The utility model relates to the field of vaporization, and in particular, to an electronic vaporization device and a vaporizer.
A vaporizer in a general electronic vaporization device usually has problems of high manufacturing cost, complicated structure, and cumbersome manufacturing process.
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a vaporizer, comprising: a liquid storage cavity; a vent tube at least partially mounted in the liquid storage cavity, the vent tube being partially exposed outside the liquid storage cavity, and configured to be electrically connected to an external power supply assembly; and a heating assembly arranged in the vent tube, the heating assembly comprising a first conductive connecting portion electrically connected to the vent tube.

In an embodiment, the present invention provides an improved electronic vaporization device and a vaporizer.
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a vaporizer, which includes a liquid storage cavity, a vent tube at least partially mounted in the liquid storage cavity, and a heating assembly arranged in the vent tube. The vent tube is partially exposed outside the liquid storage cavity, and is configured to be electrically connected to an external power supply assembly; and the heating assembly includes a first conductive connecting portion, and the first conductive connecting portion is electrically connected to the vent tube.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer includes an opening. The opening is in communication with the liquid storage cavity, the vent tube includes a conductive contact portion, and the conductive contact portion is arranged at the opening.
In some embodiments, the vent tube includes a main body mounted in the liquid storage cavity, the main body includes a first end, and the first end is arranged close to the opening; and the conductive contact portion is connected to the first end and presents an angle relative to the main body, and extends toward the end surface of the opening.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer further includes a conductive structure, where the conductive structure is partially mounted to the vent tube and is insulated from the vent tube, and is configured to be electrically connected to the power supply assembly; and
the heating assembly further includes a second conductive connecting portion, and the second conductive connecting portion is electrically connected to the conductive structure.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer further includes a connecting structure sleeved over the outer periphery of the conductive structure, where the connecting structure partially extends through the vent tube and is connected to the power supply assembly; and
the second conductive connecting portion is arranged between the connecting structure and the conductive structure.
In some embodiments, the connecting structure is a non-metallic member.
In some embodiments, a thread structure is arranged on the connecting structure.
In some embodiments, the heating assembly includes a porous element, and the first conductive connecting portion extends through the porous element and is electrically connected to the vent tube.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer further includes a liquid absorbing structure; and the liquid absorbing structure is sleeved over the outer periphery of the porous element.
In some embodiments, the heating assembly includes a heating element; the heating element includes a heating portion; and the first conductive connecting portion is formed at one end of the heating portion.
In some embodiments, a liquid inlet hole in communication with the liquid storage cavity is arranged on the vent tube.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer includes a vaporization housing, where the liquid storage cavity is formed in the vaporization housing, an opening in communication with the liquid storage cavity is arranged on the vaporization housing, and the vent tube is partially exposed at the opening.
The present invention further constructs an electronic vaporization device, including the vaporizer described in the utility model and a power supply assembly that is connected to the vaporizer.
In some embodiments, the power supply assembly includes a power supply and a conductive member connected to the power supply, and the conductive member is electrically connected to the vent tube of the vaporizer.
The implementation of the electronic vaporization device and the vaporizer of the utility model has the following beneficial effects. In the vaporizer, the heating assembly may be electrically connected to the power supply assembly through the vent tube by partially exposing the vent tube outside the liquid storage cavity and electrically connecting the first conductive connecting portion to the vent tube, thereby saving the manufacturing cost and simplifying the manufacturing process.

