DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and obviously, the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not all embodiments.

It should be noted that when one component is considered to be “connected” another component, it may be directly connected to another component or may have a centering component at the same time. When one component is considered to be “disposed on” another component, it may be directly disposed on another component or there may be a centering component simultaneously. The terms “top”, “bottom”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “rear”, and the like used herein are for illustrative purposes only.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an eyelash curler, including an outer housing, a clamping mechanism, and a hair removing mechanism. The clamping mechanism is fixed to a first end of the outer housing, and the hair removing mechanism is disposed at a second end, opposite to the clamping mechanism, of the outer housing.

The eyelash curler of the present disclosure is provided with the clamping mechanism and the hair removing mechanism on two opposite ends of the outer housing, so that the eyelash curler may meet functions of curling eyelashes and removing body hair at the same time, thereby avoiding a problem that a single instrument only has a single function, and further improving applicability of the eyelash curler.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the case of no conflict, the following embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.

Please refer to FIGS. 1-6, the present disclosure provides an eyelash curler 100, including an outer housing 10, a clamping mechanism 20, and a hair removing mechanism 30. The clamping mechanism 20 is fixed to a first end of the outer housing 10, and the hair removing mechanism 30 is rotatably disposed on a second end, opposite to the clamping mechanism 20, of the outer housing 10.

The eyelash curler 100 is provided with the clamping mechanism 20 and the hair removing mechanism 30 on two opposite ends of the outer housing 10, so that the eyelash curler 100 may meet functions of curling eyelashes and removing the body hair at the same time, thereby avoiding a problem that a single instrument only has a single function, and further improving applicability of the eyelash curler 100.

Furthermore, the hair removing mechanism 30 has a first axis, and the outer housing 10 has a second axis. The hair removing mechanism 30 may rotate at the second end of the outer housing along an axis center A, so that the hair removing mechanism 30 may be rotated to a specific angle when users need to remove hair at different angles, which is convenient for the users to use.

Specifically, the axis center A is located on the second axis, so as to prevent the hair removing mechanism 30 from deviating from the outer housing 10 during rotating to cause interference between the hair removing mechanism 30 and the outer housing 10, thereby ensuring accuracy of positioning of the hair removing mechanism 30. Furthermore, after the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates with respect to the outer housing 10, an included angle between the first axis and the second axis ranges from 0° to 20°, so as to be applicable to different users. Preferably, after the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates with respect to the outer housing 10, the included angle between the first axis and the second axis is 10°. It should be noted that the foregoing angles are not limited thereto, as in another embodiment, the included angles may also be 0°, 2°, 4°, 6°, 8°, 12°, 14°, 16°, 18°, 20°, etc.

In order to ensure stability of the outer housing 10 when the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates with respect to the outer housing 10, a first surface 10a is disposed on an end wall, facing the hair removing mechanism 30, of the outer housing 10, and a second surface is 30a disposed on an end wall, facing the outer housing 10, of the hair removing mechanism 30. Preferably, the first surface 10a is attached to the second surface 30a, and when the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates with respect to the outer housing 10, the first surface 10a is always attached to the second surface 30a, thereby preventing generating gaps between the outer housing 10 and the hair removing mechanism 30 and further preventing problems like water intake to affect safety of electronic components in the outer housing 10.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the hair removing mechanism 30 from interfering with the outer housing 10 during rotating, the first surface 10a and the second surface 30a are arc surfaces, so that when the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates with respect to the outer housing 10, the first surface 10a and the second surface 30a run smoothly to cooperate with each other without interference problems caused by radians of the first surface 10a and the second surface 30a.

