Claims
- 1. A conductive liquid for use in an antipersonnel weapon, comprising a mixture of water, graphite, NaCl and a conductive material, wherein said conductive material is semi-powdered silver.
- 2. The liquid according to claim 1 wherein said mixture is proportioned by volume with one cup of water, two teaspoons of graphite, 21/2 teaspoons of NaCl and 1/4 teaspoon of semi-powdered silver.
