Claims
- 1. An emulsifier molecule for use in asphaltic emulsions, comprising: a reaction product of about one mole of a mix of tall oil rosin and tall oil fatty acid, and about 75 moles of ethylene oxide, and one mole of phosphoric acid, wherein the tall oil rosin/tall oil fatty acid are on one terminal end of the molecule, the ethylene oxide is then covalently bonded to the tall oil rosin/tall oil fatty acid, and the phosphoric acid bonds to the ethylene oxide on the other terminal end of the emulsifier molecule.
