a spring is provided between the pressing member and the supporting base and is used for driving the pushing portion to decouple from the poke rod. When the electrical cigarette is used, an external force presses the pressing member so that the pushing portion is connected to the poke rod, and when the pressing member moves, the poke rod is driven to turn on or off the toggle switch.


Optionally, the electrical cigarette includes a power supply, an atomizing assembly, and an electric control board are provided in the housing; the power supply, the atomizing assembly, and the toggle switch are all electrically connected to the electric control board; the first connecting slot is arranged on a side wall of the housing.


Optionally, the inner wall of the first connecting slot is protruded with a connecting boss, slidably connected with the supporting base.


Optionally, a through hole is formed through the supporting base from the top surface of the supporting base to the bottom surface thereof, and the pushing portion passes through the through hole to connect to the poke rod.


Optionally, at least one first groove is provided at the bottom of the pressing member, and at least one second groove is provided at the top of the supporting base, and the second grooves correspond to the first grooves one by one. The top end of the spring abuts against the top surface of the first groove, and the bottom end of the spring abuts against the bottom surface of the second groove.


Optionally, a guiding hole is formed through the top surface of the supporting base to the bottom surface thereof, the guiding rod is provided at the bottom of the pressing member, the guiding rod is movably disposed of through the guiding hole.


Optionally, a limiting hole is provided at the supporting base, a first limiting rod is provided on the bottom of the pressing member, the first limiting rod is movably disposed through the limiting hole, and a first limiting boss is provided at the bottom of the first limiting rod.


Optionally, several second limiting rods are provided on the bottom of the supporting base, a second limiting boss is provided at the bottom end of the second limiting rod, the top surface of the second limiting boss abuts against the bottom surface of the connecting boss.


Optionally, the top surface of the pressing member is provided with several anti-slip protrusions.


Optionally, the main body of the electrical cigarette includes a start button; the start button is electrically connected to the main body; and the start button and the toggle switch are simultaneously turned on to start the main body to generate smoke.


Compared with the prior art, the above one or more technical solutions of the electronic cigarette with a child-proof lock provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure have at least one of the following technical effects:

    • when in use, the external force presses the pressing member to enable the pushing portion to descend so as to abut against the poke rod on the toggle switch, and at this moment, the pressing member is pushed to drive the poke rod to slide so that the toggle switch is turned on or off so as to open or close the main body of the electronic cigarette. This structure makes it difficult for a child to make a mistakenly touch and turn on the power supply. The electronic cigarette with a child-proof lock improves the safety performance, has a simple structural arrangement, is easy to operate when used by a user, facilitates assembly and production, and improves the production efficiency.

The embodiments described below by reference to the attached drawings are exemplary and are intended to explain embodiments of the present invention and cannot be understood as limits in the present invention.


In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the directional indications involved in the embodiments, such as the “length”, “width”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “rear”, “internal” and “external”, indicating orientation or location relationship, are based on the orientation or position relationship showed in the figures. In an embodiment in the present disclosure, referring to FIGS. 1-9, an electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock includes a housing 100, a toggle switch 400 is provided in the housing 100, the toggle switch 400 is provided with a poke rod 410. The poke rod 410 is toggled to change the electrical road to turn on and off the electrical cigarette. It should be noted that the toggle switch 400 belongs to the prior art that can be directly obtained by those skilled in the art, and the specific structure and principle thereof will not be elaborated herein. The outer wall of the housing 100 is provided with a first connecting slot 210 in communication with the interior of the housing 100, the first connecting slot 210 is provided with a toggle assembly 300; the toggle assembly 300 includes a pressing member 320 and a supporting base 330; the supporting base 330 is slidably connected with the first connecting slot 320. Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the direction on the supporting base 330 close to the interior of the housing 100 is taken as the lower part of the supporting base 330, and the pressing number 320 is provided on the supporting base 330 and can move up and down relative to the supporting base 330; the bottom of the pressing member 320 is provided with a pushing portion 321 used for connecting with the poke rod 410. At least a spring 310 is provided between the pressing member 320 and the supporting base 330 and is used for driving the pushing portion 321 to be decoupled from the poke rod 410.


