The present disclosure relates to an environment-friendly cartridge, and in particular, to an environment-friendly cartridge having a specific porosity.
A structural design of a cartridge known to the inventor can be improved. Some problems exist with such a cartridge: bad experience of inhalation of smoke generated after the cartridge is heated, the filter being hard to degrade or impossible to degrade, and environmental pollution.
In view of the disadvantages of the related art, a technical problem to be addressed in the present disclosure is to provide an environment-friendly cartridge. The environment-friendly cartridge can effectively alleviate problems such as bad experience of inhalation of smoke generated after the cartridge is heated, the filter being hard to degrade or impossible to degrade, and being environmentally unfriendly.
To address the foregoing technical problems, one of the technical solutions adopted in the present disclosure is to provide an environment-friendly cartridge. The environment-friendly cartridge includes a body portion. The body portion is has two end surfaces and an annular side surface connected to the two end surfaces. The body portion is composed of a smoke generating material. A plurality of gas communication structures are formed on the body portion. A plurality of openings in communication with the plurality of gas communication structures are formed on the two end surfaces. A pressure drop between 30 millimeters of water and 300 millimeters of water exists between the two end surfaces of the environment-friendly cartridge. The environment-friendly cartridge includes no filter and no cigarette paper, can be harmlessly degraded, and is environmentally friendly.
Preferably, the plurality of gas communication structures are in a linear shape or an irregular shape.
Preferably, the body portion has an appearance in a shape of an ingot, and a diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion is not less than a height of the body portion.
Preferably, the diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion is between 4.5 millimeters and 15 millimeters, and a height of the cartridge is between 2 millimeters and 20 millimeters.
Preferably, a ratio of the diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion to the height of the body portion is between 1 and 7.5.
Preferably, the body portion has an appearance in a shape of a strip, and a diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion is not greater than a height of the body portion.
Preferably, the diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion is between 4.5 millimeters and 15 millimeters, and the height of the body portion is between 2 millimeters and 120 millimeters.
Preferably, a ratio of the diameter of either of the end surfaces of the body portion to the height of the body portion is between 0.0375 and 1.
Preferably, the annular side surface of the body portion has an appearance in a shape of a gear.
Preferably, the environment-friendly cartridge is applicable to a heat-not-burn cigarette device, and the environment-friendly cartridge includes no filter and no cigarette paper, is harmlessly degraded, and is environmentally friendly.
One of the beneficial effects of the present disclosure is as follows. The environment-friendly cartridge provided in the present disclosure can effectively alleviate problems such as bad experience of inhalation of smoke generated after the cartridge is heated, the filter being hard to degrade or impossible to degrade, and being environmentally unfriendly through the technical solutions of “a plurality of gas communication structures are formed on the body portion, and a plurality of openings in communication with the plurality of gas communication structures are formed on the two end surfaces”, “a pressure drop between 30 millimeters of water and 300 millimeters of water exists between the two end surfaces of the environment-friendly cartridge”, and “the environment-friendly cartridge includes no filter and no cigarette paper”.

The environment-friendly cartridge 100 includes a body portion 1. The environment-friendly cartridge 100 may include only the body portion 1 or may further include another structure other than the body portion 1. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the body portion 1 is provided with two end surfaces 11 and an annular side surface 12 connected to the two end surfaces 11. An overall appearance of the body portion 1 may be in a shape of, for example, a triangular column, a rectangular column, a cylindrical column, or a polygonal column. Specifically, the body portion 1 may be manufactured by, for example, forming the smoke generating material into a slurry or grinding the smoke generating material into powder and then performing injection or moulding. The foam structure may be removed, for example, by volatilization through heating. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. In this way, in this embodiment, each of the gas communication structure 13 is in a shape of an irregular strip. In addition, a porous material (such as diatomaceous earth) may be added to the foregoing slurry or the powdery smoke generating material, to form irregular air flow channels through the holes in the porous material.
After the injection or moulding, the environment-friendly cartridge may be baked, so that the environment-friendly cartridge 100 can have a moisture content ranging from 3.5% to 13.5%.
The smoke generating material may be prepared by, for example, crushing natural tobacco leaves, tobacco fibers, non-tobacco natural plants (such as tea, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, flowers, and trees), or various plant fibers and then adding or not adding a smoke generating agent, a flavor, and the like with a certain ratio. However, specific components of the smoke generating material are not limited in the present disclosure.
A pressure drop between 30 millimeters of water and 300 millimeters of water exists between the two end surfaces 11 of the environment-friendly cartridge 100, so that the body portion 1 can have a specific porosity. Specifically, the pressure drop is measured when a height H of the body portion 1 is set to 108 millimeters to 120 millimeters. Preferably, the pressure drop is between 80 millimeters of water and 250 millimeters of water. More preferably, the pressure drop is between 100 millimeters of water and 200 millimeters of water. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The body portion 1 has a porosity of between 10% and 60%. The porosity is defined as a proportion of a volume of the plurality of gas communication structures 13 to a volume of the body portion 1. Preferably, the porosity of the body portion 1 is between 20% and 50%. More preferably, the porosity of the body portion 1 is between 25% and 45%.
In this embodiment, the body portion 1 has an appearance in a shape of an ingot, and a diameter D of either of the end surfaces 11 of the body portion 1 is not less than the height H of the body portion 1.
Specifically, the diameter D of either of the end surfaces 11 of the body portion 1 may be between 4.5 millimeters and 15 millimeters, the height H of the body portion 1 may be between 2 millimeters and 20 millimeters, and a ratio of the diameter of either of the end surfaces 11 of the body portion 1 to the height H of the body portion 1 is between 1 and 7.5. A maximum distance G between any two adjacent repeating bumps 14 may be between 0.1 millimeters and 3 millimeters. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Preferably, the maximum distance G may be between 0.5 millimeters and 2 millimeters.
