FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, from an alternate angle;



FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, oriented parallel with a proximal lumen axis;



FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof, oriented parallel with a distal end surface of distal tip;



FIG. 5 is a back elevation view thereof, oriented parallel with a distal end surface of distal tip;



FIG. 6 is a top elevation view thereof, perpendicular to the distal end surface;



FIG. 7 is a top elevation view thereof, perpendicular to the proximal lumen axis; and,



FIG. 8 is a right side elevation view thereof, perpendicular to the proximal lumen axis;
