The present disclosure relates to atomizer technologies, and more particularly, to an electronic atomization device.
An electronic atomization device can generate aerosol by heating atomization liquid with an atomizer. Since an electronic atomization device is convenient to use and taste may be changed by preparing the atomization liquid, the electronic atomization device has been widely used.
In an electronic atomization device with a light effect, a light is generally arranged on a PCB board at the bottom of a lower case, so that the light effect is not colorful enough, and the light is easily damaged by liquid leakage, condensate, or the like.
An electronic atomization device according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure includes: an outer shell; and an inner shell in the outer shell; the inner shell including a liquid storage cup and a battery compartment arranged side by side and independent from each other; a battery and a light strip being provided in the battery compartment, the battery being configured to supply power to the light strip; and at least part of the outer shell and at least part of the battery compartment being made of a light-transmitting material.

In one or more embodiments, the inner shell 2 is provided in the outer shell 1 of the electronic atomization device, and includes a liquid storage cup 21 and a battery compartment 22 arranged side by side and independent of each other, so that atomization liquid in the liquid storage cup 21 is difficult to enter the battery compartment 22. In one or more embodiments, the battery 23 and the light strip 24 are provided in the battery compartment 22. The battery 23 is used for supplying power to the light strip 24. The light strip 24 may be an LED light or the like capable of emitting various colors, thus producing a colorful and magnificent effect. At least part of the outer shell 1 and at least part of the battery compartment 22 are made of a light-transmitting material. The light-transmitting material may be a transparent material or a translucent material, as long as the light emitted by the light strip 24 can pass through it. Therefore, the light emitted from the light strip 24 can pass directly through the battery compartment 22 and the outer shell 1, thereby generating a better visual experience to a user and increasing playability and entertainment of the user.
In one or more embodiments, by separating the liquid storage cup 21 and the battery compartment 22, the battery 23 is being prevented from corrosion due to condensation, liquid leakage, and the like. The light strip 24 is provided to the battery 23, so that the light strip 24 can produce a colorful light effect, and the light strip 24 can also be gradually lit up according to suction duration, thereby increasing the playability and entertainment of the user.
In one or more embodiments, a bracket 25 is provided in the battery compartment 22, and a battery 23 is provided in the bracket 25. An outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25 is provided with a spiral groove 251, and the light strip 24 is provided in the spiral groove 251.
In one or more embodiments, the bracket 25 is provided in the battery compartment 22, the battery 23 is provided in the bracket 25, and the battery 23 is fixed by the bracket 25. In one or more embodiments, the light strip 24 is strip-shaped. The spiral groove 251 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25, and the light strip 24 is disposed in the spiral groove 251. The light strip 24 can be fixed and embedded in the outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25, so that the light strip 24 is wound into a spiral shape, thereby generating a spiral colorful lighting effect, and improving visual experience of the electronic atomization device. There may be one or more light strips 24, and colors of lights on the light strip 24 may be the same or different. In a case that there are multiple light strips 24, the colors generated by the lights on each of the light strips 24 may be same or different, and colors generated by different light strips 24 may be same or different. Specific color combinations may be selected according to requirements. By different color combinations, the visual experience of the electronic atomization device may be improved, thereby increasing the playability and entertainment of the user.
In one or more embodiments, the battery compartment 22 is also provided with a light-scattering layer 26. The light-scattering layer 26 is wrapped outside the bracket 25 and the light strip 24.
In one or more embodiments, the light-scattering layer 26 can improve scattering effect of the light generated by the light strip 24. The light-scattering layer 26 may be light-scattering paper or the like, so long as the light can be scattered. The light-scattering layer 26 can improve the visual experience of the electronic atomization device. The light-scattering layer 26 may have a certain color or multiple regions with different colors, thereby further improving the visual experience of the electronic atomization device, and increasing the playability and entertainment of the user.
In one or more embodiments, a silicone case 27 is provided in the battery compartment 22. The silicone case 27 is disposed outside the light-light-scattering layer 26.
In one or more embodiments, the silicone case 27 is made of a light-transmitting material, and the silicone case 27 can effectively prevent the battery 23 from corrosion due to condensation, liquid leakage, and the like.
In one or more embodiments, the bracket 25 is provided in the battery compartment 22, and the battery 23 is provided in the bracket 25. The light strip 24 is strip-shaped. A strip-shaped groove 252 is formed in an outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25, and the light strip 24 is provided in the strip-shaped groove 252.