In order to enable the hair removing mechanism 30 to be perpendicular to the outer housing 10, in the embodiment, the hair removing mechanism 30 may rotate forward or reverse with respect to the outer housing by 90°, so that the hair removing mechanism 30 is vertically disposed on the outer housing 10. Specifically, the users may adjust rotation angles of the hair removing mechanism 30 with respect to the outer housing 10 as required. For example, when the users comb eyelashes of left eyes, the hair removing mechanism 30 may be rotated by 90° with respect to the outer housing 10, so as to conveniently comb the eyelashes of the left eyes; when the users comb eyelashes of right eyes, the hair removing mechanism 30 may be reversed by 90° with respect to the outer housing 10, so as to conveniently comb the eyelashes of the right eyes.

Furthermore, in order to ensure rotation accuracy of the hair removing mechanism 30, a fixing component 50 includes a positioning component 51. A positioning surface 511a is disposed on a bottom of each of positioning grooves 511 of positioning component 51, so that an included angle between any positioning surface 511a and an adjacent positioning surface 511a ranges from 5° to 15°.

It should be noted that each person has own habit in use of the eyelash curler. For example, holding the outer housing 10 of the eyelash curler 100 by left hands or right hands, merely holding the outer housing 10 of the eyelash curler 100 by fingers, or holding the outer housing 10 of the eyelash curler 100 through the fingers and abutting palms against an outer wall of the outer housing 10. Since there are multiple ways to hold the eyelash curler 100, when the rotation angle of the hair removing mechanism 30 with respect to the outer housing 10 is in a range from 5° to 15°, that is, the included angle between any positioning surface 511a and the adjacent positioning surface 511a is in the range from 5° to 15°, which is more suitable for the users to comb and curl relatively short eyelashes through the hair removing mechanism 30. In the embodiment, the users may determine the rotation angle of the hair removing mechanism 30 with respect to the outer housing 10 as required. Preferably, the rotation angle of the hair removing mechanism 30 with respect to the outer housing 10 is 10°.

Furthermore, the positioning grooves 511 include three positioning grooves 511, and the three positioning grooves 511 are disposed at equal intervals. In the embodiment, when the hair removing mechanism 30 is clamped in one of the three positioning grooves 511, the hair removing mechanism 30 and the outer housing 10 are on the same straight line.

In other embodiments, a quantity of the positioning grooves is greater than three.

Furthermore, in order to better ensure rotation precision of the hair removing mechanism 30, the fixing component 50 further includes a positioning core 52, the positioning core 52 is capable of rotating in the positioning component 51. In one embodiment, the positioning core 52 is made of a deformable material. Therefore, when the positioning core 52 is separated from one of the positioning grooves 511 and clamped in adjacent one of the positioning grooves 511, the positioning core 52 deforms, so that the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates.

In one embodiment, the positioning core 52 is made of a plastic material having micro deformation.

Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3, the clamping mechanism 20 includes a clamping assembly 21 and a first heating component 22, the first heating component 22 is disposed on the clamping assembly 21, so that when the clamping assembly 21 clamps the eyelashes, the first heating component 22 heats the eyelashes to shape the eyelashes, which better ensures clamping effect of the eyelash curler.

Furthermore, the clamping assembly 21 includes a first housing 211 and a clamping component 212, the clamping component 212 is capable of moving back and forth in the first housing 211, so that the clamping component 212 moves in the first housing 211 to be close to or be distal from the first housing 211, and when the eyelashes are placed in a cavity of the first housing 211, the clamping component 212 may clamp or release the eyelashes to complete curling of the eyelashes.

Specifically, the first housing 211 includes a first connecting part 2111 and a first clamping part 2112, the first clamping part 2112 is disposed at one end, facing away from the outer housing 10, of the first connecting part 2111. A first sliding groove 2111a is defined on the first connecting part 2111 along an extension direction of the outer housing 10. The clamping component 212 is movably disposed in the first sliding groove 2111a to abut against or face away from the first clamping part 2112.

In one embodiment, the first housing 211 is substantially an ellipsoidal housing, the first connecting part 2111 is an elliptical cylinder wall of the first housing 211, and the first clamping part 2112 is an inverted hooking structure formed on the first connecting part 2111. But obviously not limited to this, as in another embodiment, the first connecting part 2111 and the first clamping part 2112 may also be other structures capable of curling the eyelashes.

Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a top bracing component 23, two ends of the top bracing component 23 are respectively fixed to the outer housing 10 and the first housing 211, so that the first housing 211 is firmly fixed to the outer housing 10. Furthermore, the clamping component 212 may move on the top bracing component 23 along the extension direction of the outer housing 10, which is convenient for the clamping component 212 to abut against or separate from the first clamping part 2112.

Specifically, a second sliding groove 23a is defined on the top bracing component 23 along the extension direction of the outer housing 10. The clamping component 212 includes a sliding part 2121 and a second clamping part 2122, the second clamping part 2122 is disposed on the sliding part 2121, the sliding part 2121 is movably disposed in the second sliding groove 23a, and the second clamping part 2122 is movably disposed in the first sliding groove 2111a. In the embodiment, the sliding part 2121 moves in the second sliding groove 23a and the second clamping part 2122 moves in the first sliding groove 2111a, which ensures movement precision of the clamping component 212 and further prevents a problem that the eyelash curler 100 is deformed due to deviation.

In one embodiment, the sliding part 2121 is substantially an elongated rectangular structure, the second clamping part 2122 is substantially a flat plate structure, and the sliding part 2121 is disposed in a middle of the second clamping part 2122.

In one embodiment, the top bracing component 23 is a seat-shaped structure.

Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a connecting component 24, a first end of the connecting component 24 is fixed to an inner wall of the outer housing 10, a second end of the connecting component 24 is fixed to the top bracing component 23, as so to ensure fixing firmness of the top bracing component 23 and the outer housing 10.

Specifically, the connecting component 24 includes a second connecting part 241 and a snapping part 242. A sliding hole 241a is defined on the second connecting part 241, and the sliding hole 241a is communicated with the second sliding groove 23a. The sliding part 2121 extends into the sliding hole 241a along the second sliding groove 23a, so that when the sliding part 2121 moves up and down in the second sliding groove 23a, a problem that the sliding part 2121 collides with an outer wall of the connecting component 24 due to the too long sliding part 2121 is prevented, thereby ensuring normal clamping and releasing of the clamping component 212 and the first clamping part 2112. Furthermore, the snapping part 242 is clamped at an inner wall of the outer housing 10, as so to firmly fix the connecting component 24 to the inner wall of the outer housing 10.

In one embodiment, the second connecting part 241 is a seat-shaped structure, and a plurality of mounting holes (not shown in the drawings) are defined on the second connecting part 241, and a plurality of columns (not shown in the drawings) with respect to the plurality of the mounting holes are disposed on the top bracing component 23, so that the top bracing component 23 extends into the plurality of the mounting holes through the plurality of the columns and fixed to the plurality of the mounting holes.

In order to ensure that the eyelash curler 100 is reset for next use after being used in sequence, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes an elastic component 25. Specifically, an accommodating groove 2121a is defined on the sliding part 2121, and a hooking component 26 is disposed in the accommodating groove 2121a. The elastic component 25 is disposed in the accommodating groove 2121a, a first end of the elastic component 25 is fixed to the hooking component 26, and a second end of the elastic component 25 is fixed to the second connecting part 241, so as to drive the clamping component 212 to reset after the clamping component 212 moves upward along the first sliding groove 2111a and the second sliding groove 23a.

In one embodiment, the elastic component 25 is a flexible spring, when the eyelash curler 100 is not in use, a gap for the eyelashes to extend is defined between the clamping component 212 and the first clamping part 2112.

In one embodiment, the hooking component 26 is a cylinder structure, where a bottom end of the cylinder structure is fixed to an inner wall of an accommodating cavity of the cylinder structure, and one end of the elastic component 25 is sleeved on the hooking component 26 to prevent the elastic component 25 from separating from the hooking component 26 after being used for multiple times.