When the electrical cigarette is used, an external force presses the pressing member 320 so that the pushing portion 321 descends to connect to the poke rod 410, and when the pressing member 320 moves, the poke rod 410 is driven to turn on and off the toggle switch 400, thereby turn on and off the electrical cigarette. The electronic cigarette with a child-proof lock improves the safety performance, has a simple structural arrangement, is easy to operate when used by a user, facilitates assembly and production, and improves the production efficiency.


Further, referring to FIGS. 2 and 9, the electrical cigarette includes a power supply 700 and an atomizing assembly 900, and an electric control board 101 are provided in the housing 100. The housing 100 protects the power supply 700 and an atomizing assembly 900, the power supply 700 is used for supply power, the toggle switch 400 is used for switching on or switching off the power source 700. The power supply 700, the atomizing assembly 900, and the toggle switch 400 are all electrically connected to the electric control board; the first connecting slot 200 is arranged on a side wall of the housing 100. The position of the first connecting slot 200 corresponds to the poke rod 410, making the connection between the pushing portion 321 and the poke rod 410 convenient.


Further, according to an embodiment, one first groove is provided at the bottom of the pressing portion 321, when the pressing member 320 is pressed by an external power press, the first groove is sheathed out of the poke rod 410 so that the pressing portion 321 is connected with the poke rod 410, so as to turn on or off the toggle switch 400 conveniently.


According to the second embodiment, one second groove is provided at the top of the poke rod 410, when the pressing member 320 is pressed by an external power press, the bottom of the pressing portion 321 is inserted into the second groove so as to push the pressing member 320 to turn on or off the toggle switch 400 conveniently.


According to the third embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, the number of the pressing portion 321 is at least two, the two pressing portions 321 are respectively provided at the bottom of the pressing portion 320 when the pressing member 320 is pressed by an external power, the two pressing portions 321 respectively abuts against the left side and the right side of the poke rod 410 so as to slide the poke rod 410 to open or close the toggle switch 400.


In the other embodiment, the number of the pushing portion 321 can be more than two, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the pushing portion and the poke rod 410.


Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the inner wall of the first connecting slot 200 is protruded with a connecting boss 210, slidably connected with the supporting base 210.


According to another embodiment in the present invention, the inner wall of the first connecting slot 200 is provided with a slidably slot, slidably connected with the supporting base 330.


Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the pressing member 320 is elastically connected to the top of the supporting base 330 by a spring 310, a through hole 331 is formed through the supporting base 330 from the top surface to the bottom surface, and the pushing portion 321 passes through the through hole 331 so as to be connected to the poke rod 410.


Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, at least one first groove 322 is provided at the bottom of the pressing member 320, and at least one second groove 332 is provided at the top of the supporting base 322, and the second grooves 332 correspond to the first grooves 322 one by one. When the pressing member 320 descends to abut against the top surface of the supporting base 330, an accommodating cavity is formed between the first groove 322 and the second groove 332. The top end of the spring 310 abuts against the top surface of the first groove 322, and the bottom end of the spring 310 abuts against the bottom surface of the second groove 332 so that the spring 310 is contained in the accommodating cavity, the pressing member 320 rises elastically with respect to the supporting base 330 by the elastic force of the spring 310.


In an embodiment, the number of the first groove 332 and the second groove 322 are both one, so as to reduce the structural complexity of the toggle assembly 300 while satisfying the elastic movement of the pressing number 320, thereby reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency.


In an embodiment, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the second groove 332 is provided as two, the two second grooves 332 are respectively provided at both sides of the through hole 331 so that the connection of the pressing number 320 and the supporting base 330 is more stability and the shaking generated when the elastic decline of the pressing number 320 is reduced.


