Abstract
Description




FIG. 1 is a left side elevational view of the new design for equestrian tights. The right side of the tights is not shown, but is the mirror image of the left side. The two solid lines in the interior of the tights correspond to two side seams that extend along the left side of the tights. The solid lines at the far left and far right of the tights show an edge of the tights and illustrate the natural profile of the new design. In FIG. 1, the equestrian tights are shown in a three-dimensional, but unworn and natural, state.




FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the new design of FIG. 1.




FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the new dsign of FIG. 1.




FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the new design of FIG. 1




FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the new design of FIG. 1.




FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the new design of FIG. 1.




FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view of the new design of FIG. 1. In FIG. 7, the equestrian tights are shown in a flattened state (i.e., as they appear when laid on their side upon a planar surface).




FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view illustrating a second embodiment of the new design of FIG. 7. In this embodiment, an outward-facing edge stitch is located adjacent to each of the side seams; and,




FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view illustrating a third embodiment of the new design of FIG. 7. In this embodiment, two outward-facing edge stitches and a secondary seam are located adjacent to each of the side seams.




In all of the figures, the dashed lines at the top of the waistband and the bottom of the ankle portions of the equestrian pants represent unclaimed boundaries of the design. Moreover, the dashed lines showing a seam through the crotch of the pants (i.e., the crotch seam) and the dashed lines showing a protective pad extending along the backside and inner legs of the tights are not part of the design sought to be patented and are shown for illustrative purposes only.
