Procedure: Ropinirole hydrochloride, hypromellose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, hydrogenated castor oil and lactose monohydrate were mixed properly. This blend was further mixed with maltodextrin and colloidal silicon dioxide in blender and further lubricated with magnesium stearate. This blend was compressed into suitable dosage form. Further other excipients were compressed using suitable tooling so that inner tablet is placed as inner core in the outer tablet.
