Abstract
Systems and methods for applying artistry, enhancement and sculpting to the eyebrow region of a user. One method for applying sculpting to the eyebrow region of a user, which is designed to tailor to the individual person with no assistance from a professional, by utilizing applying a self-contained eyebrow designer stamp applicator and set of stencils to achieve the desired size color and look of the eyebrows.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to eyebrow enhancement systems and more particularly, to a novel self-stamping and stencil guidance system.


Description of the Related Art

As eyebrow thickness, fullness, and symmetry has grown in popularity and trend over the past decade, so has the desire for individuals to achieve this style of eyebrows in order to make their faces appealing to current trends.


However, individuals who do not naturally have a thick, full, or symmetrical eyebrows struggle to achieve this look on their own. Therefore, individuals often use eyebrow pencils to draw on their desired look. Yet this often looks artificial, requires constant upkeep, and is not precise.


In order to create a solution to this issue, microblading and eyebrow tinting has become popular to ensure a thick, full, symmetrical, and natural looking eyebrow that does not require constant attention or upkeep. Microblading is the equivalent to a cosmetic tattoo on the eyebrows which creates the allusion of a thicker, fuller, symmetrical, and natural looking eyebrow due to the thin stroke of the blade to imitate hair. Tinting allows the eyebrows to take on a deeper, richer color, thus ensuring the eyebrows look thick and full. Yet, microblading and tinting requires the eyebrows to be perfectly symmetrical prior to the process.


Creating perfectly symmetrical eyebrows is a complex task and requires a high degree of attention to detail. There is a great amount of room for error as tattooing each hair of the eyebrow and the tinting process requires a steady hand and precision.


SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The instant apparatus and method, as illustrated herein, is clearly not anticipated, rendered obvious, or even present in any of the prior art mechanisms, either alone or in combination thereof. This method, process and brow enhancement system relating to the creation of perfectly symmetrical and natural looking eyebrows, without the requirement of a professional technician Thus, the several embodiments of the instant apparatus and method are illustrated herein.


It is therefore an objective of the instant apparatus and method to introduce a novel method for creating thicker, fuller, symmetrical, natural looking eyebrows.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to introduce a novel method and apparatus for creating thicker, fuller, symmetrical, natural looking eyebrows wherein the utilization of system requires no assistance, temporary affixation or markings to a subject.


It is therefore an objective of the instant apparatus and method to introduce a novel method for creating thicker, fuller, symmetrical, natural looking eyebrows wherein the system is usable by a single person with no assistance from a technician, an expert in the field or any other individual.


It is therefore an additional objective of the instant apparatus and method to introduce a novel method.


It is an objective of the instant apparatus and method to introduce a novel method for creating thicker, fuller, symmetrical, natural looking eyebrows for utilizing an eyebrow stamp and packaging which illustrates the brow stamp with eyebrow tint product included in the brow stamp and in the cap.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to introduce a novel method which allows a stamping system and method to create lush, full lashes to ensure that the eyebrows are symmetrical.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to use the provided stencils to ensure the shape of the eyebrows are symmetrical by using the stencils as a guide.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to introduce a novel method to ensure the eyebrows are tinted and simultaneously microbladed within the outlines created via the abovementioned processes in order to create thick, full, symmetrical, and natural looking permanent eyebrows.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to use a self-contained structure wherein the user merely transports one small and attractive cylindrical member.


It is therefore an objective of the instant system to utilize sponge or brow stamp with eyebrow tint and stencils to add a full, thick, symmetrical and natural looking eyebrow shape without the microblading process.


These together, with the objectives of the devices, along with the various features of novelty, which characterize the apparatus, are pointed out with particularity in the claimed annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure. For a better understanding of the method, its advantages, and the specific objectives attained by its use, the study of accompanying drawings and descriptive matter, in which there are illustrations of the preferred embodiments, should be conducted.


There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the versatile integrated instant method, and series of accompanying systems and apparatuses and embodiments in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the invention that may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the invention that will be described hereinafter which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.


In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced and carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.


These together with other objects of the invention, along with various features of novelty, which characterize the invention, are pointed out with particularity in the claimed annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which there are illustrated preferred embodiments of the invention.


