Claims
- 1. A sheet of material comprising:a first removable shape defined on a first surface of the sheet of material; an adhesive coating at least partially covering a second surface of the sheet of material; a protective panel to which the adhesive coating adheres significantly less than to the sheet of material; a second removable shape defined on a surface of the protective panel and at least partially aligned with the first removable shape; at least one tearable registration line extending from an edge of the sheet of material to an edge of the first removable shape; and at least one tearable registration line extending from the edge of the sheet of material, along the protective panel, to an edge of the second removable shape.
- 2. The sheet of material of claim 1 wherein the at least one tearable registration line is substantially perpendicular to the edge of the sheet of material.
- 3. The sheet of material of claim 1 wherein the edge of the first removable shape is substantially parallel to the edge of the sheet of material at an intersection of the edge of the first removable shape and the at least one tearable registration line.
- 4. The sheet of material of claim 1 wherein the first removable shape define a primary panel, a secondary panel, and at least two flaps, and each of the flaps is adjacent the primary panel on one of a plurality of primary panel edges of the primary panel.
- 5. The sheet of material of claim 4 wherein the edge of the first removable shape is an edge of the secondary panel.
- 6. The sheet of material of claim 4 wherein the edge of the first removable shape is one of the primary panel edges of the primary panel.
- 7. The sheet of material of claim 1 wherein the sheet of material comprises a printable surface.
- 8. A sheet of material comprising:a first removable shape defined on a first surface of the sheet of material, the first removable shape defining a primary panel, a secondary panel, and at least two flaps, with each of the flaps adjacent the primary panel on one of a plurality of primary panel edges of the primary panel; an adhesive coating at least partially covering a second surface of the sheet of material; a protective panel to which the adhesive coating adheres significantly less than to the sheet of material; and at least one tearable registration line extending from an edge of the sheet of material to an edge of the first removable shape, wherein the edge of the first removable shape is an edge of one of the flaps.
- 9. An envelope assembly comprising:a sheet of material; a first removable shape on a first surface of the sheet of material defining a primary panel, a secondary panel, and at least two flaps adjacent the primary panel near one of a plurality of edges of the primary panel; an adhesive coating at least partially covering a second surface of the sheet of material; a protective panel to which the adhesive coating adheres significantly less than to the sheet of material; a second removable shape defined on a surface of the protective panel and at least partially aligned with the first removable shape; at least one tearable registration line extending from a first edge of the sheet of material to an edge of the first removable shape; and at least one tearable registration line extending from the first edge of the sheet of material, along the protective panel, to an edge of the second removable shape.
- 10. The envelope assembly of claim 9 wherein the at least one tearable registration line is substantially perpendicular to the first edge of the sheet of material.
- 11. The envelope assembly of claim 9 wherein the edge of the first removable shape is substantially parallel to the first edge of the sheet of material at an intersection of the edge of the first removable shape and the at least one tearable registration line.
- 12. An envelope assembly comprising:a sheet of material; a first removable shape on a first surface of the sheet of material defining a primary panel, a secondary panel, and at least two flaps adjacent the primary panel near one of a plurality of edges of the primary panel; an adhesive coating at least partially covering a second surface of the sheet of material; a protective panel to which the adhesive coating adheres significantly less than to the sheet of material; at least one tearable registration line extending from a first edge of the sheet of material to an edge of the first removable shape; and at least four tearable registration lines, wherein a first pair of the tearable registration lines extends from the first edge of the sheet of material to a plurality of first separate edges of the first removable shape, and a second pair of the tearable registration lines extends from a second edge of the sheet of material to a plurality of second separate edges of the first removable shape.
- 13. An envelope assembly comprising:a continuous sheet of material; a repeating pattern of individual assembly shapes defined on a first surface of the continuous sheet of material along a length of the continuous sheet of material, the individual assembly shapes each comprising a primary panel, a secondary panel adjacent an edge of the primary panel, and at least two flaps adjacent the primary panel on separate edges of the primary panel; an adhesive coating at least partially covering a second surface of the continuous sheet of material; a protective panel to which the adhesive coating adheres significantly less than the continuous sheet of material adheres to the adhesive coating; and at least one tearable registration line between each individual assembly shape.
- 14. The envelope assembly of claim 13 wherein the at least one tearable registration line is substantially parallel to longitudinal edges of the continuous sheet of material.
- 15. The envelope assembly of claim 13 wherein the at least one tearable registration line extends from a first edge of a flap of a first individual assembly shape to a second edge of a secondary panel of a second individual assembly shape.
- 16. The envelope assembly of claim 13, wherein the at least one tearable registration line extends from a first edge of a flap of a first individual assembly shape to a second edge of a primary panel of a second individual assembly shape.
- 17. The envelope assembly of claim 13 wherein the continuous sheet of material comprises a printable surface.
