Abstract
An electronic darting system, a processing method for an electronic darts game, and a dartboard device are provided. The electronic darting system includes a dartboard device, a tip unit, and an image providing device. The dartboard device includes a dartboard case, a plurality of induction circuits, and a control circuit. The dartboard case includes a board surface. The plurality of induction circuits are disposed on the board surface, and the plurality of induction circuits are intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas of a plurality of target areas of the board surface. The image providing device provides a plurality of images onto the board surface of the dartboard case.

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure relates to an electronic darting system, processing method for an electronic darts game, and a dartboard device, and more particularly to an electronic darting system, processing method for an electronic darts game, and a dartboard device for improving user experience.


BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

A general electronic darting system has less consideration for user experience. For electronic darting systems with physical dartboards, most of the visual experience providing devices, such as lights, score information, external displays, are additionally disposed outside the dartboard, and the circuit design is relatively complicated. It is not easy to achieve an aesthetic experience for the overall design. For an electronic darting system that does not have a physical dartboard, since it does not include a physical dartboard, the calculation amount of image recognition will be very huge.


Therefore, providing an electronic darting system and a method for processing an electronic darting game that can improve user experience and simplify the design to overcome the above-mentioned defects has become one of the important issues in this business.


SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

In response to the above-referenced technical inadequacies, the present disclosure provides an electronic darting system, a processing method for an electronic darts game, and a dartboard device.


In one aspect, the present disclosure provides an electronic darting system. The electronic darting system includes a dartboard device, a tip unit, and an image providing device. The dartboard device includes a dartboard case, a plurality of induction circuits, and a control circuit. The dartboard case includes a board surface. The plurality of induction circuits are disposed on the board surface, and the plurality of induction circuits are intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas of a plurality of target areas of the board surface. The control circuit is electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits. The image providing device provides a plurality of images onto the board surface of the dartboard case. The image providing device is connected to the control circuit of the dartboard device. The control circuit records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits of the dartboard device. The control circuit provides the plurality of interactive content to the image providing device, and the image providing device provides a plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface based on the plurality of interactive content.


In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a processing method for an electronic darts game. The processing method for an electronic darts game is adapted to an electronic darting system. The electronic darting system includes a dartboard case, a tip unit, and an image providing device. The dartboard device includes a control circuit, a dartboard case, and a plurality of induction circuits. The control circuit is electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits. The plurality of induction circuits are disposed on the board surface. The method for processing an electronic darting game includes:


providing an initial game image onto the board surface; aligning the game image with the board surface; calculating a game processing content based on an interaction content between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits; providing a game score based on the game processing content; and transmitting the game score to the image providing device, the image providing device providing a second game image onto the board surface based on the game score.


In yet another aspect, the present disclosure provides a dartboard device.


The dartboard device is connected to an image providing device. The dartboard device includes a dartboard case, a plurality of induction circuits, and a control circuit. The dartboard case includes a board surface. The plurality of induction circuits are disposed on the board surface and the plurality of induction circuits are intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas covering a plurality of target areas of the board surface. The control circuit is electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits. The control circuit records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits of the dartboard device. The control circuit provides the plurality of interactive content to the image providing device, and the image providing device provides a plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface based on the plurality of interactive content.


Therefore, the electronic darting system provided and the processing method for electronic darts game provided in the present disclosure utilize the induction dartboard, corresponding tip unit, and the image providing device to simplify the circuit of the electronic darting system complexity, and greatly improve game integration, interactivity and user experience.


These and other aspects of the present disclosure will become apparent from the following description of the embodiment taken in conjunction with the following drawings and their captions, although variations and modifications therein may be affected without departing from the spirit and scope of the novel concepts of the disclosure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

First Embodiment

Reference is made to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an electronic darting system according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a functional block diagram of the electronic darting system according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the induction circuit of the present disclosure.


An electronic darting system SYS1 is provided in this embodiment. The electronic darting system SYS1 includes a dartboard device 1, a tip unit 2, and an image providing device 3.


The dartboard device 1 includes a dartboard case 11, a plurality of induction circuits 12, and a control circuit 13.


The dartboard case 11 includes a board surface S1. The plurality of induction circuits 12 are disposed on the board surface S1, and the plurality of induction circuits 12 are intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas covering a plurality of target areas of the board surface S1. The control circuit 13 is electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits 12.


