Abstract
A wireless bra includes two cups, an under holder, a gore, wings, back straps and shoulder straps. The two cups are connected by means of the gore. The under holder is provided below the cups. Stitching parts are provided at the connection portion between the cups and the under holder and extend along the edges of the cups. Flexible bands are sewed in the stitching parts. The gore is provided therein with a framework. The wings are provided at both ends of the under holder. The back straps are connected to the wings. The back straps are provided thereon with back hook-and-eye fasteners. One end of the shoulder strap is connected to the upper portion of the cup, and the other end of the shoulder strap is connected to the back strap.
Description
FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of bras, in particular to a wireless bra.


BACKGROUND

A bra is a feminine item that protects the breast and beautifies the breast. The bra has the following functions. 1. A function of supporting the breast, which is beneficial to the blood circulation of the breast. For a puerpera, a case that mastitis occurs due to milk stagnation can be avoided by using the bra. 2. A function of protecting nipples from scratches and touch pain. 3. A function of protecting the breast and avoid sagging of the breast.


A traditional bra generally includes a buckle, a shoulder strap, an adjustment fastener, cups (or called as upper and lower bowls), a steel ring, a stuffing, and the like. In order to achieve the function of supporting and wrapping the breast, a steel ring formed by machine pressing is used, and the steel ring is fixed on an outer edge of lower parts of the cups. The steel ring is generally made of alloy material, and the steel ring surrounds a lower half of the breast, and the steel ring is used to support the breast and improve a shape of the breast. Although the bra with the steel ring has the above-mentioned functions and advantages, the steel ring may compress the breast and muscles around the breast, and the breast and the muscles around the breast will be swollen, itchy and painful due to the compression and friction of the steel ring for a long time period, which may damage the human skin and cause discomfort to the human body. In addition, when the breast is compressed, the blood circulation of the breast and the nutritional supply of the breast are hindered, and a growth condition and environment of the breast is poor. In addition, when the bra is worn on a woman, the steel ring may also press acupuncture points around the breast, resulting in poor running of meridians and affecting the health of the wearer.


In view of the defects caused by the aforementioned steel ring to women's health, there are many wireless bras. For example, Chinese patent application NO. 200920154487.3 discloses a separated wireless triangular cup bra, which includes cups, an under holder which is connected with the lower edge of the cups, a back wing which is connected with the wing of the cup and the wing of the under holder for connecting the cups, and shoulder straps which are connected with the top end of the cups and the upper end of the under holder at the same side. The cup is formed by three pieces of fabric that are separated through dimensional tailoring, and the three pieces of fabric are formed by sewing fabric at an upper position of a gore, fabric at a lower position of the gore and fabric at wing to form dimensional triangular arc, and to form the three-dimensional spherical body cup, and the sewing thread of the three pieces of fabric is in a cross shape. The bra of this structure has no steel ring on the lower side of the cup, but the structure for supporting the breast is complicated, the sewing process is difficult, the automatic production cannot be realized, and the breast cannot be supported and wrapped next to the skin according to the soft characteristics of the breast.


SUMMARY

In order to overcome the shortcomings in the conventional art, and a wireless bra is provided according to the disclosure. The manufacturing process of the wireless bra is simple, the wireless bra can be produced in a full mechanized assembly line manner, the wireless bra can comfortably support and wrap the breast next to the skin and is harmless to the wearer's body.


Following technical solutions are provided according to the disclosure. A wireless bra includes two cups, an under holder, a gore, wings, back straps, back hook-and-eye fasteners, shoulder straps, stitching parts, flexible bands and a framework. The two cups are connected by means of the gore. The under holder is arranged below the cups. The stitching parts are arranged at connection portions among the cups, the under holder, the gore and the wings. The stitching parts extend along edges of the cups. The flexible bands are sewed and fixed in the stitching parts. The framework capable of fixing and supporting the cups is arranged in the gore. The wings are connected with two ends of the under holder respectively. The back straps are connected with the wings. The back hook-and-eye fasteners are arranged on the back straps. For each of the shoulder straps, one end of the shoulder strap is connected with an upper portion of the cup, and the other end of the shoulder strap is connected with the back strap.


Furthermore, the wireless bra further includes tension straps. For each of the tension straps, one end of the tension strap is connected with a connection port between the wing and the cup, the other end of the tension strap is connected with a connection point on the shoulder strap.


Furthermore, an adjustment fastener capable of adjusting the length of the shoulder strap is arranged on a middle portion of the shoulder strap.


