When the control unit 10 determines that the biological body temperature detected by the temperature sensing unit 60 is greater than 30 degrees, step S204 is performed to stop heating the biological body so that the control unit 10 turns off the heating unit 30. At this time, the biological body temperature is maintained by the radiant heat emitted from the high specific-heat cladding layer 802 to achieve energy conservation. In this embodiment, the biological body temperature may be a temperature of the user's hand, foot, face, body, or neck. In step S206, when the control unit 10 determines that the biological body temperature is not greater than 30 degrees, step S208 is performed.