In an embodiment, there are no the first groove 332 and the second groove 332, the top of the spring 310 abuts against the bottom of the pressing member 320, the bottom of the spring 310 is connected with the top surface of the supporting base 330 so that the structure of the toggle assembly is simple and the connection between elements is facilitated.


Referring to FIGS. 2-6, a guiding hole 333 is formed through the top surface of the supporting base 330 to the bottom surface thereof, the guiding rod 323 is provided at the bottom of the pressing member 320, the guiding rod 323 is movably disposed of through the guiding hole 333. The guiding rod 323 is used for guiding the movement direction of the pressing number 320 when the pressing number 320 is elastically raised or lowered together with the pressing number 320, so that the pressing number 320 is more stable when moving. Preferably, there are two of the guiding hole 333 and two of the corresponding guiding rod 323, each of the guiding hole 333 is provided near to the through hole 331 to improve the guiding effect to the pressing member 320.


Referring to FIGS. 2-5, in order to prevent the pressing member 320 from being easily disengaged from the supporting base 330, an anti-disengaging structure is provided between the pressing member 320 and the supporting base 330. Specifically, the supporting base 330 is provided with a limiting hole 334 in communication from the top surface of the supporting base 330 to the bottom surface thereof, the bottom of the pressing number 320 is provided with a first limiting rod 324, the bottom of the first limiting rod 324 is provided with a first limiting protrusion 325, the first limiting rod 324 movably penetrates through the limiting hole 334, and when the pressing number 320 descends, the first limiting rod 324 descends accordingly. When the pressing number 320 rises elastically, the top surface of the first limit protrusion 325 abuts against the bottom surface of the supporting base 330, so as to limit the pressing number 320 to further rise, and prevent the pressing number 320 from disengaging from the supporting base 330 under the driving of the spring 310.


Referring to FIGS. 2-5, several second limiting rods 335 are provided on the bottom of the supporting base 330, a second limiting boss 336 is provided at the bottom end of the second limiting rod 335, the top surface of the second limiting boss 336 abuts against the bottom surface of the connecting boss 210, thereby preventing the supporting base 330 from being decoupled from the connecting boss 210.


Preferably, the first limit protrusion 325 is formed by increasing the size of the bottom end of the first limiting rod 324, and the second limiting protrusion 336 is formed by increasing the size of the bottom end of the second limiting rod 335, so that both the structure of the first limiting rod 324 and the structure of the second limiting rod 335 maintain their integrity.


In another embodiment, the first limit protrusion 325 and the second limiting protrusion 336 may also be fixedly connected to the bottom of the first limiting rod 324 and the bottom of the second limiting rod 335 respectively by means of welding, bonding, and snapping, so as to interconnect the pressing member 320 with the supporting base 330, the supporting base 330 with the connecting boss 210 during production.


Referring to FIG. 3, the top surface of the pressing member 320 is provided with several anti-slip protrusions 326 to increase the friction coefficient of the top surface of the pressing member 320 and reduce the skidding of the user during pressing.


Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 9, the electrical cigarette includes a start button 800. The start button 800 is provided at the outer surface of the housing 100. And the start button 800 is electrically connected to the power supply 700; and the start button 800 and the toggle switch 400 are simultaneously turned on to start the electrical cigarette to generate smoke. By means of the cooperation of the start button 800 and the toggle switch 400, the difficulty in starting the electronic cigarette is increased, thereby improving the security of the electrical cigarette, and preventing the electrical cigarette from being turned on by a child's mistakenly touch so as to smoke.


Other parts of this embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and features that are not explained in this embodiment are explained in the first embodiment, and will not be repeated here.


The present disclosure is described in further detail with reference to specific preferred embodiments, and it cannot be determined that the specific embodiments of the present disclosure are only limited to these descriptions. For a person of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs, on the premise of keeping the conception of the present disclosure, the architecture form thereof can be flexible and varied, and a series of products can be derived. It is only to make a few simple deductions or replacements, and all of which should be considered as belonging to the scope of protection of the present disclosure as determined by the claims as filed.