In one or more embodiments, the bracket 25 is provided in the battery compartment 22, the battery 23 is provided in the bracket 25, and the battery 23 is fixed by the bracket 25. In one or more embodiments, the light strip 24 is strip-shaped. The strip-shaped groove 252 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25, and the light strip 24 is disposed in the strip-shaped groove 252, so that the light strip 24 can be fixed and embedded in the outer peripheral wall of the bracket 25, thereby generating a strip-shaped colorful lighting effect, and improving the visual experience of the electronic atomization device. There may be one or multiple light strips 24, and colors of lights on the light strip 24 may be same or different. In a case that there are multiple light strips 24, colors generated by the lights on each of the light strips 24 may be same or different, and colors generated by different light strips 24 may be same or different. Specific color combinations may be selected according to requirements. By different color combinations, the visual experience of the electronic atomization device may be improved, thereby increasing the playability and entertainment of the user.
In one or more embodiments, a light-transmitting member 28 is further provided in the battery compartment 22. The light-transmitting member 28 may be a light-transmitting cotton or the like. The light strip 24 has multiple lights 241. The light-transmitting member 28 is provided on a side of the light strip 24 away from the bracket 25. A light-transmitting hole 281 is formed on the light-transmitting member 28 at a position corresponding to each of the lights 241.
In one or more embodiments, the light-transmitting member 28 is provided on a side of the light strip 24 away from the bracket 25, and the light strip 24 is protected by the light-transmitting member 28. The light-transmitting hole 281 is formed on the light-transmitting member 28 at a position corresponding to each of the lights 241, so that the light-transmitting member 28 is prevented from blocking the lights 241.
In one or more embodiments, a light cover 29 is also provided in the battery compartment 22. The light cover 29 is disposed on a side of the light-transmitting member 28 away from the light strip 24, and is made of a light-transmitting material.
In one or more embodiments, the light cover 29 is provided on a side of the light-transmitting member 28 away from the light strip 24, and the light strip 24 is protected by the light cover 29. The light cover 29 is made of a light-transmitting material, facilitating transmission of the light generated by the light 241 of the light strip 24.
In one or more embodiments, the light cover 29 is provided with multiple clamping protrusions 291 on a side away from the light-transmitting member 28, and the battery compartment 22 is provided with a clamping slot 221 at a position corresponding to each of the clamping protrusions 291.
In one or more embodiments, the light cover 29 is mounted on the battery compartment 22 by fitting the clamping protrusions 291 on the light cover 29 with the clamping slots 221 on the battery compartment 22, respectively, thereby preventing the light cover 29 from falling off.
In one or more embodiments, the outer shell 1 is further provided with a control board 3. The battery 23 and the light strip 24 are both connected to the control board 3. The control board 3 is used for controlling the flashing sequence of the lights 241 on the light strip 24.
In one or more embodiments, a flashing sequence of the lights 241 on the light strip 24 may be controlled by the control board 3. During suction, the lights 241 on the light strip 24 glow in a certain order or rule so that states of the lights 241 on the light strip 24 change with suction. The visual experience of the electronic atomization device can be improved, and the playability and entertainment of the user can be increased.
In one or more embodiments, the light strip 24 glows sequentially from one end to another, for example, the lights 241 on the light strip 24 glow sequentially from a side away from the nozzle 11 to a side close to the nozzle 11, or the lights 241 on the light strip 24 glow sequentially from a side close to the nozzle 11 to a side away from the nozzle 11. In one or more embodiments, the light strip 24 glows sequentially from middle to two ends, that is, lights 241 in a middle region of the light strip 24 glow first and a flashing sequence is from the middle region to regions on two ends of the light strip 24 in sequence. The visual experience of the electronic atomization device can be improved, and the playability and entertainment of the user can be increased.
In one or more embodiments, the outer shell 1 is provided with the nozzle 11. The liquid storage cup 21 is provided with a tube-shaped member 211 connected to the nozzle 11. A heating member 212 is provided in the tube-shaped member 211. The heating member 212 is connected to the control board 3. A liquid inlet hole is formed on a sidewall of the tube-shaped member 211. An end of the tube-shaped member 211 away from the nozzle 11 is connected to a side of the liquid storage cup 21 away from the nozzle 11. A gas inlet hole is formed on the outer shell 1, and gas entering the gas inlet hole may enter the tube-shaped member 211.
In summary, it will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that each of the above advantageous features may be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.