To the accomplishment of the foregoing and related ends, certain illustrative aspects are described herein in connection with the following description and the annexed drawings. These aspects are indicative of the various ways in which the principles disclosed herein can be practiced and all aspects and equivalents thereof are intended to be within the scope of all claimed subject matter. Other advantages and novel features will become apparent from the following detailed description when considered in conjunction with the drawings.





BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS


FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of the Madluvv® self-contained system eyebrow stamp system and further illustrates the system which includes, a housing, an applicator and a multipurpose cap.



FIG. 2 illustrates a side view of a user uncoupling the removably attached cap from the housing and further illustrates the housing with the applicator.



FIG. 3 illustrates a top plan perspective view of the eyebrow stamp system disassembled, further illustrating the system which includes the housing and the applicator and the replenishment piston is contained within the cap.



FIG. 4 is a side sectional view illustrating the fluid replenishment system, in the undepressed position, contained within the cap which in on embodiment comprises the replenishment piston the reservoir and the torsion system spring mechanism.



FIG. 5 is a side sectional view illustrating the fluid replenishment system, in the depressed position, contained within the cap which in on embodiment comprises the replenishment piston the reservoir and the torsion system spring mechanism.



FIG. 6 illustrates one embodiment of an eyebrow stencil, is this variation an attachable eyebrow stencil which adheres to the brows of the user.



FIG. 7 illustrates a front view of a series of embodiments of an eyebrow stencil, in this variation a non-attachable eyebrow stencil disposed to be used in conjunction with the Madluvv® eyebrow stamp system is illustrated.



FIG. 8 illustrates a front view of the eyebrows of the model prior to application of the brow stamp, and illustrates the bare eyebrow.



FIG. 9 illustrates a front view of the model positioning the stencil over the left eyebrow in preparation for application of the brow stamp.



FIG. 10 illustrates a front view of the model holding the stencil over the left eyebrow and applying the brow stamp utilizing the housing and applicator.



FIG. 11 illustrates a front view and corresponding perspective view of the model's right eyebrow without the brow stamp enhancement and the model's left eyebrow with the brow stamp enhancement.





DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL EMBODIMENTS

The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently preferred embodiments of the system and does not represent the only forms in which the present system may be construed or utilized. The description sets forth the functions and the sequence of the steps for producing the system and accompanying apparatus. However, it is to be understood that the same or equivalent functions and sequences may be accomplished by different embodiments and also intended to be encompassed within the scope of the system.



FIG. 1 illustrates the Madluvv® self-contained system eyebrow stamp system 10 and further illustrates the system which includes, a housing 11, an applicator 12 and a multipurpose cap 13. In one embodiment, the applicator 12 possesses a malleable and substantially absorbent material resembling a sponge, including a soft, porous texture which exhibits compressibility, in conjunction with the capacity to absorb liquids and yield liquids back when compressed. The applicator is contained as part of the housing 11.


The multipurpose cap 13 comprises the fluid replenishment system which comprises the replenishment piston 15 and further comprises a reservoir 50 in fluid communication with a replenishment piston 15 (shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5). The replenishment piston 15 is disposed to refill the applicator 12 with eyebrow tint products/solutions which are contained inside the reservoir 50.


The multipurpose cap 13 also ensures that the eyebrow tint product does not drying out, protects the applicator 12 and protects the purse or bag of the user from bleed out form the applicator 12.



FIG. 2 illustrates a side view of a user uncoupling the removably attached cap 13 from the housing 11 and further illustrates the housing 11 with the applicator 12 and illustrates that the applicator 12 is easily removed and thus, the process can be accomplished by an individual at home and alone and does not require additional assistance of an expert, or any other person.



FIG. 3 illustrates a top plan perspective view of the eyebrow stamp system 10 disassembled, further illustrating the system which includes the housing 11 and the applicator 12, which in one embodiment possesses a material resembling a sponge, in having a soft, porous texture which exhibits compressibility, in conjunction with the capacity to absorb liquids and yield liquids back when compressed.


Further illustrated is the cap 13 and the fluid replenishment system which in on embodiment comprises the replenishment piston 15 which is contained within a cap 13 which further comprises the eyebrow tint products/solutions which are contained in a reservoir 50 disposed to refill the applicator 12.