Furthermore, the adjustment fastener has a shape of custom-character.


Furthermore, the framework has a shape of I, U, O or X.


Furthermore, the framework is made of hard material.


Furthermore, the framework is a silicon wafer, a hard film, a steel sheet or a rigid fabric, and the framework is sewn in the gore with a front fastener sewing method or a back fastener sewing method.


Furthermore, the flexible bands are made of soft material.


Furthermore, a connection port is arranged on one end of the stitching part close to the wing.


Furthermore, the back hook-and-eye fasteners include rows of fasteners. The back hook-and-eye fasteners include one row of male fasteners arranged on an end of one back strap and three rows of female fasteners arranged on an end of the other back strap. The male fasteners are selectively fastened in one row of the female fasteners according to a chest circumference.


The disclosure has the following advantages.


1. The stitching parts are arranged at connection portions among the cups, the under holder, the gore and the wings. Flexible material is sewed in the stitching parts. The function of supporting and wrapping the breast is achieved according to the principle of stretching and pulling. When the wearer wears the bra, the breast is minimally damaged, various damages caused by the steel ring are avoided.


2. The framework is arranged in the gore. The framework is made of hard material. The framework is used to support and fix the cups, to prevent the cups from being deformed during the wearing process, so that the cups are wrapped around the breast next to the skin, to bring a better wearing experience for the wearer.


3. Tension straps are arranged on connection ports between the wings and the cups and connection points on the shoulder straps. The length of the tension strap may be determined according to a chest circumference. Tension straps cooperate with the gore, to smooth and fix the cups, so that the bra comfortably wraps the breast next to the skin.


4. Before the sewing, the cups are flat. After the sewing, the cups are naturally bulged to form cups that can accommodate the breast. The shape of the cup is more natural.


5. The structure of the stitching part in the disclosure is simple, and the function of supporting and wrapping the breast can be realized without complicated modification of the cup, thereby avoiding the damages to the breast caused by the steel ring.


6. The manufacturing process of the bra according to the disclosure is simple, there is no need to use a manual steel ring placing process in the production process of the assembly line. The bra according to the disclosure may produced in a full mechanized manner, thereby improving a production efficiency, reducing a production cost and a material cost, and providing the most important science technology for developing full intelligent production.


6. There is no need to use a rigid steel ring that is pressed by a machine, the bra according to the disclosure can comfortably support and wrap the breast next to the skin, thereby protecting the breast from various diseases and discomfort caused by compression on the breast.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, however the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the following description.


As shown in FIG. 1, a wireless bra includes two cups 1, an under holder 2, a gore 3, wings 4, back straps 5 and shoulder straps 7. The two cups 1 are connected by means of the gore 3. The under holder 2 is arranged below the cups 1. The stitching parts 9 are arranged at connection portions among the cups 1 the under holder 2, the gore 3 and the wings 4. The stitching parts 9 extend along edges of the cups 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the flexible bands 11 are sewed and fixed in the stitching parts 9. A framework 12 capable of supporting the cups 1 is arranged in the gore 3. The wings 4 are connected with two ends of the under holder 2 respectively. The back straps 5 are connected with the wings 4. Back hook-and-eye fasteners 6 are arranged on the back straps 5. For each of the shoulder straps 7, one end of the shoulder strap 7 is connected with an upper portion of the cup 1, and the other end of the shoulder strap 7 is connected with the back strap 5.


As shown in FIG. 1, the wireless bra further includes tension straps 10. For each of the tension straps 10, one end of the tension strap 10 is connected with a connection port 13 between the wing 4 and the cup 1, the other end of the tension strap 10 is connected with a connection point 14 on the shoulder strap 7. The length of the tension strap 10 may be determined according to a chest circumference. Tension straps cooperate with the gore 3, to stretch the cups 1 so that the cups 1 has a good stretch and can support the breast.


In another embodiment of the disclosure, the wireless bra does not have the under holder 2, as shown in FIG. 2.


As shown in FIG. 1, an adjustment fastener 8 capable of adjusting the length of the shoulder strap 7 is arranged on a middle portion of the shoulder strap 7. In this embodiment, the adjustment fastener 8 has a shape of custom-character. The length of the shoulder strap 7 may be adjusted without removing the shoulder strap 7. The adjusting operation may be performed by one hand, which is convenient and simple.


Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 7, the framework 12 has a shape of I, U, O or X, the framework 12 is made of hard material.


