Claims
- 1. A tool table comprising;
a tabletop assembly; a base assembly having a plurality of sides and a circumference in cooperation with the tabletop; a guide control unit in cooperation with the base; a plurality of leg assemblies connected to the base; a portable table tool support bracket connected to the base; a plurality of extendible work supports connected to the tabletop; and a gear assembly connected to the base in communication with the guide control unit.
- 2. A tool of claim 1, wherein the tabletop assembly is supported by the base assembly.
- 3. A tool of claim 1, wherein the base assembly is substantially rectangular in shape.
- 4. The tool of claim 1, wherein the base assembly further comprises a channel located within the base assembly.
- 5. The tool of claim 1, wherein the gear assembly further comprises a hand crank operatively connected to the gear assembly.
- 6. The tool of claim 5, wherein the gear assembly further comprises a chain operatively connected to the hand crank.
- 7. The tool of claim 6, wherein the gear assembly further comprises a return sprocket operatively connected to the chain.
- 8. The tool of claim 6, wherein the gear assembly further comprises a drive sprocket operationally connected to the hand crank and the chain.
- 9. The tool of claim 8, wherein the gear assembly further comprises an adjustment lock connected between the hand crank and the drive sprocket.
- 10. The tool of claim 9, wherein the crank further comprises a drive shaft connected between a hand wheel and the drive sprocket.
- 11. The tool of claim 1, wherein the guide control unit further comprises a trolley assembly and a tool mount connected to the trolley.
- 12. The tool of claim 11, wherein the guide control unit further comprises an upper and lower plate pivotally connected to each other.
- 13. The tool of claim 12, wherein the guide control unit further comprises at least one hinge connected between the upper and lower plate.
- 14. The tool of claim 12, wherein the guide control unit further comprises at least one adjustable spring connected between the upper and lower plate.
- 15. The tool of claim 12, wherein the guide control unit further comprises an adjustable vertical stop connected to the lower plate and located between the upper and lower plate.
- 16. The tool of claim 12, wherein the guide control unit further comprises tool attachment features located in the upper plate.
- 17. The tool of claim 1-, further comprising a plurality of trolley rails mounted about the circumference of the base.
- 18. A tool table comprising;
a tabletop assembly; a base assembly supporting the tabletop assembly; a tool support assembly removably connected to at least one of the table and the base for supporting a woodworking tool so that the tool is above the table; the tool support assembly comprising a guide control unit, a trolley connected to the guide control unit, a set of trolley rails connected to at least one of the table and the base for supporting the trolley and a gear assembly operationally connected to the trolley; a plurality of legs connects to the base for supporting the base and tabletop; a tabletop support bracket located within the base for supporting a portable table tool; a plurality of tabletop members in cooperation with the tabletop assembly, the tabletop members being pivotally connected to the tabletop assembly; and a chain connected to the gear assembly and the trolley for moving the trolley along the trolley rails.
- 19. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising a plurality of movable workstop assemblies in cooperation with the tabletop.
- 20. The tool table of claim 19, wherein the movable workstop assemblies are vertically adjustable relative to the tabletop assembly and positionable about the tabletop assembly.
- 21. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the legs are extendible from the base assembly.
- 22. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the tabletop members are extendible and adjustable.
- 23. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the tabletop members are removable and replaceable.
- 24. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the chain is operationally connected to the trolley.
- 25. The tool table of claim 24, wherein the trolley is adjustable on the chain.
- 26. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising at least one roller connected between the trolley and the trolley rails.
- 27. The tool table of claim 26, wherein said rollers are rotatably affixed to said trolley.
- 28. The tool table of claim 26, wherein said rollers distribute the weight of said trolley between the trolley rails.
- 29. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the trolley moves horizontally in relation to the tabletop assembly.
- 30. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the guide control unit is adjustable horizontally in relation to the tabletop assembly.
- 31. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the guide control unit is self adjusting vertically in relation to the tabletop assembly.
- 32. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising a tool attachment point located on the guide control unit.
- 33. The tool table of claim 18, wherein said guide control unit has an upper plate and a lower plate.
- 34. The tool table of claim 33, further comprising a hinge assembly located between the upper and lower plates.
- 35. The tool table of claim 34, wherein said hinge assembly further comprises at least one hinge arranged in cooperation with the upper and lower plates.
- 36. The tool table of claim 33, wherein said lower plate is connected to said trolley.
- 37. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising at least one spring connected between the guide control unit and the trolley.
- 38. The tool table of claim 33, wherein said upper plate is horizontally rotatable with respect to the lower plate.
- 39. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising a vertical tool adjustment in cooperation with the guide control unit.
- 40. The tool table of claim 18, wherein the trolley rails are substantially cylindrical.
- 41. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising a hand crank operatively connected to the gear assembly.
- 42. The tool table of claim 18, further comprising at least one bracket located within the base assembly.
- 43. The tool table of claim 42, wherein the portable table tools are supported by said bracket.
