The present invention relates to the technical field of ultrasonic cleaning, in particularly to an electrothermal ultrasonic cleaning ice cream scoop.
An ice cream scoop belongs to daily living equipment, mostly an aluminum alloy or stainless steel product, often having a semi-oval or semi-circular end, which is used to scoop ice cream and frequently used in daily life.
Existing ice cream scoops are generally unheated, resulting in very laborious scooping, especially for the elderly and children. Of course, ice cream scoops individually heated are available in the market, most of which are driven by a 220 V household power line, reducing the safety and convenience for the elderly and children in use. Moreover, the inside of the scoop is concave, it is more complicated to clean the scoop after use, which reduces the use effect of the equipment.
In view of the defects of the prior art, the present invention provides an electrothermal ultrasonic cleaning ice cream scoop, which solves the problems of low heating safety and poor cleaning convenience.

Preferably, a sealing strip is fixedly installed between the upper shell and the lower shell, and one end of the sealing strip is annular and is fixedly sleeved on the end of the aluminum alloy scoop through matching of the upper shell and the lower shell.
Preferably, the heating assembly comprises a heating element, the heating element is fixedly installed in the aluminum alloy scoop, and the heating element is electrically connected with the control assembly and the lithium battery through wires.
Preferably, the control assembly comprises a main circuit board, the main circuit board is fixedly installed in the upper shell, and the main circuit board is electrically connected with the heating element, the lithium battery and the sonic motor through wires.
Preferably, the outer side of the main circuit board is fixedly provided with a button switch for starting/stopping, one end of the button switch penetrates to the inside of the upper shell, and the middle part of the side surface of the main circuit board is fixedly provided with an LED lamp.
Preferably, the control assembly also comprises an assistant circuit board, the assistant circuit board is fixedly installed in the lower shell, the assistant circuit board is electrically connected with the lithium battery through wires, and the side surface of the assistant circuit board is provided with a charging terminal.
Preferably, the end of the charging terminal penetrates to the lower shell, and the penetrating end is sleeved with a waterproof silicone part.
The present invention provides an electrothermal ultrasonic cleaning ice cream scoop. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The electrothermal ultrasonic cleaning ice cream scoop can be started by long pressing the button switch for two seconds. After starting, the heating element is driven by the lithium battery for heating operation until the temperature reaches 45° C., the LED lamp turns blue at the same time, and the ice cream scoop can be used directly. After use, the aluminum alloy scoop is put into clean water when needing to be cleaned, the button switch is double clicked to make the lithium battery drive the sonic motor to run, so as to drive the aluminum alloy scoop to swing back and forth through the ultrasonic sensing rod until stains on the surface of the aluminum alloy scoop are removed, and then the button switch is pressed once to stop working, which can improve the convenience of the equipment in use and cleaning and is also convenient for the elderly and children to use, thus increasing the scope of application of the equipment.
(2) For the electrothermal ultrasonic cleaning ice cream scoop, the sealing strip arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell and the waterproof silicone part sleeved on the end of the charging terminal can effectively improve the sealing performance of the equipment, and can avoid the influence on the internal circuit elements when the equipment is used or cleaned, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