Referring to FIG. 3, the induction circuit 12 includes induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N.


Referring to FIG. 3, the dartboard case 11 includes a plate 100. The plate 100 includes a board surface S1 and a back surface S2, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N are disposed in parallel with the board surface S1, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N are intersecting with each other to form multiple induction areas A1 covering multiple target areas B1 of the board surface S1. Referring to FIG. 3, an induction area A1 that is marked is formed by the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-4, and the induction area A1 can cover multiple target areas B1. The plurality of induction areas A1 can respectively correspond to the plurality of target areas B1. An area of the induction area A1 should be greater than an area of the corresponding target area B1 in practice, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.


Furthermore, the plate 100 can be made of permeable materials, such as wood, plastic, or sisal, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N can be made of electrically conductive hard materials, such as iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, zinc, silver, tungsten, nickel or alloys of the aforementioned metals. The induction circuits can also be made by mold injection of electrically conductive hard plastics.


In other embodiments, the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N can be disposed on the board surface S1 of the dartboard case 11, or inside of the dartboard case 11, or on the back surface S2 of the dartboard case S2.


Reference is made to FIG. 4, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, and FIG. 7. FIG. 4 is another schematic view of the electronic darting system according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 5 is another schematic view of the electronic darting system according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is another schematic view of the electronic darting system according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 7 is another schematic view of the electronic darting system according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.


The image providing device 3 provides a plurality of images to the board surface S1 of the dartboard case 11 through a light providing path. The image providing device 3 is connected to the control circuit 13 of the dartboard device 1.


In this embodiment, the image providing device 3 further includes an image capturing unit 39 for aligning a plurality of darts game image with a plurality of induction circuits 12 on the board surface S1. In this embodiment, the plurality of darts game image include at least one alignment reference point or at least one alignment reference symbol, which is set corresponding to an alignment reference point or an alignment reference symbol on the board surface S1. The middle annular area on the board face S1 can be used as the alignment reference symbol. In this embodiment, the image alignment procedure is processed by the image providing device 3.


The control circuit 13 records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit 2 and the plurality of induction circuits 12 of the dartboard device 1. In this embodiment, the tip unit 2 is thrown to one of the induction areas A1 of the multiple target areas B1 on the board surface S1 to form pressure induction or magnetic induction, so that the induction circuit 12 generates an induction signal. The induction signal generated by the induction circuit 12 is transmitted to the control circuit 13. The control circuit 13 converts the induction signal into the interactive content, such as a score obtained by throwing the tip unit 2. In this embodiment, the induction circuit 12 of the dartboard device 1 is a magnetic induction circuit, and the tip unit 2 is a tip unit with magnetic force. In other embodiments, the dartboard device 1 can be a pressure induction circuit.


Furthermore, the control circuit 13 provides a plurality of interactive contents to the image providing device 3. The image providing device 3 provides a plurality of darts interactive images on the board surface S1 based on the plurality of interactive contents. That is, in addition to the plurality of induction circuits 12 disposed on the board surface S1, the plurality of darts interactive images are also displayed on the board surface S1. Moreover, the multiple darts interactive images can be adjusted and changed based on requirements.


In this embodiment, the plurality of darts interactive images IMG at least includes a score, a guided throwing suggestion, identification information or a human-machine interactive image. The score is the cumulative score obtained by throwing the tip unit 2 to the board surface S1. The guided throwing suggestion is displayed based on a game process or the competition process, and suggests one area to throw the tip unit 2 in the next time. In this embodiment, the guided throwing suggestion may display the throwing suggestion area in a different color and brightness or display the throwing suggestion area in a blinking manner.


In addition, the dartboard device 1 may further include an image capturing device 14 for capturing a real-time image of the thrower as identification information, and correspondingly records the scores of different users. The human-machine interactive image may be an interactive video between the user and the electronic darting system SYS1, such as welcome video information or congratulations video information.


Referring to FIG. 4, the image providing device 3 is arranged on one side of the dartboard device 1. The image providing device 3 and the dartboard device 1 have a predetermined distance DT1 therebetween.


Referring to FIG. 5, the image providing device 3 is arranged on a lower side of the dartboard device 1. The image providing device 3 provides a plurality of darts interactive images IMG on the board surface S1 through a light providing path PT2.