In order to conveniently move the clamping component 212, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a flipping assembly 27. A first end of a flipping component 272 extends into the outer housing 10 and abuts against the clamping component 212, a second end of the flipping component 272 extends out of the outer housing 10, and the flipping assembly 27 is turned over to push the clamping component 212 to move.

Specifically, the flipping assembly 27 includes a pushing component 271 and the flipping component 272, the flipping component 272 is rotatably connected to the pushing component 271. Furthermore, a fixing hole 23b is defined on the top bracing component 23, the pushing component 271 extends into the fixing hole 23b, and the pushing component 271 abuts against a side surface of the second clamping part 2122, so as to push the second clamping part 2122 to move in the second sliding groove 23a through being driven by the flipping component 272. Furthermore, the flipping component 272 is connected to the pushing component 271 through a shaft, and when the flipping component 27 works, the flipping component 272 is rotated through the shaft, and is further pressed downward along the extension direction of the outer housing 10, so that the flipping component 272 may pry the second clamping part 2122 along a pivot to move toward the first clamping part 2112 within the first sliding groove 2111a.

In one embodiment, the pushing component 271 includes, but not limited to, a structure consisting of two blocks, and the flipping component 272 includes, but not limited to a flat plate structure.

Furthermore, the top bracing component 23 includes a first surface 23c, and the first surface 23c is disposed on an outer side of the top bracing component 23. The flipping component 272 includes a second surface 272a, and the second surface 272a is disposed on an outer side of the flipping component 272. The second surface 272a is capable of attaching to the first surface 23c to limit a position of the flipping component 272.

In a specific embodiment, the first surface 23c and the second surface 272a include, but not limited to, cambered surfaces.

Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a silicone rubber 28. The silicone rubber 28 is disposed on an end surface, close to the first clamping part 212, of the second clamping part 2122, so that curvature of the eyelashes is ensured when the first clamping part 2112 and the second clamping part 2122 abut against each other to curl the eyelashes.

Furthermore, the silicone rubber 28 is a color-changeable silicone rubber 28 and is connected to the second heating component 22, so that when the second heating component 22 is heated to different temperatures, the silicone rubber 28 is controlled to be in different colors, thereby better observing the temperature of the second heating component 22 and preventing the eyelashes from scalding due to excessive temperatures.

Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5, the hair removing mechanism 30 includes a fixing housing 31 and a hair combing component 32, the hair combing component 32 is detachably disposed on the fixing housing 31. The first surface 30a is disposed at an end part, close to the outer housing 10, of the fixing housing 31.

Furthermore, the fixing housing 31 includes a first housing 311 and a second housing 312, the first housing 311 and the second housing 312 are oppositely and detachably disposed. After the hair combing component 32 works for a long time, the first housing 311 and the second housing 213 are detached to clear the eyelashes in inner cavities of the first housing 311 and the second housing 312, which is convenient for cleaning and further improve cleanliness of the eyelash curler 100.

Furthermore, the second housing 312 includes a fixing part 3121 and a detachable part 3122, the fixing part 3121 is fixed to the outer housing 10 and the first housing 311, and the detachable part 31 is capable of separating from the fixing part 3121 and the first housing 3122, so that the fixing housing 31 may be partially disassembled, which avoids a problem that the whole fixing housing 31 needs to be disassembled to damage internal electronic components.

In a specific embodiment, the first housing 311, the fixing part 3121, and the detachable part 3122 are connected through screws, buckles, etc. Since being connected through the screws or the buckles are existing connecting method, it is not repeated here.

In order to conveniently detach the detachable part 3122 from the fixing part 3121, the eyelash curler 100 further includes a limiting component 40. Specifically, a first groove 3121a is defined on the fixing part 3121, a second groove 3122a is defined on an end surface, facing the fixing part 3121, of the detachable part 3122. The limiting component 40 is disposed in the outer housing 10 and partially protrudes out of the first groove 3121a, and the limiting component 40 is capable of moving along the extension direction of the outer housing 10 to extend into the second groove 3122a and be clamped in the second groove 3122a, so that the detachable part 3122 is prevented from moving along an axis direction of the first housing 311 with respect to the fixing part 3121, and when using the eyelash curler 100, a problem that the detachable part 3122 loosens to bring poor usage experience of the eyelash curler 100 to the users is avoided. Moreover, after the eyelash curler 100 works for a period of time, the limiting component 40 is pushed to move in the first groove 3121a along a direction distal from the hair removing mechanism 30 to be separated from the second groove 3122a, as so to detach the detachable part 3122 to clean an inner part.