FIG. 4 is a side sectional view illustrating the fluid replenishment system, in the undepressed position, contained within the cap 13 which in on embodiment comprises the replenishment piston 15. The replenishment piston 15 may comprise a soft porous material and may be disposed to ride up and down inside the reservoir 50, and be resisted by a torsion system such as a spring mechanism 51. The reservoir 50 is disposed to contain the eyebrow tint products/solutions which are contained in to refill the applicator 12.



FIG. 5 is a side sectional view illustrating the fluid replenishment system, in the depressed position, contained with the cap 13 which in on embodiment comprises the replenishment piston 15. The replenishment piston 15 may comprise a soft porous material and may be disposed to ride up and down inside the reservoir 50, and be resisted by a torsion system such as a spring mechanism 51. The reservoir 50 is disposed to contain the eyebrow tint products/solutions which are contained in to refill the applicator 12.



FIG. 6 illustrates one embodiment of an eyebrow stencil, is this variation an attachable eyebrow stencil 14 which may be adhered to the brows of the user and come in numerous shapes and colors schemes including but not limited to blonde, taupe, soft brown, medium brown, brunette, dark brown and nearly black.



FIG. 7 illustrates an embodiment of an eyebrow stencil, in this variation a non-attachable eyebrow stencil 30, disposed to be used in conjunction with the Madluvv® eyebrow stamp system 10. Illustrated herein are individual stencils which are held in place by the user, to form different shapes and colors of brows and are utilized to create the desired shape, width and size of the eyebrow. Embodiments 31-35 illustrate stencils for different shapes and sizes, each stencil is reversible and provides instructions for where the user should start and end use of the applicator 12, and are calibrated for long as well as short look eye brows.


Thus the user does not need to utilize marks designating different points of where the eyebrow should begin, to the top of the arch, to the tail of the eyebrow, to the bottom of the arch, to create brows any longer.



FIG. 8 illustrates a front view of the eyebrows of the model prior to application of the brow stamp 10, and illustrates the bare eyebrows 20. FIG. 9 illustrates a front view of the model positioning the stencil 30 over the left eyebrow in preparation for application of the brow stamp 10. FIG. 10 illustrates a front view of the model holding the stencil 30 over the left eyebrow and applying the brow stamp 10 utilizing the housing 11 and applicator 12.



FIG. 11 illustrates a front view and corresponding perspective view of the model's right eyebrow without the brow stamp enhancement and the model's left eyebrow with the brow stamp enhancement. The right eye brow without the eyebrow stamp application is sparse, thin, and not appealing for current trends.

Claims
  • 1. An system for applying a cosmetic composition to eyebrows comprising: a set of stencil members; anda brush applicator.
  • 2. The applicator system of claim 1 for applying a cosmetic application to eyebrows wherein the set of stencil members is removably attached.
  • 3. The applicator system of claim 1 for applying a cosmetic application to eyebrows wherein the set of stencil members comprise a set of instructive demarcations.
  • 4. The applicator system of claim 3 for applying a cosmetic application to eyebrows wherein the set of instructive demarcations are selected from the group consisting of start here, short and long.
  • 5. The applicator system of claim 1 for applying a cosmetic application to eyebrows wherein the brow stamp applicator comprises a cylindrical body and a semi-resistant application surface.
  • 6. A method of applying a cosmetic composition to eyebrows utilizing the applicator system of claim 1 comprising the steps of: utilizing the set of stencil members individually;aligning a first of the set of stencil members in the brow region of a first eye of a user;utilizing the brow stamp applicator;applying a quantity of an eyebrow solution;aligning a second of the set of stencil members in the corresponding brow region of a second eye of user;utilizing the brow stamp applicator; and,applying a quantity of an eyebrow solution.
  • 7. A self-contained applicator system for applying a cosmetic composition to eyebrows comprising: a stamping device comprising: a housing;an applicator;a multipurpose cap member comprising; a reservoir disposed to contain a quantity of an eyebrow solution;replenishment piston; anda spring mechanism.and a set of stencil devices comprising a set of demarcations the consisting of start here, short and long.