In this embodiment, a light reflection device LF2 is provided in the light providing path PT2 for reflection. That is, the multiple darts interactive images provided by the image providing device 3 will be projected onto the board surface S1 after at least one reflection process. In other embodiments, the light providing path PT2 may undergo multiple reflections. The darts interactive images can be projected onto the board surface S1 after multiple reflections of the light supply path PT2.


Referring to FIG. 6, the image providing device 3 is arranged on an upper side of the dartboard device 1, and provides the plurality of darts interactive images to the board surface S1 through a light providing path PT3.


Similarly, the light reflection device LF3 is disposed in the light providing path PT3 for reflection. That is, the plurality of darts interactive images IMG provided by the image providing device 3 are projected onto the board surface S1 after at least one reflection process. In other embodiments, the light providing path PT3 may undergo multiple reflections. The darts interactive images IMG can be projected onto the board surface S1 after multiple reflections of the light providing path PT3.


Referring to FIG. 7, in this embodiment, the image providing device 3 is arranged in the dartboard device 1, and the darts interactive images are projected on the dartboard surface S1 by rear projection. In this embodiment, the board surface S1 is made of a semi-transparent material.


In addition, in FIG. 4 and FIG. 7, the light reflection device is not provided. That is, in FIG. 4 and FIG. 7, the light reflection device is not disposed between the image providing device 3 and the dartboard surface S1.


Referring to FIG. 2, the dartboard device 1 also includes a first communication circuit 15, and the first communication circuit 15 is electrically connected to the control circuit 13. The image providing device 3 includes an image controller 31, an image storage circuit 32, a second communication circuit 33, and an image providing circuit 34. The image controller 31 is electrically connected to the image storage circuit 32, the second communication circuit 33, and the image providing circuit 34.


The control circuit 13 is in communication with the image providing circuit 34 of the image providing device 3 through the first communication circuit 15 and the second communication circuit 33.


According to the above, the control circuit 13 of the dartboard device 1 can transmit a score, a guided throwing suggestion, identification information or a human-machine interaction image to the image providing device 3 through the first communication circuit 15 and the second communication circuit 33. The image providing device 3 is a projection device or a laser projection device. The score, the guided throwing suggestion, the identification information or the human-machine interaction image can be stored in the image storage circuit 32. Then, the image providing circuit 34 transmits the score, the guided throwing suggestion, the identification information or the human-machine interaction image to the board surface S1.


The image controller 31 and the control circuit 13 can be a central processing unit (CPU), an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a graphics processing unit (GPU) or a microprocessor (MCU).


The image storage circuit 32 is a flash memory, a read-only memory, a programmable read-only memory, an electrically erasable read-only memory, an erasable programmable read-only memory, or an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory.


The first communication circuit 15 and the second communication circuit 33 can respectively include a wired communication unit (not shown in figures) and a wireless communication unit (not shown in figures).


The wired communication unit (not shown in figures) can also be independently disposed, so as to be communicatively connected with the server S1 and receive a control signal of the server S1 or data in a database of the server S1. When the first communication circuit 15 and the second communication circuit 33 are wireless communication units, the first communication circuit 15 and the second communication circuit 33 can be a WI-FI® communication unit, a BLUETOOTH® communication unit, a ZIGBEE® communication unit, a LoRa communication unit, a Sigfox communication unit or an NB-IoT communication unit.


In addition, the dartboard device 1 and the image providing device 3 may further include a power supply circuit (not shown), respectively, to provide the internal circuit of the dartboard device 1 and the image providing device 3 with electronic energy.


The power supply circuit (not shown) can be a battery unit, such as a lithium ion battery, a lithium manganese battery, a lithium polymer battery or a nickel metal hydride battery. The power supply circuit (not shown) can also be a DC-DC voltage converter or an AC-DC voltage converter.


However, the aforementioned description for the composite nanometer material structure 2 of the first embodiment is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.


Second Embodiment

Reference is made to FIG. 8. FIG. 8 is a flowchart of a processing method for electronic darts game according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.


A processing method for electronic darts game, and the processing method is adapted to an electronic darting system SYS1 of the first embodiment, and the structure and functions are omitted.