Claims
  • 1. An electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock comprising: a housing,a toggle switch, provided in said housing, and,a poke rod, provided on said toggle switch and used for turning on or off said toggle switch,wherein an outer wall of said housing is provided with a first connecting slot in communication with an interior thereof, said first connecting slot is provided with a toggle assembly; said toggle assembly comprises a pressing member and a supporting base; said supporting base is slidably connected with said first connecting slot, said pressing member is provided on said supporting base and can move relative to said supporting base; a bottom of said pressing member is provided with a pushing portion used for connecting with said poke rod; at least a spring is provided between said pressing member and said supporting base and is used for driving said pushing portion to decouple from said poke rod; when said electrical cigarette is used, an external force presses said pressing member so that said pushing portion is connected to said poke rod, and when said pressing member moves, said poke rod is driven to turn on or off said toggle switch.
  • 2. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein further comprising a power supply and an atomizing assembly; an electric control board are provided in said housing; said power supply, said atomizing assembly and said toggle switch are all electrically connected to said electric control board.
  • 3. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of said first connecting slot is protruded with a connecting boss, slidably connected with said supporting base.
  • 4. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein an inner wall of said first connecting slot is protruded with a connecting boss, slidably connected with said supporting base.
  • 5. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is provided on said supporting base from a top surface of said supporting base to a bottom surface thereof, and said pushing portion passes through said through hole to connect to said poke rod.
  • 6. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein a through hole is provided on said supporting base from a top surface of said supporting base to a bottom surface thereof, and said pushing portion passes through said through hole to connect to said poke rod.
  • 7. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 5, wherein at least one first groove is provided at said bottom of said pressing member, and at least one second groove is provided at a top of said supporting base, said second grooves correspond to said first grooves one by one; a top end of said spring abuts against a top surface of said first groove, and a bottom end of said spring abuts against a bottom surface of said second groove.
  • 8. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 6, wherein at least one first groove is provided at said bottom of said pressing member, and at least one second groove is provided at a top of said supporting base, and said second grooves correspond to said first grooves one by one; a top end of said spring abuts against a top surface of said first groove and a bottom end of said spring abuts against a bottom surface of said second groove.
  • 9. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein a guiding hole is provided on a top surface of said supporting base to a bottom surface thereof, said guiding rod is provided at said bottom of said pressing member, said guiding rod is movably disposed through said guiding hole.
  • 10. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein a guiding hole is provided on a said top surface of said supporting base to a bottom surface thereof, said guiding rod is provided at said bottom of said pressing member, said guiding rod is movably disposed through said guiding hole.
  • 11. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein a limiting hole is provided at said supporting base, a first limiting rod is provided on said bottom of said pressing member, said first limiting rod is movably disposed through said limiting hole, a first limiting boss is provided at said bottom of said first limiting rod.
  • 12. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein a limiting hole is provided at said supporting base, a first limiting rod is provided on said bottom of said pressing member, said first limiting rod is movably disposed through said limiting hole, a first limiting boss is provided at said bottom of said first limiting rod.
  • 13. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein several second limiting rods are provided on said bottom of said supporting base, a second limiting boss is provided at said bottom end of said second limiting rod, said top surface of said second limiting boss abuts against said bottom surface of said connecting boss.
  • 14. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein several second limiting rods are provided on said bottom of said supporting base, a second limiting boss is provided at said bottom end of said second limiting rod, said top surface of said second limiting boss abuts against said bottom surface of said connecting boss.
  • 15. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein a top surface of said pressing member is provided with several anti-slip protrusions.
  • 16. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein a top surface of said pressing member is provided with several anti-slip protrusions.
  • 17. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 1, wherein further comprising a start button; said start button and said toggle switch are simultaneously turned on to start said electrical cigarette to generate smoke.
  • 18. The electrical cigarette with a child-proof lock according to claim 2, wherein further comprising a start button; and said start button and said toggle switch are simultaneously turned on to start said electrical cigarette to generate smoke.
