Claims
- 1. An apparatus for dyeing textiles pieces comprising:
- brush means for emulating a washed-out effect on said textile pieces, said brush means adapted to deposit a limited quantity of dye liquor on said textile pieces, said brush means including a plurality of bristle brushes, said bristle brushes adapted to impart wear on said textile pieces to soften said textile pieces, and
- dye liquor supply means for feeding said dye liquor to said brush means,
- wherein said brush means further include a plurality of sponge brushes, said sponge brushes adapted to crumple said textile pieces.
- 2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least one of said plurality of sponge brushes has pattern means for creating a cyclically reoccurring pattern of dye liquor on said textile pieces.
- 3. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said at least one sponge brush further has a net encircling said at least one sponge brush, said net adapted to retain said pattern means on said at least one sponge brush.
- 4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said dye liquor has a concentration of 0.01 to 0.05 grams/liter.
- 5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said dye liquor supply means includes a plurality of dye liquor receptacles and separate supply discharge ducts, each of said separate supply discharge ducts is connected to one of said dye liquor receptacles and adapted to convey said dye liquor from said dye liquor receptacles to said brush means.
- 6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein at least one of said dye liquor receptacles is heated.
- 7. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said dye liquor supply means further includes at least one compressed-air line feeding compressed air into at least one of said dye liquor receptacles.
- 8. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein at least one of said separate supply discharge ducts is connected to steam means for enhancing the penetration and absorption of said dye liquor into said textile pieces.
- 9. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein at least one of said separate supply discharge ducts has a shutoff valve.
- 10. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein at least one of said separate supply discharge ducts has nozzle means for spraying said dye liquor onto said brush means.
- 11. An apparatus for dyeing textiles pieces comprising:
- brush means for emulating a washed-out effect on said textile pieces, said brush means adapted to deposit a limited quantity of dye liquor on said textile pieces,
- dye liquor supply means for feeding said dry liquor to said brush means, and
- at least one conveyor belt supporting said textile pieces in contact with said brush means.
- 12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein at least one of said brush means is adapted to be translated with respect to said at least one conveyor belt to vary said contact between said textile pieces and said brush means.
- 13. The apparatus according to claim 11, further comprising:
- collecting means for collecting excess dye liquor, said excess dye liquor passes through a plurality of apertures in said at least one conveyor belt.
- 14. An apparatus for dyeing textiles pieces comprising:
- brush means for emulating a washed-out effect on said textile pieces, said brush means adapted to deposit a limited quantity of dye liquor on said textile pieces,
- dye liquor supply means for feeding said dry liquor to said brush means,
- a plurality of conveyor belts supporting said textile pieces in contact with said brush means; and
- a reversing means for overturning said textile pieces, said reversing means is interposed between two of said plurality of conveyor belts.
- 15. An apparatus for dyeing textiles pieces comprising:
- brush means for emulating a washed-out effect on said textile pieces, said brush means adapted to deposit a limited quantity of dye liquor on said textile pieces,
- dye liquor supply means for feeding said dye liquor to said brush means, and
- drive means for rotatably driving said brush means.
- 16. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein said drive means includes at least one drive chain.
- 17. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein said drive means rotates portions of said brush means in opposite directions.
- 18. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein said drive means rotates portions of said brush means at different speeds.