In some embodiments, the vent tube 20 includes a main body 21 and a conductive contact portion 22. The main body 21 is a hollow structure with two open ends, and an airflow channel 210 may be formed inside. The main body 21 includes a first end 21a and a second end 21b, and the airflow channel 210 is formed between the first end 21a and the second end 21b. When the vent tube 20 is mounted to the liquid storage cavity 11, the first end 21a of the main body 21 may be arranged close to the opening 13. The conductive contact portion 22 is arranged at the first end 21a of the main body 21 and may be located at the opening 13, and may be connected to the main body 21. The conductive contact portion 22 may present an angle relative to the main body 21 and extend toward the end surface of the opening 13. In some embodiments, the main body 21 may be integrally formed with the conductive contact portion 22.
In some embodiments, the main body 21 includes a first tube section 211, a second tube section 212, and a connecting tube section 213. The first tube section 211 and the second tube section 212 are both cylindrical. A radial size of the first tube section 211 is greater than a radial size of the second tube section 212. Two ends of the connecting tube section 213 are respectively connected to the first tube section 211 and the second tube section 212. The first tube section 211, the second tube section 212, and the connecting tube section 213 are integrally formed. In some embodiments, an inner side of the first tube section 211 is provided with a heating assembly 30, thereby forming a vaporization cavity 2110. The vaporization cavity 2110 may be in communication with the second tube section 212 and the outside. In some embodiments, a liquid inlet hole 2111 is arranged on the vent tube 20. The liquid inlet hole 2111 is in communication with the liquid storage cavity 11, and is configured for a vaporizable liquid medium in the liquid storage cavity to enter the heating assembly 30. In some embodiments, a plurality of liquid inlet holes 2111 may be arranged, and the plurality of liquid inlet holes 2111 may be arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the vent tube 20.
In some embodiments, the conductive contact portion 22 is arranged at one end of the first tube section 211 away from the second tube section 212, and can be formed by folding outwardly through a section of a side wall of the first tube section 211, which can be attached to the end surface of the opening 13. When the vaporizer 1 is assembled with the power supply assembly 2, the conductive contact portion 22 can be electrically connected to the power supply assembly 2. In some embodiments, the conductive contact portion 22 may be in a form of a ring. Certainly, it may be understood that in some other embodiments, the conductive contact portion 22 may not be limited to the annular. In some other embodiments, the conductive contact portion 22 may not be limited to being formed by folding outwardly through a section of a side wall of the first tube section 211. The conductive contact portion 22 may be the end surface of the first tube section 211 arranged away from the second tube section 212 or formed by coating the end surface with the conductive material.

In some embodiments, the vaporizer further includes a liquid absorbing structure 40. The liquid absorbing structure 40 may be in a form of a ring, the liquid absorbing structure 40 is a structure with both ends extending through. The liquid absorbing structure 40 may be sleeved over the outer periphery of the porous element 31, and the first conductive connecting portion 322 may be arranged through the liquid absorbing structure 40. In some embodiments, the liquid absorbing structure 40 may be a liquid-absorbing cotton, which can be configured to absorb the vaporizable liquid medium in the liquid storage cavity 11. It may be understood that, in some other embodiments, the liquid absorbing structure 40 may be omitted.

In some embodiments, the vaporizer further includes a connecting structure 60. The connecting structure 60 is a non-metallic member, that is, the connecting structure 60 may be an insulating member, specifically, the connecting structure 60 may be a plastic member. The connecting structure 60 may be sleeved over the outer periphery of the conductive structure 50, and may be configured to insulate the conductive structure 50 from the vent tube 20. In some embodiments, the connecting structure 60 may partially extend through the first end 21a of the vent tube 20 and is connected to a power supply assembly 2, thereby facilitating the mechanical assembly of the vaporizer 1 and the power supply assembly 2. In some embodiments, the connecting structure 60 may be columnar and may include a sleeve body 61 with two open ends. The sleeve body 61 may partially extend through the first end 21a of the vent tube 20. In some embodiments, a thread structure 62 is arranged on the connecting structure 60. Specifically, the thread structure 62 is arranged on a section of the sleeve body 61 extending through the vent tube 20 and arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve body 61. The thread structure 62 may be configured to screw the vaporizer 1 to the power supply assembly 2. In some embodiments, a second air inlet hole 63 is arranged on the connecting structure 60. The second air inlet hole 63 is arranged corresponding to the first air inlet hole 52 and configured for external gas to enter the air inlet channel 51. The external gas may enter the air inlet channel 51 by passing through the second air inlet hole 63 and the first air inlet hole 52 in sequence.
Since the vent tube 20 is partially exposed to the opening 12 and is electrically connected to the power supply assembly 2, the structure of the connecting structure 60 can be simplified. There is no need to use the metal material to form the connecting structure 60, that is, the connecting structure 60 can be changed to a plastic part from an original lead-free copper, which not only ensures the strength, but also reduces the cost. Moreover, the conductive structure 50 can be directly riveted on the connecting structure 60, eliminating a previous insulating structure and simplifying an assembly process.
In some embodiments, the vaporizer 1 further includes a mouthpiece 70. The mouthpiece 70 is arranged at one end of the vaporization housing 10 away from the opening 11. In some embodiments, the mouthpiece 70 may be inserted into the socket 13, and may be connected to the vent tube 20. Specifically, the vent tube 20 may be partially inserted into the mouthpiece 70. The mouthpiece 70 may be configured to form the aerosol for the user to inhale.
