Abstract
The present disclosure is the only product of its kind that enables one to utilize their body weight in order to gain upper body and chest strength through a rocking motion in a push-up position, creating a dynamic and efficient workout. This innovative, top quality device is uniquely designed with a durable U-shaped metal bar with adjustable handles to allow users to modify the handles positioning to allow for a more comfortable and personalized stance and posture. Moreover, the present disclosed apparatus is strategically crafted with rubber stoppers and a non-slip rubber base to ensure the device remains securely in place at all times and the user is stable while performing the working out.
Description
BACKGROUND

When it comes to fitness, often the upper body and chest are among the most popular regions that individuals will target during a session. Most upper body workouts, however, require some sort of weight to complete the task which can lead to muscle strains and/or pain if the movements are done with improper form or the weight is too heavy. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem.

An apparatus to simplify the process working out the replaces the need for cumbersome weights and the strains they cause on the body. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem either.

There exists a need for a body weight exercise device that is not being met by any known or disclosed device or system of present.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the U-shaped Exercise Device is to provide users with a workout device for stability training that will enable users to engage their upper body muscles by utilizing their body weight in a push-up position by rocking left to right on the disclosure.

The disclosed exercise device includes a rocking rail resembling a “U” comprising a first end and a second end and respective posts extending therefrom and a curvature there between. The disclosure also includes a handle disposed on each of the first end and the second end to receive a user's hand based on the user in a prone push-up position, and a boss adjacent the first end and the second end and configured to limit a side to side rocking motion of the user on the rocking rail.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the U-shaped exercise device in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.

Throughout the description, similar reference numbers may be used to identify similar elements depicted in multiple embodiments. Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated, the invention is not to be limited to the specific forms or arrangements of parts so described and illustrated. The scope of the invention is to be defined by the claims appended hereto and their equivalents.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Reference will now be made to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings and specific language will be used herein to describe the same. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the disclosure is thereby intended. Alterations and further modifications of the inventive features illustrated herein and additional applications of the principles of the inventions as illustrated herein, which would occur to one skilled in the relevant art and having possession of this disclosure, are to be considered within the scope of the invention.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the U-shaped exercise device showing: Adjustable handle positioning referenced as A., Metal bar (4.5 cm) referenced as B., Rubber stoppers referenced as C., Non-slip rubber base referenced as D., in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The present disclosed “U” Shaped Exercise Device, also known as “YUEY”, offers an alternative device that allows for modern chest workout and serves to reduce the risks of shoulder injuries that could otherwise occur from lifting heavy weights. This unprecedented product introduces a novel U-shaped Exercise Device, with a foundational center, that engages upper body muscles at different angles to allow for a more effective workout while stimulating various muscle groups in push-up positions. To use YUEY, a person would start in a push up position and then place their hands onto the extending handles. The user then relies on their body weight to manually rock the device from side to side as with this motion, tension is created and preserved, and both the core and upper body are activated and engaged to enable users to strengthen their stability, balance and overall power. This apparatus ensures a fully operational upper body workout accessory.

Although the operations of the method(s) herein are shown and described in a particular order, the order of the operations of each method may be altered so that certain operations may be performed in an inverse order or so that certain operations may be performed, at least in part, concurrently with other operations. In another embodiment, instructions or sub-operations of distinct operations may be implemented in an intermittent and/or alternating manner.
