This application also claims priority to U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/205,822 filed on May 20, 2004, now U.S. Design Pat. No. D525,426; and U.S. Design patent application Ser. No.29/205,824 filed on May 20, 2004.

FIG. 1 is a back, top, and right side perspective view of an eyeglass case in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the back elevational view being a mirror image except for the unclaimed environment;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side elevational view being a mirror image except for the unclaimed environment;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