The processing method for electronic darts game includes:


Step S110: providing an initial game image onto the board surface


Step S120: aligning the game image with the board surface;


Step S130: calculating a game processing content based on an interaction content between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits;


Step S140: Providing a game score based on the game processing content;


Step S150: transmitting the game score to the image providing device, the image providing device providing a second game image onto the board surface based on the game score;


Step S160: providing a third game image based on the game score and the second game image, the third game image including a throwing suggestion location; and


Step S170: when the game is finished, the image providing device providing a game finished image having finished information and an accumulated game score onto the board surface.


In Step S110 and Step S120, an electronic darting system SYS1 is provided in this embodiment. The electronic darting system SYS1 includes a dartboard device 1, a tip unit 2, and an image providing device 3. The dartboard device 1 includes a dartboard case 11, a plurality of induction circuits 12, and a control circuit 13. The dartboard device 1 includes a dartboard case 11, a plurality of induction circuits 12, and a control circuit 13.


The dartboard case 11 includes a board surface S11. The plurality of induction circuits 12 are disposed on the board surface S1, and the plurality of induction circuits 12 are interleaved with each other to perform a plurality of induction areas covering a plurality of target areas of the board surface S1. The control circuit 13 is electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits.


Referring to FIG. 3, the induction circuit 12 includes induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N.


Referring to FIG. 3, the dartboard case 11 includes a plate 100. The plate 100 includes a board surface S1 and a back surface S2, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N are disposed in parallel with the board surface S1, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N are intersecting with each other to form multiple induction areas A1 covering multiple target areas B1 of the board surface S1.


Furthermore, the plate 100 can be made of permeable materials, such as wood, plastic, or sisal, and the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N can be made of electrically conductive hard materials, such as iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, zinc, silver, tungsten, nickel or alloys of the aforementioned metals. The induction circuits can also be made by mold injection of electrically conductive hard plastics.


In other embodiments, the induction circuits 12-1 to 12-N can be disposed on the board surface S1 of the dartboard case 11, or inside of the dartboard case 11, or on the back surface S2 of the dartboard case 11.


The image providing device 3 provides a plurality of images to the board surface S1 of the dartboard case 11 through a light providing path. The image providing device 3 is connected to the control circuit 13 of the dartboard device 1.


In this embodiment, the image providing device 3 further includes an image capturing unit 39 for aligning a plurality of darts game image with a plurality of induction circuits 12 on the board surface S1. In this embodiment, the plurality of darts game images include at least one alignment reference point or at least one alignment reference symbol, which is set corresponding to an alignment reference point or an alignment reference symbol on the board surface S1. The middle annular area on the board face S1 can be used as the alignment reference symbol. In this embodiment, the image alignment procedure is processed by the image providing device 3.


In Step S130, Step 140, Step 150, Step 160, and Step 170, the control circuit 13 records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit 2 and the plurality of induction circuits 12 of the dartboard device 1. In this embodiment, the tip unit 2 is thrown to one of the induction areas A1 of the multiple target areas B1 on the board surface S1 to form pressure induction or magnetic induction, so that the induction circuit 12 generates an induction signal. The induction signal generated by the sensing circuit 12 is transmitted to the control circuit 13. The control circuit 13 converts the induction signal into the interactive content, such as a score obtained by throwing the tip. In this embodiment, the induction circuit 12 of the dartboard device 1 is a magnetic induction circuit, and the tip unit 2 is a tip unit with magnetic force. In other embodiments, the dartboard device 1 can be a pressure induction circuit.


Furthermore, the control circuit 13 provides a plurality of interactive contents to the image providing device 3. The image providing device 3 provides a plurality of darts interactive images on the board surface S1 based on the plurality of interactive contents. That is, in addition to the plurality of sensing circuits 12 disposed on the board surface S1, the plurality of darts interactive images are also displayed on the board surface S1. Moreover, the multiple darts interactive images can be adjusted and changed based on requirements.


In this embodiment, the plurality of darts interactive images include at least a score, a guided throwing suggestion, identification information or a human-machine interactive image. The score is the cumulative score obtained by throwing the tip unit 2 to the board surface S1. The guided throwing suggestion is based on a game process or the competition process, and suggests one area to throw the tip unit 2 in the next time. In this embodiment, the guided throwing suggestion may display the throwing suggestion area in a different color and brightness or display the throwing suggestion area in a blinking manner.


