Claims
- 1. Food item comprising, in combination: a support formed of a generally rigid material and having a length, a width, and an upper surface; at least a first continuous string of food having an elongated length, a height, and first and second, opposite ends, with the continuous string of food being removably adhered to the upper surface of the support; at least a first continuous thin strip of food surrounding the string of food having a height which is considerably less than the height of the continuous string of food, with the continuous strip of food being removably adhered to the upper surface of the support separate and spaced from the continuous string of food.
- 2. The food item of claim 1 wherein the upper surface of the support includes an interior portion located between the at least first continuous string, with the continuous strip of food located in the interior portion of the upper surface of the support.
- 3. The food item of claim 2 further comprising, in combination: a second continuous strip of food, with the upper surface of the support including an exterior portion located outwardly of the at least first continuous string of food, with the second continuous strip of food located in the exterior portion of the upper surface of the support and defining an outer periphery for the food item.
- 4. The food item of claim 3 wherein the second continuous strip of food is annular.
- 5. The food item of claim 1 wherein the upper surface of the support includes an exterior portion located outwardly of the at least first continuous string of food, with the continuous strip of food located in the exterior portion of the upper surface of the support and defining an outer periphery for the food item.
- 6. The food item of claim 1 wherein the continuous strip of food and the continuous string of food are formed of homogeneous material.
