FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an exercise alignment mat showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of the front elevational view.

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of the right side elevational view; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken lines on the top surface in FIGS. 1 and 4 represent portions of the exercise alignment mat which form part of the claimed design.
