TECHNICAL FIELD
The present utility model is related to the technical field of protection for electronics. More specifically, the present utility model is directed to a type of electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability.
BACKGROUND
With the development of science and technology, the electronics have become increasingly popular. However, the packing boxes dedicated to existing electronics (such as mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.) lack functionality. After purchasing the electronic products, consumers will discard the empty packing box, which easily causes a waste of resources.
Therefore, a new electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability is provided to solve the foregoing technical issues.
SUMMARY
The utility model solves the existing technical issues by providing an handy electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability which can serve as a support when using electronic products, and is conducive to environmental protection.
In order to solve the technical issues above, the electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability comprises a placement frame that is provided with a baseplate at the bottom. The bottom of the baseplate is provided with a support plate that is wrapped on the three sides of the placement frame. Multiple linearly distributed positioning holes are arranged on the support plate. One side of the placement frame is fixedly installed with a positioning block that is matched with the positioning holes, and the outer side of the support plate is sleeved with a shell.
The preferred placement frame is provided with first and second through holes.
The preferred support plate is provided with multiple creases.
The number of preferred creases is three.
One side of the preferred shell is provided with an opening which further comprising a semicircular hole.
Compared with related art, the electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability provided by the utility model has the following advantages:

The shell, the support plate, the baseplate, the placement frame and the crease are matched to realize the functionality of the ordinary electronic product-dedicated packing boxes and effectively protect the electronic products; with the coordination of the positioning block, the positioning hole and the creases, the support plate can be folded, so that the baseplate and the placement frame can be placed firmly and obliquely, so that the electronic products can be placed obliquely, which is convenient for users to operate the electronic products. Moreover, by arranging multiple positioning holes on the support plate, the electronic product can be fixed with multi-angle adjustment. Therefore, the users are allowed to adjust the inclination of the electronic products freely. After the electronic product is placed in the placement frame by matching the first and second through holes, the electronic product can be operated and recharged with ease. With the arrangement of the semicircular hole, it is convenient to take the support plate out of the shell. With the addition of the electronic product-dedicated support function, the utilization of the ordinary packing boxes can be effectively improved, which is conducive to environmental production as well.

The electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability comprises: a placement frame 4 that is provided with a baseplate 3. The bottom of the baseplate 3 is provided with a support plate 2 that is wrapped on the three sides of the placement frame 4. As shown in FIG. 4, by arranging three creases 9 on the support plate 2, the positions of the three creases 9 are respectively set at the bottom of the baseplate 3, and the bottom and the top of one side of the placement frame 4. The three sides of the placement frame 4 can be wrapped by the support plate 2, so that the electronic products (such as mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.) placed in the placement frame 4 can be effectively protected. Furthermore, the support plate 2 can be folded through the crease 9, so that the baseplate 3 and the placement frame 4 can be tilted, and the electronic products placed in the placement frame 4 can be subsequently tilted as well. With the positioning hole 8 and the positioning block 7, the tilted baseplate 3, the tilted placement frame 4, and the tilted electronic products can be fixed in a proper order, which makes the packing box serve as a support for electronic products. Multiple linearly distributed positioning holes 8 are arranged on the support plate 2. One side of the placement frame 4 is fixedly installed with a positioning block 7 that is matched with the positioning holes 8, and the outer side of the support plate 2 is sleeved with a shell 1.
The placement frame 4 is provided with a first through hole 5 and a second through hole 6. The first through hole 5 and the second through hole 6 are respectively arranged on both sides of the placement frame 4. The first through hole 5 and the second through hole 6 can be ordinary through holes arranged on the sides of the placement frame 4. The first through hole 5 and the second through hole 6 can also be through holes formed by disconnecting the ends of both sides of the placement frame 4. In this embodiment, the first through hole 5 and the second through hole 6 are through holes formed by disconnecting the ends of both sides of the placement frame 4. See FIG. 2-FIG. 5 for details.
The first through hole 5 is the keying hole of the electronic product, and the second through hole 6 is the charging hole of the electronic product, which can facilitate the operation of the electronic product placed in the placement frame 4, thus improving the convenience of the electronic product-dedicated packing box provided by the utility model as a support.
The support plate 2 is provided with multiple creases 9.
The number of creases 9 is three.
One side of the shell 1 is set as an opening that is provided with a semicircular hole 10. With the semicircular hole 10, the support plate 2 can be easily taken out of the shell 1.
The operating principle of the electronic product-dedicated packing box with support capability provided by the utility model is as follows:
To make the electronic product-dedicated box provided by the utility model serve as the outer packing box dedicated to electronic products, kindly take out the support plate 2 from the shell 1, remove the support plate 2 from the top of the placement frame 4, place the electronic product in the placement frame 4, cover the support plate 2, and finally set the shell 1 on the support plate 2.
When consumers use the electronic product-dedicated packing boxes with support function provided by the utility model as supports after purchasing electronic products, kindly take out the support plate 2 from the shell 1, move the support plate 2 from the top of the placement frame 4 to the bottom, adjust the tilt angle of the baseplate 3 and the placement frame 4, and insert the positioning block 7 into the corresponding positioning hole 8. By following the steps above, the tilted baseplate 3 and placement frame 4 can be fixed properly. Subsequently, the electronic product is placed in the placement frame 4, and the electronic product can be supported in a tilted position.

With the arrangement of the semicircular hole 10, it is convenient to take the support plate 2 out of the shell 1.
