Claims
- 1. An ashtray mirror combination for an exterior mirror of a vehicle said ashtray mirror comprising:an aerodynamic cavity with a substantially rectangular front surface and a curved bottom surface tapering from front to rear, said cavity also having a substantially flat top surface; a side rear-view vehicle mirror; attachment means for attaching said aerodynamic cavity under said vehicle mirror; a lid disposed on said flat top surface of said cavity; said cavity sliding forward from a non-use position to a use-position, said cavity in said use-position protruding from under said mirror; said lid having a spring means whereby said lid opens when said cavity is slid from said non-use position to said use-position.
- 2. The ashtray mirror combination of claim 1 wherein said rectangular front surface is polished.
- 3. The ashtray mirror combination of claim 1 wherein said lid closes when said cavity is slid from said use-position to said non-use position.
- 4. The ashtray mirror combination of claim 1 wherein cavity is removable for cleaning.