In one embodiment, the hair combing component 32 includes, but is not limited to, a comb.

Furthermore, in order to ensure convenience of use of the eyelash curler 100, the hair removing mechanism 30 further includes a hair removing component 33, the hair removing component 33 is disposed on the fixing housing 31. Preferably, the hair combing component 32 and the hair removing component 33 are disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing housing 31, so that the hair removing mechanism 30 may comb hair and remove the hair at the same time.

In one embodiment, the hair removing component 33 includes, but is not limited to, a blade, etc.

Furthermore, the limiting component 40 includes a moving part 41, a stopping part 42, and a pressing part 43, the stopping part 42 is vertically disposed on the moving part 42. The moving part 41 is disposed in the outer housing 10, the stopping part 42 protrudes from the first groove 3121a, so that the users may touch the stopping part 42 to drive the moving part 41 to move into the second groove 3122a in the outer housing 10. Preferably, the pressing part 43 is fixed on the moving part 41, and a buckle structure (not shown in the drawings) matched with the pressing part 43 is disposed in the outer housing 10, so as to stuck the limiting component 40 in the second groove 3122a when the pressing part 43 is pressed into the buckle structure.

It should be noted that the pressing part 43 is supported by an elastically deformable structure, such as a hard rubber, so that when the detachable part 3122 needs to be detached, the pressing part 43 is pressed downward to be deformed with respect to the buckle structure to move the moving part 42 toward a direction of the second groove 3122a.

In one embodiment, the moving part 41 includes, but is not limited to, a flat plate structure, and the moving part 41 and the stopping part are integrally formed.

Furthermore, in order to fix internal electronic components, the eyelash curler 100 further includes a fixing component 50, and the internal electronic components are fixed in the outer housing 10 through the fixing component 50.

In one embodiment, the fixing component 50 includes, but is not limited to, a sheet metal.

Furthermore, an offset groove 31a is defined on a side wall of the fixing housing 31, which is convenient for the hair removing mechanism 30 to rotate and does not generate interference between the hair removing mechanism 30 and the outer housing 10. Furthermore, the fixing component 50 is fixed to an inner wall of the outer housing 10, and one end, close to the hair removing mechanism 30, of the fixing component 50 protrudes into the offset groove 31a to block the offset groove 31a, which prevents water vapor from entering the outer housing 10 through gaps existed in the offset groove 31a to cause a problem of affecting use of the internal electronic components in the outer housing 10.

Furthermore, a gap 31b is defined between the fixing component 50 and the fixing housing 21, so that when the hair removing mechanism 30 rotates, the fixing housing 31 may be offset in the gap 31b and does not separate from the fixing component 50 to generate a new gap.

It should be noted that the fixing component 50 covers the gap 31b along an extension direction of the fixing component 50, so that external water vapor may still be blocked by the fixing component 50 and be prevented from entering an inner cavity of the outer housing 10 when the external water vapor permeates from the gap 31b.

The eyelash curler 100 of the present disclosure is provided with the clamping mechanism 20 and the hair removing mechanism 30 on two opposite ends of the outer housing 10, so that the eyelash curler 100 may meet functions of curling eyelashes and removing the body hair at the same time, thereby avoiding a problem that a single instrument only has a single function, and further improving applicability of the eyelash curler 100.

The foregoing is merely embodiments of the present disclosure, and it should be noted that, for those who skilled in the art, improvements may also be made without departing from concept of the present disclosure, but these are all within protection scopes of the present disclosure.