Preferably, the framework 12 is a silicon wafer, a hard film, a steel sheet or a rigid fabric, and the framework 12 is sewn in the gore 3 with a front fastener sewing method or a back fastener sewing method. The framework is used to support and fix the cups 1, to prevent the cups 1 from being deformed during the wearing process, so that the cups 1 are wrapped around the breast next to the skin, to bring a better wearing experience for the wearer. The framework 12 may also be a plastic bone, a steel bone, a film, a silicon wafer, or a small rubber ring or a small steel ring having various shapes.


Preferably, the flexible bands 11 are made of soft material. The flexible bands 11 replace the steel ring, to tighten the cups 1, so that the cups 1 can support and wrap the breast.


Furthermore, a connection port 13 is arranged at one end of the stitching parts 9 close to the wings 4. The flexible bands 11 are sewed into the stitching parts 9. Or the flexible bands 11 in the stitching parts 9 extend from the connection port 13 to the connection point 14.


Furthermore, the back hook-and-eye fasteners 6 include rows of fasteners, the back hook-and-eye fasteners 6 include one row of male fasteners arranged on an end of one back strap 5 and three rows of female fasteners arranged on an end of the other back strap 5. The male fasteners are selectively fastened in one row of the female fasteners according to a chest circumference. A wearer fastens the male fasteners in corresponding female fasteners according to a chest circumference of the wearer, to realize reasonable fastening of the back hook-and-eye fasteners 6.


In the disclosure, the stitching parts are sewn with a miniature sewing method. Before the sewing, the under holder 2 is flat. After the sewing, the cups 1 are naturally bulged to form cups that can accommodate the breast. The shape of the cup 1 is more natural. When a breast cup is placed in the cup 1 (the cup 1 is hard), it is not necessary to perform a miniature sewing. The gore 3 may be sewn with a front fastener sewing method or a back fastener sewing method, as shown in FIG. 8.

  • 1. A wireless bra, comprising: two cups (1); an under holder (2); a gore (3); wings (4); back straps (5); back hook-and-eye fasteners (6); shoulder straps (7); stitching parts (9); flexible bands (11); and a framework (12), wherein the two cups (1) are connected by means of the gore (3), the under holder (2) is arranged below the cups (1), the stitching parts (9) are arranged at connection portions among the cups (1), the under holder (2), the gore (3) and the wings (4), the stitching parts (9) extend along edges of the cups (1), the flexible bands (11) are sewed and fixed in the stitching parts (9), the framework (12) capable of supporting the cups (1) is arranged in the gore (3), the wings (4) are connected with two ends of the under holder (2) respectively, the back straps (5) are connected with the wings (4), the back hook-and-eye fasteners (6) are arranged on the back straps (5), for each of the shoulder straps (7), one end of the shoulder strap (7) is connected with an upper portion of the cup (1), and the other end of the shoulder strap (7) is connected with the back strap (5).
  • 2. The wireless bra according to claim 1, further comprising: tension straps (10), wherein for each of the tension straps (10), one end of the tension strap (10) is connected with a connection port (13) between the wing (4) and the cup (1), the other end of the tension strap (10) is connected with a connection point (14) on the shoulder strap (7); orthe flexible bands in the stitching parts (9) extend from the connection port (13) to the connection point (14).
  • 3. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein an adjustment fastener (8) capable of adjusting the length of the shoulder strap (7) is arranged on a middle portion of the shoulder strap (7).
  • 4. The wireless bra according to claim 3, wherein the adjustment fastener (8) has a shape of .
  • 5. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein the framework (12) has a shape of I, U, O or X.
  • 6. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein the framework (12) is made of hard material.
  • 7. The wireless bra according to claim 6, wherein the framework (12) is a silicon wafer, a hard film, a steel sheet or a rigid fabric, and the framework (12) is sewn in the gore (3) with a front fastener sewing method or a back fastener sewing method.
  • 8. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein the flexible bands (11) are made of soft material.
  • 9. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein a connection port (13) is arranged on one end of the stitching part (9) close to the wing (4).
  • 10. The wireless bra according to claim 1, wherein the back hook-and-eye fasteners (6) comprise rows of fasteners, the back hook-and-eye fasteners (6) comprise one row of male fasteners arranged on an end of one back strap (5) and three rows of female fasteners arranged on an end of the other back strap (5), the male fasteners are selectively fastened in one row of the female fasteners according to a chest circumference.
  • 11. The wireless bra according to claim 5, wherein the framework (12) is made of hard material.