In addition, the dartboard device 1 may further include an image capturing device 14 for capturing a real-time image of the thrower as identification information, and correspondingly records the scores of different users. The human-machine interactive image may be an interactive video between the user and the electronic darting system SYS1, such as welcome video information or congratulations video information.


In other words, the image providing device 3 can provide different images onto the board surface S1 based on an interactive content of the tip unit 2 and the dartboard device 1.


Beneficial Effects of the Embodiments

In conclusion, the electronic darting system provided and the processing method for electronic darts game provided in the present disclosure utilize the induction dartboard, corresponding tip unit, and the image providing device to simplify the circuit of the electronic darting system complexity, and greatly improve game integration, interactivity and user experience.

Claims
  • 1. An electronic darting system, comprising: a dartboard device, including: a dartboard case including a board surface;a plurality of induction circuits, being disposed on the board surface, and the plurality of induction circuits being intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas of a plurality of target areas of the board surface; anda control circuit being electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits;a tip unit; andan image providing device providing a plurality of images onto the board surface of the dartboard case, the image providing device being connected to the control circuit of the dartboard device;wherein the control circuit records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits of the dartboard device, and the control circuit provides the plurality of interactive content to the image providing device, and the image providing device provides a plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface based on the plurality of interactive content.
  • 2. The electronic darting system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of darts interactive images at least include a score, a guided throwing suggestion, identification information, or a human-machine interactive image.
  • 3. The electronic darting system according to claim 1, wherein the image providing device is disposed one side of the dartboard device, and the image providing device and the dartboard device have a predetermined distance therebetween.
  • 4. The electronic darting system according to claim 3, wherein the image providing device is disposed at a lower side of the dartboard device, the image providing device provides the plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface through the light providing path.
  • 5. The electronic darting system according to claim 3, wherein the image providing device is disposed at an upper side of the dartboard device, the image providing device provides the plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface through the light providing path.
  • 6. The electronic darting system according to claim 3, wherein the image providing device is disposed at a front side of the dartboard device, the image providing device provides the plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface through the light providing path.
  • 7. The electronic darting system according to claim 4, wherein at least one light reflection device is disposed in the light providing path for reflecting the plurality of darts interactive images.
  • 8. The electronic darting system according to claim 6, wherein the light providing path excludes a light reflection device.
  • 9. The electronic darting system according to claim 1, wherein the dartboard device further includes a first communication circuit electrically connected to the control circuit, the image providing device includes a second communication circuit, and the control circuit being in communication with the image providing device through the first communication circuit and the second communication circuit.
  • 10. The electronic darting system according to claim 1, wherein the image providing device is a projection device or a laser projection device.
  • 11. A processing method for an electronic darts game, adapted to an electronic darting system, the electronic darting system including a dartboard case, a tip unit, and an image providing device, the dartboard device including a control circuit, a dartboard case, and a plurality of induction circuits, the control circuit being electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits, the plurality of induction circuits being disposed on the board surface, the method for processing an electronic darting game comprising: providing an initial game image onto a board surface of the dartboard case;aligning the game image with the board surface;calculating a game processing content based on an interaction content between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits;providing a game score based on the game processing content; andtransmitting the game score to the image providing device, the image providing device providing a second game image onto the board surface based on the game score.
  • 12. The processing method for the electronic darts game according to claim 11, further comprising: providing a third game image based on the game score and the second game image, the third game image including a throwing suggestion location.
  • 13. The processing method for the electronic darts game according to claim 12, further comprising: when the game is finished, the image providing device providing a game finished image having finished information and an accumulated game score onto the board surface.
  • 14. A dartboard device, being connected to an image providing device, the dartboard device comprising: a dartboard case, including a board surface;a plurality of induction circuits being disposed on the board surface, and the plurality of induction circuits being intersecting with each other to form a plurality of induction areas covering a plurality of target areas of the board surface; anda control circuit being electrically connected to the plurality of induction circuits;wherein the control circuit records a plurality of interactive content based on an interaction process between the tip unit and the plurality of induction circuits of the dartboard device, and the control circuit provides the plurality of interactive content to the image providing device, and the image providing device provides a plurality of darts interactive images onto the board surface based on the plurality of interactive content.
