The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail as follows, however, the present invention is not limited to the following specific embodiments.
As shown in
a subscription unit 1 for setting subscription conditions for doctors and a distribution unit 2 for sending exam sheets to Worklists 8 of the doctors in accordance with said subscription conditions and a distribution principle.
It can be seen that a doctor may set subscription conditions through the subscription unit 1, in other words, a doctor may subscribe exam sheets adapted to him in accordance with his expertise. The distribution unit 2 sends exam sheets adapted to a certain doctor to the Worklist 8 of the doctor in accordance with the subscription conditions set and the distribution principle. Thus the doctor only needs to open his own Worklist 8 and handle exam sheets in the Worklist 8, while he does not need to retrieve whether there are exam sheets adapted to him, such that the work efficiency of the doctor is improved.
Said subscription unit 1 can be realized by the interface shown in
If classified according to device, the type of exams may include: radiology devices (MR, CT, X-ray, ultrasonic, etc.), other exam/test devices (ECG, blood routine, gastroscope, blood pressure, etc.).
If classified according to diagnosis type, the type of exams may include: department of neurology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular disease and etc.
If classified according to lesion site, the type of exams may include: head, abdomen, cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, liver, enterogastric, renal and etc.
As for the distribution principle, it is configurable.
For example, configuration may be implemented by the interface shown in
Besides, new principles may be added into the interface shown in
The distribution principle may adopt the mode of distributing evenly exam sheets satisfying the subscription conditions to doctors who have subscribed said exam sheets, for example, there are five doctors who have subscribed exam sheets of exams implemented on patients by a CT device from Jun. 12, 2007 to Jun. 14, 2007, and there are ten exam sheets satisfying the subscription conditions, then each doctor may be distributed with two exam sheets. Said distribution principle also may adopt the mode of distributing the exam sheets satisfying the subscription conditions to the doctor who have the minimal uncompleted workload in his Worklist 8 among all the doctors who have subscribed the exam sheets, for example, there are five doctors who have subscribed exam sheets of exams implemented on patients by a CT device from Jun. 12, 2007 to Jun. 14, 2007, and there are ten exam sheets satisfying the subscription conditions, then firstly, each of the five doctors is distributed with one exam sheet, if doctor A has completed handling exam sheets prior to the other doctors, then the sixth exam sheet is distributed to doctor A, and so on. Of course, the distribution principle also may adopt any other mode.
As shown in
And as shown in
Said subscription change unit 3 may change the subscription conditions set by the subscription unit 1, and it also can be realized by the interface shown in
If a certain doctor has too many exam sheets in his Worklist 8, he may stop sending exam sheets to his Worklist 8 by the subscription stop unit 4, the subscription stop unit 4 can be realized by “pause subscription” in the interface as shown in
After the distribution unit 4 is disabled from sending exam sheets to the Worklist 8 of the doctor, the distribution unit 4 can be restarted by the subscription continue unit 5 to be enabled it to continue to send exam sheets to the Worklist 8 of the doctor, the subscription continue unit 5 is realized by “continue” in the interface as shown in
If a doctor cannot handle a certain exam sheet in his Worklist 8, the exam sheet can be sent to the Worklist 8 of other doctors by the forward unit 6, the forward unit 6 is realized by the interface as shown in
And as shown in
As shown in
A doctor sets subscription conditions for exam sheets distributed to him, that is, exam sheets satisfying what kind of conditions can be distributed to the doctor. The subscription conditions may include role of doctors, time range of exams, and type of exams (which can be classified according to device, or classified according to diagnosis type, or classified according to lesion site and etc.). Then, exam sheets satisfying said subscription conditions are sent to the Worklist of the doctor in accordance with certain distribution principle, so each doctor only needs to check his own Worklist and handle the exam sheets in his Worklist.
Said distribution principle is configurable.
Further, the exam sheet handling method of the present invention also comprises subscription change step for changing said subscription conditions. That is, a doctor may change the subscription conditions, as shown in
Further, the exam sheet handling method of the present invention also comprises subscription stop step for disabling said distribution step and subscription continue step for enabling said distribution step, in other words, not receiving new exam sheets and continue to receive new exam sheets, as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, in case such as it is hard for the doctor to give an exam report for a certain exam sheet, or it is inconvenient for him to give an exam report owing to certain reason, and so forth, the exam sheet may be forwarded to the Worklist 8 of other doctors, as shown in
Because the subscription conditions may be changed, it is not guaranteed that all the exam sheets in the Worklist 8 of a certain doctor satisfy the subscription conditions at present, accordingly, the exam sheets in said Worklist 8 are needed to be checked termly or in real time to judge whether they satisfy said subscription conditions and to remove or delete said exam sheets according to instructions of the doctor.
The present invention also discloses an exam sheet handling system, including a first interface for setting subscription conditions, wherein the first interface includes role of doctors, time range of exams, and type of exams. The exam sheet handling system also includes a plurality of second interfaces corresponding to each doctor, wherein the second interfaces include Worklist of the doctors.
