Abstract

This inventions generally relates to a bottle and more particularly, relates to a plastic MULTI FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE1. More specifically, it is an exercise weight bar shape inspired MULTI FUNCTIONAL2 BOTTLE. The bottle may include an upper body section and a lower body section connected with each other by a substantially cylindrical transitional section, which measurements and design allow a full grip of a closed hand. The bottle may be made out of a plastic material and may be suitable for different uses, specially for holding water with a high ph level. 1 Named “Kealthy Bottle” for the meaning of its different purposes.2 Holding beverages, battery recycle container, cheap exercise equipment, decorative cash-box, decoration and home supply.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

This inventions generally relates to a bottle and more particularly, relates to a plastic MULTI FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE⁶. Bottle suitable for different uses, specially for holding water with a high ph level.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Plastic beverage bottles come in several shapes and sizes. Plastic beverages bottles intended for use with water, tend to be largely cylindrical, usually holding regular purified water only.

Gym equipment shape inspired bottles tend to be intended for use with purified water or other sugary beverages, not promoting the improvement of a healthy lifestyle.

Prior art has a very limited use of the bottle after drinking the beverage that it comes with, not being completely environment-friendly.

The grip part of this kind of bottles tend to be too small, not allowing a whole hand to fit there, limiting the comfortable portability of the bottle. Prior art tend to use other plastic colors different than clear, not providing enough unisex variety.

There is a desire, therefore, for a multifunctional plastic bottle with an inspiring shape, easy for the consumer to use, and that promotes a healthy lifestyle⁷ while being environment-friendly. ⁶ Named “Kealthy Bottle” for the meaning of its different purposes.⁷ Healthy lifestyle defined as a lifestyle that helps people to improve their health and general well-being (eating and drinking habits, physical activity/exercise, mental health, social interaction and education).

The present invention fulfills those important needs, providing an inspiring bottle shape that contains water with high ph levels, promoting a healthy lifestyle. This bottle also has a wide range of uses after drinking the high ph level water, making it multifunctional and more environment-friendly than previous art. It can be used to hold other room temperature or cold beverages. Also, the bottle can be used as a battery recycle container, as a cheap exercise equipment (by filling the empty bottle with any kind of granular object), as a decorative cash-box or as a decoration or home supply.

The size of the bottle (1 lt or more) allows it to be held comfortably with one hand only, making it very portable. This invention intend to be made of a clear plastic, providing unisex variety.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present application thus describes an exercise weight bar shape inspired MULTI FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE. The bottle may include an upper section, a lower section and a substantially cylindrical transitional section. The bottle may be made out of a plastic material and may include water with a high ph level.

A front and a side view of the bottle may include a substantially exercise weight bar shape. The upper section and the lower section may have the same diameter. The upper section and the lower section may have the same shape. The upper section and the lower section may have a rounded/cylindrical shape. In between the upper and the lower section, may be a long cylindrical transitional section that connects the upper section with the lower section.

These and other features of the present application will become apparent to one of ordinary skills in the art upon review of the following detailed description of the invention when taken in conjunction with the several drawings and the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Referring now to the drawings, in which like numerals refer to like parts throughout the several views, FIGS. 1-14 show an embodiment of an exercise weight bar shape inspired bottle. The bottle may be made out of clear plastic.

FIGS. 1-6, 8, 14. The bottle 100 may include a neck portion 130. The neck portion 130 may be of conventional design. The threads 120 may be configured to accept a conventional twist off closure. Other types of closures may be used herein. A retaining ring or similar structures also may be used.

FIGS. 1-5, 8, 10-13. The bottle 100 further may have an upper section 150 and a lower section 170. The upper section 150 and the lower section 170 may be separated by a transitional middle section 160, however, may be substantially circular in cross-sectional shape. As is shown in FIGS. 7-8, the bottom of the bottle 190 comprises a rounded width.

As is shown in FIGS. 2-5, the bottle looks the same from the front plan view, the back plan view, the right side view and the left side view. Those views thus have a substantial “exercise weight bar” shape. The combination of the upper section 150 and the lower section 170 with the transitional middle section 160 is shown most clearly in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 10

The combination of the upper section 150 and the lower section 170 with the transitional middle section 160 allows the bottle to be held comfortably with one hand only, making it very portable.

FIGS. 1-5, 8-9. The upper section 150 has a waist 140 in the middle of it. The lower section 170 has also a waist 180 in the middle of it. The upper section 150 and the lower section 170 are exactly the same in shape and size.

1. A multi functional bottle, comprising: an upper section,a lower section,substantially cylindrical transitional section.

2. The bottle of claim 1, further comprising a plastic material.

3. The bottle of claim 1, wherein front, back and side views comprise a substantially exercise weight bar shape

4. The bottle of claim 1, wherein the upper section and the lower section comprise the same diameter

5. The bottle of claim 1, wherein the upper section and the lower section comprise the exact same shape

6. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the upper section has a waist at the center and around the upper section

7. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the lower section has a waist at the center and around the lower section

8. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the transitional section comprise a long cylindrical transitional section that connects the upper section with the lower section
