Claims
- 1. An electrical circuit for testing a transducer horn assembly, the electrical circuit being connected to the transducer horn assembly and to an electrical power supply having an output voltage, the electrical circuit comprising:(a) a supply leg conductor though which a drive signal is transmitted from the power supply to the transducer horn assembly; (b) a return leg conductor from the transducer horn assembly to the power supply; (c) a transformer means for providing a first test voltage which is proportional to the current in said supply leg conductor; and (d) a voltage divider connected between said supply leg conductor and said return leg conductor for providing a second test voltage which is proportional to the output voltage in said supply leg conductor, whereby the first and second test voltages provide an impedance value for testing the transducer horn assembly.
- 2. An electrical circuit as recited in claim 1 wherein said voltage divider comprises:(a) a first resistor, a second resistor and a third resistor connected in series; and (b) a first capacitor, a second capacitor and a third capacitor, said first and third capacitors being adjustable, said first capacitor connected in parallel with said first resistor, said second capacitor connected in parallel to said third capacitor, each of said second and third capacitors connected in parallel with said second and third resistors, said first and third capacitors allowing a user to adjust said electrical circuit for stray capacitance.
